Abstract

Konsep dasar pendidikan karakter sekaligus  implementasinya  pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD)/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) dengan berbagai karakteristik perkembangan psikis para peserta didik di lingkungan SD/MI tentu berbeda dengan perkembangan psikis peserta didik pada jenjang berikutnya. Pendidikan karakter menjadi sangat penting untuk dibahas melihat kondisi moral bangsa yang semakin hari semakin memprihatinkan. Pendidikan mempunyai peran dan tanggung jawab yang besar dalam menyelesaikan segala persoalan bangsa, terlebih persoalan yang terkait dengan karakter bangsa itu sendiri. Oleh karenanya, pendidikan karakter harus mampu menjadi ruh dari misi pendidikan secara keseluruhan dan harus terus ditumbuhkembangkan pada generasi bangsa sedini mungkin. Usia anak adalah usia yang sangat vital dalam menentukan perkembangan berikutnya, sehingga orang tua termasuk para pendidik sudah semestinya membekali anak-anak mereka dengan karakter yang baik dan budi pekerti yang mulia, sehingga mereka mampu menjadi generasi yang cerdas, unggul, dan mulia di masa yang akan datang.Dalam artikel ini, lingkup pembahasan terpusat pada tiga hal; pertama, konsep dasar pendidikan karakter secara umum; dua, karakteristik siswa SD/MI; dan yang ketiga, adalah implementasi pendidikan karakter bagi siswa SD/MI. Perlu adanya inspirasi bagi kita para orang tua sekaligus pendidik untuk memaksimalkan kembali pendidikan karakter dan budi pekerti sedini mungkin, harapannya tiada lain adalah agar putra-putri kita tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang cerdas tidak hanya secara intelektual akan tetapi juga secara moral dan sosial, amin.

Abstract

The essence of education is essentially not merely a matter of the transfer of knowledge, but also the transfer of values, in the sense that values instilment and those practices will be very significant in the formation of students’ noble and good character, not only just simply memorizing and knowing. Character education becomes a very urgent matter to be discussed and further developed both in the theoretical framework as well as the practical one, therefore teachers and educators have a clearer image and deeper knowledge from an institution’s experiences which continuously does the expansion in the implementation of education in order to achieve students’ good character. The problems presented in this study are: (1) how is the implementation of character education in Malang MIN 1?; (2) What are the values dominating?; (3) What are the tools of control of character education in MIN Malang 1? The purposes of this study are: (1) to understand the process of implementation of the character education in Malang MIN 1, (2) to find the values of characters instilled, and (3) to know the evaluation tool used in the character education in MIN Malang 1. This study is a field research within a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, teacher representatives, and student representatives. The process of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process covers: data reduction, data presentation, and data clarification and verification. The results showed that , first, the implementation of the character education in Malang MIN 1 basically represents the development of education of  akhlak al - Karimah  implemented in several aspects, namely : (a ) curriculum , ( b ) the madrasa culture , and ( c ) self-development program. Second, the values of the dominant characters seen in the students of MIN Malang 1, are: the values of disciplines,  religiousness, and appreciation of performance. Third, the evaluation measurement of character education in MIN Malang 1 are: Teacher’s Diary (Anecdot Record), Case Book, and  Counseling Book Report (BK).

Abstract

The era of globalization has recently begun to have an impact on the lives of Indonesian people. This era of globalization is indicated by the widespread development of technology and information, which results in changes in one's life in all fields. Including changes to culture, these changes are shown by their impact on the culture of Indonesian society. Now, Indonesians prefer western culture over the original Indonesian culture, including art. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the art painting extracurricular in increasing the creativity of high-level students in the 21st century learning competencies in elementary schools. Field research with a qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study.In this study, data was collected using several techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the art painting extracurricular at Candi Areng Elementary School is attended by high-level students, namely grades 4-6. This extracurricular is held once a week on Monday at 12.00-14.00 after students carry out the learning process. The art painting extracurricular at Candi Areng Elementary School itself is in great demand by the students. The interest of these students is shown by the number of students who take part in the training. The art painting extracurricular at Candi Areng Elementary School is carried out in several steps. With the steps taken by high-level students, students are required to think more, and with students' thinking, creativity emerges in them. Creativity is a very important competency in the 21st century, because this is a competency that can make students more creative about everything they find.

Abstract

Student Led Conference (SLC) is a form of evaluation in learning activities that aims to get an overview of the achievement of the learning process that students have gone through at Al Azhar 60 Pekalongan Islamic Elementary School. Researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were class 1B students totaling 25 people and also involved 2 teachers. The data collection method used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis process uses Miles & Huberman's interactive data collection, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or conclusions. The results of this study show that during the implementation of SLC, teachers, students and parents have the opportunity to access information about how far students' academic learning targets have been achieved. SLC also makes it easier for students to choose which learning they are interested in, so that students can develop their abilities according to what they want. This research also makes parents aware of their children's personalities and gives them the opportunity to learn more about their children.

Abstract

To produce quality learning, a good school environment is essential. This environment plays a role in building student character, building discipline and entrepreneurship spirit through the adiwiyata school program.  The goal of the adiwiyata school program is to shape students' entrepreneurial characteristics through the program. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to investigate the various ways the adiwiyata school program shapes students' disciplinary and entrepreneurial characters.  The results of this study can help the adiwiyata school program improve the quality of students' disciplinary character. Overall, the results of this study are expected to increase and improve student discipline in adiwiyata-based madrasah ibtidaiyah while fostering the value of students' entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Belajar dan pembelajaran adalah dua istilah yang sering terdengar saling bertolak belakang, namun hakikatnya mereka bagaikan dua sisi mata uang yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Belajar dan Pembelajaran merupakan dua konsep yang saling berhubungan, keduanya merupakan aktivitas utama dalam pendidikan. Belajar dimaknai proses perubahan perilaku sebagai hasil interaksi individu dengan lingkungannya. Perubahan perilaku hasil belajar bersifat continue, fungsional, positif, aktif dan terarah. Sedangkan pembelajaran dimaknai kegiatan yang berproses melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas teori tentang konsep belajar dan pembelajaran ditingkat Pendidikan Dasar dengan harapan dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam mencari trobosan baru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru maupun calon guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitiannya bahwa belajar adalah perubahan yang menetap dalam kemampuan manusia yang berasal dari pengalaman dan interaksi dengan dunia. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, komponen-komponen penting mencakup tujuan pembelajaran, kurikulum, peran guru, partisipasi siswa, metode pembelajaran, materi, alat pembelajaran (media), dan evaluasi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan fisik dan sosial serta penggunaan metode yang sesuai berperan penting dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran. Dampak penelitian ini dapat menunjang proses belajar menjadi lebih bermakna.

Abstract

The developmental phase of students in Primary School is a period where the desire for freedom emerges within their surroundings. A positive environment has a positive impact on student behavior, while a negative environment can encourage problematic behavior. Problematic behavior can lead to issues both for the students themselves and those around them. Teachers play a crucial role in addressing problematic behavior with a managerial approach, but the use of punishment tends to have negative consequences. Therefore, this study aims to describe students' problematic behavior and analyze the implementation of positive discipline at SD Negeri 02 Pecakaran. This research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach, involving students from grades IV, V, and VI. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and checklist sheets. The results of this study indicate that problematic student behavior is identified in four situations, influenced by internal and external factors. The family environment is dominant as a trigger for problematic behavior. Positive discipline is considered an effective alternative solution. Through this approach, the school environment can build a culture that motivates students to behave positively without relying on negatively impactful punishments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of halal certification on economic aspects by increasing the income of MSME actors in Kedawung village. The choice of location is in Kedawung village because it is directly adjacent to the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate. This research uses the Participatory method with a Participatory Rural Appraisal approach involving the active role of 25 MSME actors in Kedawung village, Batang Regency. The construct of this research was carried out in three stages, planning, implementing, and evaluating sustainable activities. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, documentation studies, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature studies. The results of this study show that; 1) Kedawung Village has the potential for people-based economic growth through MSMEs; 2) Halal certification can be a factor in increasing the income of MSME actors and providing trust to consumers who care about the halal aspects of food; 3) The Batang city government responded the existence of the Integrated Industrial Estate by creating an MSME Corner facilitated with halal certification and product digitalization. This research has implications for the benefits of halal certification for economic growth and sustainable development of halal tourism.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan program terbaru dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, yang diperkenalkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI dari Kabinet Indonesia Maju. Kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan kemandirian, motivasi, dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaranKeterampilan berpikir kritis ini merupakan keterampilan yang dapat dipelajari dan dapat dikembangkan. Keterampilan berpikir kritis tidak akan berkembang dengan baik tanpa ada usaha sadar untuk mengembangkannya selama pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan berpikir kritis. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitataif di mana hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Faktor-faktor seperti pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penekanan pada keterampilan analisis, dan integrasi mata pelajaran memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan berpikir kritis. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung keberlanjutan dan peningkatan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam upaya memajukan pendidikan yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kognitif tingkat tinggi.
