Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes mellitus ialah suatu penyakit metabolic jangka Panjang bisa disebabkan adanya beberapa keadaan. Ini juga ditandai adanya peningkatan kadar gula darah di atas nilai normal system insulin tidak berfungsi. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah memberikan gambaran tentang Pendidikan Kesehatan keluarga tentang pencegahan resiko jatuh pada lansia diabetes militus. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain diskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan klien Diabetes Militus, data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dan dilakukan selama 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil: setelah dilakukan edukasi mengenai resiko jatuh, dari hasil evaluasi pada klien pertama dari 6 menjadi 9 dan pada klien kedua dari 4 menjadi 9 dihari kedua klien pertama dari 9 menjadi 10 dan pada klien kedua dari 7 menjadi 10. Kesimpulam: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi tentang pencegahan resiko jatuh pada lansia, dapat mengatasi kurangnya pengetahuan keluarga serta klien dan keluarga sudah mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya resiko jatuh seperti mengganti alat-alat rumah tangga yang sudah tua, memberikan tongkat kepada orang tua saat berolahraga, menghindari karpet yang licin, memastikan pencahayaan yang cukup dirumah, klien diabetes militus.

Abstract

Introduction: In running an organization cannot be separated from the conflict in line with the change of plans and goals to be achieved by the organization. Good conflict resolution arrangements are required for conflict management to be implemented and conflict can be a functional conflict and have a positive impact on the organization. Method: This study uses an observational approach to the situation in a private organization in Indonesia. The author conducted observations during 2024 and analyzed the conflict management carried out in the organization. Results: Longstanding and rising conflicts and poor management of conflicts can lead to a decrease in the performance of the organization itself. Nurses as health care professionals sometimes have a different perspective with other health teams to provide quality care to patients. Conclusion: Conflicts in nursing that can be completed can result in better teamwork, productivity, and patient care. While non-functional nursing conflicts can lead to job dissatisfaction and decreased quality of services provided and ultimately impact on patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are one of the health problems in developed and developing countries, the incidence of nosocomial infections occurs almost all over the world and greatly affects developing and poor countries. One way or effort that can be done to prevent nosocomial infections is by hand decontamination where disease transmission through hands can be minimized by maintaining hand hygiene by means of hand hygiene. Results: The advancement of information system technology is growing rapidly along with the needs of humans as its users. The benefits of information system technology can also be enjoyed and applied in the health sector. Management information systems can also be utilized in health promotion efforts, namely in efforts to monitor hand hygiene compliance. Efforts to monitor hand hygiene compliance consist of hardware as a recording tool, and software as a processor to present the required data. Efforts to apply observation technology using the latest tools integrated with the management information system are expected to be a solution to the shortcomings of direct observation carried out by officers including human error susceptibility, data presented, and solutions to the time taken from the documentation collection process. Conclusion: The author uses literature studies as a writing method. This article presents recommendations for the health care sector to use integrated management information system technology as an effort to improve the quality of health care, especially in the field of nursing based on evidence-based practice.
