Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia which has now succeeded and successfully exploited the great opportunities of using the internet so that Tokopedia currently has a good image to be the main factor for someone in making purchasing decisions online. The decision to purchase a product is a very important factor that companies must pay attention to in every trading activity because from a purchasing decision a transaction will occur. Several factors that influence purchasing decisions at Tokopedia in this research are E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of E- Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. The method used in this research is casual associative quantitative research. The population in this study were Tokopedia users, Generation Z Muslims in East Kalimantan, totaling 1,025,006 people with an age range of 10-24 years for generation Z. The sample used was 100 Generation Z Muslims in East Kalimantan Tokopedia users using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires via Google Form with a Likert Scale measurement technique. The results of this research show that E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews partially have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. Likewise, simultaneously E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews, partially have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. The R2 value is 0.846, which means that 84.6% of the Buying Decision variable in Tokopedia E-Commerce is influenced by the E-Service Quality, E-Trust and Online Consumer Review variables. Abstract

Choosing Halal Products is a new lifestyle trend in a country with a predominant Muslim population. Samarinda is one of the most promising regions for the introduction of halal culinary products, particularly bread products. Every entrepreneur must comprehend consumer behavior and all the factors that influence purchasing decisions, as well as endeavor to develop and create products with distinct advantages over rivals and pay more attention to taste and the use of high-quality ingredients. Rarely has research been conducted on the factors that influence the decision to purchase halal bakery products. This study aims to add to previous research by focusing on consumer behavior when purchasing halal bakery products. This form of research is quantitative and employs a causal-associational methodology. This study's population consists of Samarinda consumers of Certified Halal Bakery Bread Products. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with samples of as many as 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Utilizing Google forms for the distribution of questionnaires to collect data. Techniques for data analysis using SmartPls version 3.0. The results indicated that Brand variables and Price variables have no influence on purchasing decisions, whereas Product Innovation variables and Cite preference variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk oleh-oleh khas Anggana di Galeri UMKM Bukwiskula, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Teknik analisis yang digunakan mencakup analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f) dan koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas produk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 6,7%, sedangkan 93,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan utama koperasi syariah adalah memajukan kesejahteraan anggota dan Masyarakat pada umunya, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam pembangunan tatanan perekonomian nasional dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang maju, adil, dan makmur berlandaskan Pancasila serta Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengelolaan koperasi syariah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya di KSPPS Firdaus Berkah Bersama Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengacu pada tinjauan Pustaka dari sumber yang relevan terkait penelitian ini dan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan koperasi syariah untuk kesejahteraan anggotanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh KSPPS Firdaus Berkah Bersama sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan fungsi pengelolaan yaitu melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan. Dan strategi pengelolaan KSPPS Firdaus Berkah Bersama dalam mensejahterakan anggotanya yakni melalui pembiayaan yang diberikan kepada anggota yang layak untuk menerima, melakukan monitoring agar tidak terjadi pembiayaan yang macet dan memberikan pembinaan agar usaha para anggota berjalan lancr dan mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan koperasi syariah yang strategis dan efisien mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi anggota koperasi, meningkatkan partisipasi anggota, serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan pembiayaan sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Keywords: Koperasi Syariah, Strategi pengelolaan, Kesejahteraan Anggota

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises play a strategic and important role in supporting the economic growth of developing and developed countries. The number of MSMEs in Indonesia is very large to support national income and create jobs The large number of MSMEs must be balanced with good performance in order to support the nation's economy with a contribution of almost one-third of national GDP. One factor that can improve the performance of MSMEs is entrepreneurial networking. Networking is a strategy for the development and expansion of new ideas and innovations. Through networking will open access and new business opportunities. Entrepreneurial networking or social networking usually serves as a means for MSMEs to overcome limited resources or capacity to go public. Entrepreneurial networking develops along with the development of information technology and the digital world which has an impact on marketing trends in the business world. Digital transformation will make MSMEs able to survive in the era of digital disruption and pandemic, so digital transformation for Indonesian MSME players is important.  This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study is Muslim entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in East Kalimantan. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99 people was found. The sample determination uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that partially and simultaneously entrepeneurial networking and digital marketing had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the culinary sector of Muslim entrepreneurs in East Kalimantan. MSMEs need to build professional, business and social networks that play a role in opening access to resources, knowledge and skills needed for the development and exploitation of new business opportunities and there needs to be a strengthening of social capital from both SMEs and the government for business development.  Digital marketing is an effective marketing strategy for MSMEs in the 5.0 era

Abstract

Economic stability is a key indicator of macroeconomic health, directly influenced by the effectiveness of monetary policies implemented by national authorities. This study investigates the monetary dynamics and the impact of dual monetary policies on economic stability in Malaysia and Indonesia. Dual monetary policy involves the simultaneous application of both conventional and sharia-based instruments to achieve macroeconomic objectives such as price stability, economic growth, and inflation control. The study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) to compare the effectiveness of these policies between the two countries using quarterly data from 2016 to 2024. The results indicate that dual monetary policies significantly influence economic stability in both countries, albeit with different leading instruments. In Indonesia, the Minimum Reserve Requirement (GWM) is the most influential component, while in Malaysia, the Discount Rate holds the most weight. However, no statistically significant differences were found between the two contexts. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating conventional and sharia-based instruments to enhance economic resilience in dual financial systems.
