Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS menggunakan tipe Student Teams Achivement Divisions kelas IV SD Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terhadap kemampuan guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran siklus 1 sebesar 3,27 katagori baik, siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,18 menjadi 3,45 kategori baik , dan siklus 3 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,36 meningkat menjadi 3,81 kategori baik sekali. Kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus 1 sebesar 3,10 katagori baik, siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan 0,40 menjadi 3,50 kategori baik sekali, dan siklus 3 mengalami peningkatan 0,42 baik sekali sehingga menjadi 3,92. Aktivitas siswa siklus 1 sebesar 62,00%  kategori cukup, siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan  14,00% menjadi 76,00% kategori tinggi, dan siklus 3 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4% sehingga meningkat menjadi 80,00% kategori tinggi. Dengan menggunakan tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran serta aktivitas siswa.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Siswa, Pembelajaran IPS, Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division   Abstract: This study aimed to describe the increased activity of students in social studies using a type Student Teams Achievement Divisions Elementary School fourth grade 16 South Pontianak. The method used is descriptive. The results obtained on the ability of teachers to plan learning cycle of 3.27 category 1 well, cycle 2 was increased by 0.18 to 3.45 both categories, and 3 cycles experienced an increase of 0.36 increased to 3.81 both categories once. The ability of teachers to implement the learning cycle of 3.10 category 1 well, 2 cycles increased 0.40 to 3.50 both categories once, and 3 cycles has increased by 0.42 to 3.92 so splendidly. Student activity cycle 1 at 62.00% enough category, cycle 2 has increased from 14.00% to 76.00% higher category, and 3 cycles increased by 4%, raising it to 80.00% higher category. By using the type Student Teams Achievement Division can improve the ability of teachers to plan and implement learning and student activities. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas 2 pada tema Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Kopetensi Dasar mengidentivikasi unsur-unsur yang membentuk segitiga, segiempat dan segienam beraturan. Dari 25 siswa, hanya 15 siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM sekolah yaitu 70. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran dan penyajian materi bersifat verbal. Untuk mengatasinya guru harus menggunakan model pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran yang di lakukan guru dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru pada siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 71,4% dan 91,4%. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 70% dan 90%. Hasil belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus 1 dan 2 sebesar 71,2%dan 83,4%. Kesimpulannya yaitu penggunaan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Tujuan, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The legal dimensions of green policy are crucial in propelling tangible transformation towards sustainable development. Gaining insights from other viewpoints, including those from the public, commercial, administrative, and international sectors, can facilitate the development and execution of policies that are both effective and comprehensive. Green policy is incorporated into the environmental legal system from a public law standpoint, with the aim of ensuring justice and safeguarding the environment against harm. Private law serves as a strong defense for the human rights of residents to reside in a clean and safe environment, achieved through the use of legal agreements and legal actions. From an administrative law perspective, green policy is regarded as a mechanism that governs and oversees government actions, ensuring their alignment with ecologically sustainable ideals. Indonesia must fulfill its commitments in global agreements such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement, which also possess legal standing at the international level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak rekrutmen dan seleksi online terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era digital, dengan fokus pada peningkatan akurasi dalam seleksi karyawan dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional melalui teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengumpulan beberapa jurnal atau sumber literatur yang relevan. Kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan identifikasi tren dan pola yang muncul secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi online secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen SDM dengan memfasilitasi akses terhadap kandidat berkualitas tinggi, mengurangi waktu dan biaya yang terkait dengan proses perekrutan, dan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas tenaga kerja secara keseluruhan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tidak hanya mengoptimalkan operasional SDM tetapi juga memperkuat daya saing organisasi dalam lingkungan yang didorong secara digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan musik merupakan sarana strategis untuk mengembangkan musikalitas siswa, khususnya di tingkat sekolah menengah. Namun, siswa kelas X non-jurusan seni musik sering mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan mengenal notasi musik akibat kurangnya dasar teori musik dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas metode Solfegio dalam meningkatkan musikalitas siswa melalui pendekatan literatur review. Metode Solfegio mencakup latihan mendengarkan (ear training), membaca notasi musik (sight reading), dan menyanyikan melodi (sight singing). Artikel yang dikaji dipilih berdasarkan relevansi dan tahun penerbitan (2014–2024), menghasilkan 10 artikel sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan metode ini dapat mengasah kepekaan siswa terhadap ritme, melodi, harmoni, dan ekspresi musical. Dengan sintaks pembelajaran yang terstruktur, metode Solfegio dapat memberikan fondasi kokoh bagi keterampilan musik siswa non-jurusan seni musik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode Solfegio dapat menjadi pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran seni musik secara holistik, membangun kepekaan musikal, serta menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap musik.

Abstract

This research aims to map the trends in international scientific publications related to solfeggio-based music education during the period 2016–2025 and to identify its implications for learning in non-music vocational high schools. The method used is a bibliometric study by analyzing data from the Scopus database using the keywords solfege, ear training, sight singing, sight reading, and music pedagogy. The data were analyzed using the VOSviewer tool to map trends, keyword clusters, and research focus. The results show that publications during the period 2021–2025 experienced a significant increase and formed three main clusters, namely music pedagogy and learning design, aural skills, and formal educational contexts such as conservatories. However, there is no focus on non-music vocational education contexts, indicating a research gap. These findings emphasize the need for the development of an inclusive, adaptive, and contextual solfeggio learning model, particularly for vocational high school students who do not have a formal music education background. This study provides an initial contribution in bridging the gap between formal music education studies and the need for musical learning in non-music vocational environments, as well as opening opportunities for the development of applied research in the future.

Abstract

The digital era presents new challenges and opportunities in music art education. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been utilized to create innovations in learning, making it more interactive and engaging. This research aims to explore the implementation of ICT in music art education to improve the quality and learning outcomes of students. Using the literature review method, this research analyzes various studies that utilize applications such as MuseScore, Sibelius, and Kahoot. The research results show that the use of ICT in music learning can enhance students' motivation, theoretical understanding, and technical skills. Applications like MuseScore support the understanding of musical notation, Sibelius facilitates interactive music theory learning, and Kahoot creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere through a game-based approach. However, challenges such as the lack of teacher training, limited infrastructure, and access to technology have become major obstacles. In conclusion, the utilization of ICT has a significantly positive impact on music art education. The optimal integration of technology requires adequate infrastructure support and training for teachers. Thus, ICT can continue to be a driving force for innovation in music art education that is relevant to the needs of the digital era.
