There is different outcome in the implementation of ERP systems in developing and developed countries, which lead to assumption of an organization cultural gap in corporate culture during the implementation process. It raises cultural issues when implemented in developing countries like Indonesia. This study attempts to analyze existing organizational culture conditions, according to Hofstedes cultural dimension theory, affect change management and ERP success. The study was conducted using qualitative methods including questionaire surveys, document reviews and interviews. First, survey with CVSCALE were administered to 30 ERP users in the case companies. Then, interviews are conducted with representative from the case companies with respect to change management and ERP implementation. Results from the interviews are analysed using pattern matching to obtain relationships between research constructs. The findings show that organizational culture influence the change management process and directly affect the success of implementation.

MQTT merupakan sebuah protokol yang diterapkan pada IOT. Protokol ini sangat mendukung untuk jaringan WAN, karena WAN mencakup area yang luas. Protokol MQTT mempunyai kelebihan yaitu dapat bekerja dengan energi dan media penyimpanan yang minimum. Jaringan pada sistem informasi parkir yang ada saat ini kebanyakan hanya bersifat LAN. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini sistem informasi parkir dikembangkan dengan menggunakan protokol MQTT yang diterapkan pada jaringan WAN. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi penelitian ini protokol MQTT dapat diterapkan pada teknologi WAN dengan average delay sebesar 0.028183014 second membuktikan bahwa protokol MQTT mempunyai kualitas yang baik berdasarkan parameter nilai delay. Selain itu packet loss dari publisher ke server pada protokol MQTT yaitu sebesar 0%, hal ini membuktikan bahwa akurasi pengiriman pada MQTT adalah 100%.

Indonesia is a tropical country, means that Indonesia gets more sun exposure than other countries. Therefore, Indonesia has the potential to develop Renewable Energy, especially solar panels. Solar panels can be used in homes for small scale, as well as on large scale such as power plants. However, electricity generated from solar panels cannot be directly used for some household appliances, because electricity produced is direct current (DC) electricity. So we need a device that can convert DC electricity into AC electricity (Alternating Current) called an inverter. A good inverter is one that has a THD (Third Harmonic Distortion) rating of no more than 5%. High THD can damage electronic equipment. Therefore, this study uses the THIPWM modulation method that is able to reduce THD.

Abstrak - Perpustakaan adalah mendukung dalam kegiatan akademik di universitas. Selain itu, keberadaan perpustakaan juga vital dalam mendukung pembelajaran dan penelitian sebuah universitas. Layanan dan kenyamanan perpustakaan dinilai dari beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi. Menggunakan teknologi informasi yang tepat di perpustakaan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan. Pendekatan melalui aspek ergonomi dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi di lingkungan perpustakaan memberikan dasar yang kuat tentang bagaimana teknologi informasi dan fitur-fiturnya dapat digunakan secara optimal oleh pengguna dan meminimalkan ketidakcocokan teknologi informasi yang disiapkan. Dengan aspek ergonomis, diharapkan menjadi standar untuk bagaimana menggunakan teknologi informasi yang valid. Jadi, di masa depan, perpustakaan universitas akan menjadi tempat yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan kepuasan tinggi bagi pengguna perpustakaan.Kata kunci: ergonomi, perpustakaan, teknologi informasi, universitas

College library is required to improve the quality and quantity of their services. One of the efforts made by IAIN Kediri Library is the existence of E-Theses IAIN Kediri. E-Theses IAIN Kediri is expected to give easiness for IAIN Kediri student to access scientific work of civitas academica. However, students still find it difficult. Therefore usability evaluation on E-Theses IAIN Kediri is necessary to fix the problem. In this study the method used is the USE Questionnaire where has 4 variables, i.e. usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the results of usability evaluation on E-Theses IAIN Kediri and the repair result. After usability evaluation, improvement suggestions are given matching the repair result. In this study, the results of usability evaluation on E-Theses IAIN Kediri for the usefulness variable obtained value of 3,76, ease of use variable obtained value of 3,50, ease of learning variable obtained value of 3,61, and satisfaction variable obtained value of 3,60. Based on the results of task scenario and addition questions, there is a problem like can't find scientific work as the wish, not have a user guide, confusing user interface, and feature not working properly. Therefore, improvement suggestions are given about repair the user interface, adding a complaint feature, information about user guide, user education, and improvement suggestion about library policyKeywords: USE questionnaire, Usability evaluation, E-Theses IAIN Kediri

Introduction. This study aims to explore the role of higher education policy in planning information governance at the Islamic university, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. Data Collection Methods. The datacollection technique involved was depth interviews with LPM expert staff, the head of the general division of the faculty, public relations, and an archivist. In addition, to conduct the interviews, reference materials were collected to compile previous studies. Data Analysis. The data analysis technique encompassed data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Results and Discussion. There is an important role of higher education policy in the process of information management at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. This formulation refers to principles of information governance, which include definition of each party's role, the development of policies and implementation strategies in the governance process, monitoring and auditing of processes and stages of the governance process, information organization processes, and classification. Information, stakeholder participation, and the long-term viability of information governance processes are all important considerations. Conclusion. Information governance should conducted by the policies established by the relevant educational institution. If the information creation, processing, and governance divisions work properly, locating and acquiring information for institutional reasons should be a breeze.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menciptakan perubahan mendasar dalam paradigma pembelajaran, khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan. Learning resources, terutama yang berbasis teknologi, memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung sistem pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas konsep learning resources, dengan penekanan pada penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber belajar. Implementasi sistem otomasi perpustakaan, seperti INLISLite versi 3, dianggap sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan. Studi kasus dilakukan dengan mengadopsi INLISLite versi 3 sebagai sistem otomasi perpustakaan. Metode pelatihan klasikal digunakan, dengan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan staf pengelola perpustakaan sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup pengenalan, instalasi, administrasi, pengelolaan bahan pustaka, pengaturan pengelolaan anggota, transaksi, dan layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan penerimaan terhadap sistem informasi setelah pelatihan.Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman implementasi teknologi informasi dalam konteks perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber belajar. Penerapan INLISLite versi 3 di perpustakaan sekolah dianggap sebagai langkah strategis untuk mewujudkan perpustakaan yang efisien.
