Abstract describes the purpose of research writing, methodology, and shows the In the era of digitalization, social media has become an integral part of human life, not only as a communication tool but also as a branding and marketing platform. This phenomenon creates opportunities for businesses to use celebrities, well-known individuals on social media, as product promotion agents. However, this strategy is not without significant costs. This research aims to conduct a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) on product promotion through celebrity endorsements in Indonesia, with a focus on MSMEs in Pamekasan. Mixed research methods are used to combine quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data was obtained through interviews with MSME actors and program celebrities, documentation and literature studies. Quantitative data includes endorsement rates for well-known celebrities, while qualitative data involves evaluating the benefits received by MSMEs. It is known that celebgrams charge varying rates, with some of the most expensive celebgrams reaching IDR 50,000,000. A cost-benefit analysis was conducted to assess the efficiency of investment in this promotion. It can be seen that several MSMEs achieved the highest Cost-Benefit Ratio (CBR), indicating high efficiency in generating benefits.

Abstract

This article aims to uncover preventive efforts against sexual harassment in higher education conducted by UIN KH Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan[1], which involved education based on Islamic gender justice. Education based on gender justice values in Islam needs to be carried out because Islam is a Rahmatanlil'alamin religion and is the main pillar of human values. This qualitative study employed interviews, observations, and documentation for collecting data. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, like data condensation, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The findings indicated that the portrait of sexual harassment phenomena among students could be considered an urgent condition. The student's understanding of sexual violence, Islamic gender justice, and preventing and handling sexual violence regulations was still inadequate. Moreover, various cases of sexual harassment, ranging from verbal to physical forms, have been identified. However, the preventive efforts against sexual harassment by UIN Gusdur through PSGA[2] and ULT SETARA[3] have been relatively effective. Meanwhile, education based on Islamic gender justice is carried out by socializing the problems cases regarding understanding gender and Islam.[1] K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan State Islamic University (UIN) usually called UIN Gusdur Pekalongan, is located on Jl. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan di Jepang dan Indonesia serta menganalisis konsistensi penerapannya dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan 4C dalam konteks pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, melalui analisis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2015–2025 yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dan Google Scholar. Analisis difokuskan pada lima aspek utama: jenis metode, strategi implementasi di kelas, peran guru dan siswa, keterlibatan kognitif, serta keterkaitan metode dengan pencapaian keterampilan 4C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jepang secara konsisten menerapkan metode seperti lesson study dan pembelajaran reflektif, yang menekankan kolaborasi dan kedalaman pemahaman. Sebaliknya, di Indonesia ditemukan kecenderungan penggunaan metode yang beragam namun belum disertai dengan penerapan yang stabil dan reflektif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya membangun praktik pembelajaran yang berkesinambungan dan berbasis refleksi dalam konteks madrasah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas metode pembelajaran tidak hanya ditentukan oleh variasinya, tetapi lebih pada konsistensi, kualitas implementasi, dan kesesuaiannya dengan konteks kebutuhan peserta didik. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi keilmuan dengan menyediakan landasan berbasis data yang dapat digunakan untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of human resources (HR) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah often faces challenges in improving the competence and motivation of educators. The transformational leadership model is considered an effective solution by emphasizing inspiration, motivation, and empowerment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the transformational leadership model in HR development at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and to evaluate its impact on enhancing the quality of teachers and staff. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation at several Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research steps include identifying the initial HR conditions, implementing transformational leadership by the head of the school, and evaluating changes in staff competence and motivation. The results indicate that the transformational leadership model successfully increases motivation, professionalism, and innovation in HR development. School leaders who apply this leadership style are able to create a shared vision, motivate positive change, and foster a supportive work environment for continuous learning. The main conclusion of this study confirms that transformational leadership is an effective strategy for HR development, which impacts the improvement of educational quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Keyboard: Transformational Leadership, Human Resource Development, madrasah ibtidaiyah   Abstrak: pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi tenaga pendidik. Model kepemimpinan transformasional dianggap dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menekankan inspirasi, motivasi, dan pemberdayaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan model kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pengembangan SDM di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik dan staf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi di beberapa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Langkah penelitian mencakup identifikasi kondisi awal SDM, implementasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala madrasah, serta evaluasi perubahan kompetensi dan motivasi staf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kepemimpinan transformasional berhasil meningkatkan motivasi, profesionalisme, dan inovasi dalam pengembangan SDM. Kepala madrasah yang menerapkan kepemimpinan tersebut mampu menciptakan visi bersama, memotivasi perubahan positif, dan membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Simpulan utama penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan strategi efektif untuk pengembangan SDM yang berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di madrasah ibtidaiyah sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan abstraksi konsep dan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, terutama pada materi Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK). Banyak pendekatan pembelajaran belum mampu mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode Lompat Tali Dzikir dalam pembelajaran KPK di madrasah ibtidaiyah, serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap pemahaman konsep, keterlibatan belajar siswa, dan integrasi nilai spiritual melalui permainan tradisional. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa kelas V madrasah ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep KPK secara konkret, serta menghidupkan kembali permainan tradisional yang mulai ditinggalkan. Selain itu, aktivitas dzikir yang terintegrasi dalam proses belajar memberikan penguatan spiritual yang berdampak positif pada sikap dan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini mengisi celah kajian sebelumnya yang jarang mengaitkan pembelajaran matematika dengan elemen budaya dan spiritualitas secara simultan. Metode ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif pembelajaran kontekstual-religius yang mendukung penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Academic burnout is becoming increasingly visible among Generation Alpha, who are growing up in fast-paced, highly structured, and competitive digital learning environments. High-performance expectations, continuous exposure to technology, and limited social-emotional support have been shown to reduce students’ psychological well-being and intrinsic learning motivation. This study aimed to identify the main factors contributing to academic burnout among Generation Alpha and formulate preventive strategies that align with the current educational landscape. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by adapting the PRISMA guidelines. Data were collected from reputable international and national journals indexed in Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Garuda, published between 2019 and 2025. Of the 65 articles initially identified, 30 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed thematically using Braun and Clarke’s approach. The results show that academic performance pressure is the most dominant factor contributing to burnout (reported in 60% of studies). Digital fatigue caused by multitasking appears in 53% of the findings, while limited social-emotional support from families and teachers is highlighted in 47% of the studies. Effective preventive strategies include the implementation of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), reinforcement of self-regulated learning skills, and strong collaboration between schools and parents to create a balanced and empathetic learning climate. These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic educational paradigm that equally prioritizes academic achievement and emotional well-being, enabling Generation Alpha to develop resilience and adaptability in navigating modern learning challenges in the future.
