Abstract

The research aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of job rotation and motivation on employee performance. Further empirical evidence with motivation as a mediating variable between job rotation and employee performance. The research data is primary data with a research sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis and has met classical assumption testing. The research results indicate that job rotation has no effect on employee performance, while motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, it was found that motivation did not mediate the effect of job rotation on employee performance. Job rotation for employees is not a factor that can improve performance so it is unable to motivate KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan employees.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena SOP merupakan salah satu pedoman pokok mengenai tahapan aktivitas kerja di sebuah perusahaan tertentu dan memiliki bersifat mengikat serta membatasi bagaimana karyawan nantinya bekerja. Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal, sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif stunting pada anak-anak di Kelurahan Kademangan. Permasalahan stunting di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemiskinan, praktik pengasuhan yang kurang optimal, serta terbatasnya akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan gizi yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, seperti nugget bayam Brazil, untuk mencegah dan mengatasi stunting pada anak-anak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menyediakan makanan bergizi berbasis sumber daya lokal. Sebelum pelatihan, hanya 40% ibu-ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, sedangkan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 85%. Selain itu, prevalensi stunting di Kelurahan Kademangan, yang sebelumnya mencapai 30%, turun menjadi 20% setelah intervensi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi upaya penanggulangan stunting di wilayah Kademangan, dengan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 45% dan penurunan prevalensi stunting sebesar 10%. Healthy Kitchen Innovation to Overcome Stunting (DASHAT) Based on Utilization of Local Resources Brazilian Spinach Nuggets in Preventing Stunting in Kademangan Village Abstract The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and practice of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources, as a preventive and curative measure for stunting in children in Kademangan Village. The stunting problem in this region is caused by various factors, such as poverty, less than optimal parenting practices, and limited access to adequate health and nutrition services. The method used is community empowerment through training and assistance in utilizing local resources, such as Brazilian spinach nuggets, to prevent and overcome stunting in children. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of housewives in providing nutritious food based on local resources. Before the training, only 40% of mothers had sufficient knowledge, whereas after the training this increased to 85%. In addition, the prevalence of stunting in Kademangan Village, which previously reached 30%, fell to 20% after the intervention. This activity had a positive impact on efforts to overcome stunting in the Kademangan area, with an increase in knowledge by 45% and a reduction in stunting prevalence by 10%.

Abstract

Performance is the achievement of work results obtained in various ways that are expected in accordance with organizational goals. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance through compensation mediation. The research location is in a government agency in Probolinggo Regency. The sample used was 63 people from government agencies. The mediation analysis model uses the Jamovi application. The results showed that compensation was not able to mediate work discipline on employee performance, but compensation was able to have a direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline can have a direct effect on employee performance so that work discipline has a total positive and significant influence on employee performance after being mediated by compensation. Increasing discipline by paying attention to timeliness of work, increasing work compensation by providing adequate incentives and increasing employee performance by fostering a greater sense of responsibility the goal.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and work communication partially and the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Probolinggo City Land Office. The type of research used is a causal associative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and work communication and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 60 and the sample used amounted to 60 employees of the Probolinggo City Land Office based on certain criteria, namely employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non-Government Employees (PNP). The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data, with the help of the PLS 3 application. The results of the study determined that the work environment variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work motivation variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work discipline variable (X3) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work communication variable (X4) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The most dominant variable test shows that the work environment variable (X1) has the most dominant influence on employee performance (Y). Because the work environment has a stronger influence on employee performance, it is the first priority in improving the performance of Probolinggo City Land Office employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Probolinggo City Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Probolinggo City Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this research used a purposive sampling technique. Sugiyono (2018) Purposive sampling is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. In this study, 76 people were selected as a sample consisting of ASN and non-ASN. Data was collected through questionnaires. In proving or analyzing this, we use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the influence of Self Efficacy (X1), Motivation (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

Objective the purpose of this study is to determine the partial effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah.service quality, price,and location on customer satisfaction at Bank SyariahIndonesia KCP ProbolinggoCity. The type of research used isquantitative with an associative approach.The population in this study isconsumers of Bank Syariah Indonesia ProbolinggoCity in the February-March 2024 period. The number of samples inThis studywas 52 obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. Inprove and analyze this, the validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, classicreliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination R2,Hepot test.determination coefficient analysis R2, Hepotesi test. The results showed that the quality ofservice (X1) price (X2) location (X3)partially and significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Education and Culture in Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the significant influence of the variables of work communication, organizational commitment, and work conflict partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population referred to in this study were all employees at the Probolinggo City Education and Culture Office. Sample determination was carried out using non-probability sampling which determined a sample of 60 respondents. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing The results showed that work communication has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, and work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of promotion, price and service quality on visitor satisfaction at BeeJay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo City. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach with variables consisting of independent variables, namely promotion, price and visitor satisfaction, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study was 168 visitors and the sample used was 118 visitors based on a purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses validity tests, discriminant validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and hypothesis tests with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that the Promotion variable (X1) has no effect on Visitor Satisfaction (Y), the Price Variable (X2) has an effect on Visitor Satisfaction (Y), while the Service Quality Variable (X3) has an effect on Visitor Satisfaction (Y) then it is proven that if the hypothesis is accepted the Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of excellent service and price on customer satisfaction in forming customer loyalty at UD. Probo Sakti, Probolinggo City. This study had 71 respondents as samples. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. Testing was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application, which consists of two evaluation models, namely measurement model evaluation (outer model) and structural model evaluation (Inner Model).The research results show that: 1) Excellent service has no effect and is not significant on UD. Probo Sakti customer satisfaction; 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on UD. Probo Sakti customer satisfaction; 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on UD Probo Sakti customer loyalty; 4) Excellent service has a positive effect on UD. Probo Sakti customer loyalty; 5) Price has a positive and significant effect on UD Probo Sakti customer loyalty; 6) Excellent service has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty through UD Probo Sakti customer satisfaction; 7) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through UD Probo Sakti customer satisfaction.
