Abstract

Integrated antenatal care is a comprehensive and quality antenatal service provided to all pregnant women. Complete antenatal examinations are K1, K2, K3 and K4.). This research was carried out in the health sector which directly focuses on Comprehensive Midwifery Care for High Risk Pregnant Women who are Too Old at the Independent Practice of Midwife Dewi Ciselia. The location for taking cases is the place where the case is taken. The location of this Midwifery Care is carried out at the Independent Practice of Midwife Dewi Ciselia. The implementation time is the time limit at which the case is taken. This care was carried out in January - February 2024. The tools used were as follows. Tools and materials for data collection: High risk midwifery care format, stationery. Tools and materials for physical examination and observation: weight scales, height measuring equipment. Tensimeter Thermometer, Watch, Mettlin monocular stethoscope, Hummer reflex, Partus set, Heating set Infusion set. Tools and Materials for documenting patient status and medical records Existing documents Stationery. The number of samples for this study was 4 pregnant women at high risk of being too old. This research was conducted in January - February 2024. The results of the research were that the mother understood and felt happy about the results of her and her baby's examination, the mother knew and understood everything the midwife had explained and was willing to follow what the midwife suggested.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) is a state of malnutrition, Pathological due to a relative or absolute deficiency or excess of one or more nutrients, and the measurement results of the lila are less than 23.5 cm.  According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017, the maternal mortality rate throughout the world is estimated at 210/100,000 live births and the neonatal mortality rate has decreased by 38%, namely 36/1000 births. Of all maternal deaths, this is severe bleeding, generally bleeding after childbirth, postpartum infections. , high blood pressure during pregnancy (preeclampsia and eclampsia). The research study method was carried out using a continuous care approach (Countuinity of care) or what is called Comprehensive Midwifery Care with Midwifery Care standards. The target in this case study is Mrs. P, 36 weeks pregnant with her first child, who is willing to sign an informed consent form. The Midwifery Care research study was carried out at the Independent Practice of Midwife Dewi Ciselia in 2024. The time used was 22 July 2024 to 30 July 2024. After being given comprehensive Midwifery Care during the postpartum period, there were 2 repeat visits, no complications or complications were found and in accordance with midwifery service standards, newborns have 2 repeat visits, use birth control injection contraception for 3 months and do not difficulties or complications are found and in accordance with obstetric service standards.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy is a moment eagerly awaited by all women in their life phase. Starting from the moment of labor until the baby is born, this process begins. Pregnancy is a physiological process that occurs in women that begins from the first day of the last menstruation and lasts for 280 days, or 40 weeks, or 9 months 7 days. Objective: To determine the Effect of Aroma Therapy Lemon Essential Oil on Reducing Hyperemia Gravidarum Trimester I in pmb Erna Fitria Dewi Betung Banyuasin. Method: This method uses a Quasi Experimental method with a One Group Pre Post Design. That is, it involves pretest and posttest treatment groups. The instrument used is a direct interview method. The population of this study was 62 first trimester pregnant women who experienced emesis gravidarum. The first trimester of the study was conducted through sampling. Sampling is the process of selecting a portion of the population that can represent the existing population. The total sample size was 30 people. So that the minimum number of samples in the study was 15 people for each treatment group. This study will be conducted in September 2025, this study will be conducted at PMB Erna Fitria Dewi Results: Statistically, the p-value was obtained = 0.010 or less than the ? value (0.05). Based on the statistical results, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the frequency of nausea and vomiting between the control group and the intervention group. Conclusion: Giving Lemon Essential aromatherapy has been proven to be effective in reducing the frequency of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women with test results of 0.000
