Abstract

INTISARIPerkembangan teknologi khususnya internet saat ini telah berkembang pesat dan telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam kehidupan kita. Internet juga berpengaruh pada sistem penjualan, saat ini banyak toko dibuat secara online untuk memasarkan produknya. Hal itu dilakukan karena pasar online jaringannya lebih luas. Maka banyak toko memilih untuk beriklan secara online.CV. Master Multi Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi dan menjual produk parfum laundry. Dalam mempromosikan produknya, CV. Master Multi Jaya menerapkan sistem online yaitu melalui Website. Namun saat ini belum dapat memaksimalkan jangkauan pasar karena website masih tergolong baru. Situs website tentunya tidak akan memaksimalkan promosi apabila pengunjung website tersebut tidak banyak. Maka dalam website penjualan tersebut dibutuhkan penerapan Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Search Engine Optimization (SEO) adalah salah satu teknik promosi dengan cara memanfaatkan pengoptimalan mesin pencari agar website yang sudah kita buat berada diperingkat teratas atau halaman pertama sebuah halaman mesin pencari. Kata kunci—Website, Penjualan, Teknologi, SEO, Promosi. ABSTRACTThe development of technology, especially the internet today has developed rapidly and has had a significant impact on our lives. The internet also affects the sales system, currently many stores are made online to market their products. This was done because the online market network is wider. So many stores choose to advertise online.CV. Master Multi Jaya is a company that manufactures and sells laundry perfume products. In promoting its products, CV. Master Multi Jaya applies an online system that is through the Website. But now it has not been able to maximize market reach because the website is still relatively new.The website certainly will not maximize promotion if there are not many website visitors. So in the sales website the application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is needed. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether by applying the Everyone is teacher here learning method, there was an increase in the learning interest of fourth graders in the Mathematics subject matter of fractions at MI Tanwirul Mubtadiin Pendil-Banyuanyar. The method used in this research is classroom action research method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Based on research that has been carried out in class IV MI Tanwirul Mubtadiin and from the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that through the learning method everyone is teacher here can increase student interest and learning outcomes. This is indicated by the increasing average mathematical reasoning ability and student interest from pre-cycle 40 to 65.71 in cycle 1 and increased to 88.57 in cycle 2. Likewise, students' interest in learning which was originally with a percentage of 52.04% in cycle 1 to 85.71% in cycle 2.

Abstract

This research aims to developan AI based e-comic for Pembelajaran Agama Islam (PAI) with a focus on commendable behavior material. Apart from that, this e-comic aims to convey a key message about the importance of honesty in everyday life. The research method used is the Design and Development (D&D) method with a development design using the ADDIE model which is designed to provide interatic and fun learning experiences for students by utilizing AI technology. After development, this e-comic was evaluated through field trials. The evaluation results show that e-comics can be effective in increasing students understanding of commendable behavior material in PAI. The implication of this research is to contribute to the development of technology-based learning media to support PAI learning that is more interactive and interesting.

Abstract

Credit is one of the largest and most important components of wealth compared to other assets. Therefore, to obtain maximum interest (income) from the loan, the bank concerned must pay special attention to the loan. Therefore, a good management system, such as a management system called internal control, is one of the most important factors in business success. Internal control is policies and mechanisms, other than accounting system control, which are created by management with the belief that the company's goals will be achieved, so that good internal control will bring benefits to business activities, and all activities can be controlled well. This study investigates the implementation of internal control systems in credit provision at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office (BRI RO) Palembang, emphasizing their critical role in maximizing interest income from loans. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research assesses the effectiveness of COSO's five control components control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. Despite challenges, the study finds that internal controls are effective, supported by skilled employee competencies aligned with their responsibilities. The findings underscore the significance of robust internal control practices in enhancing credit management efficiency and mitigating risks. This research provides practical insights for improving internal control mechanisms to optimize credit operations and ensure financial stability at BRI RO Palembang.

Abstract

An alternative to synthetic ingredients with a focus on reducing the sticky effect upon application. Given the belief in natural ingredients being safer than synthetic chemicals, this body lotion was designed to utilise the antioxidant potential of telang flower. This study aims to develop a body lotion based on telang flower extract (Clitoria ternatea L.). This study used a quasi-experimental laboratory method with a completely randomised design (CRD) with a 3 x 2 factorial pattern, testing variations in the concentration of stearic acid (2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%) and liquid paraffin (5.0%, 15%) on the quality of the Body lotion formulation. Organoleptic test results showed that all Body lotion formulas had a characteristic aroma and colour of bay flower, with varying colours depending on the concentration of ingredients. Homogeneity test showed that all formulas were homogeneous without coarse particles. The pH, viscosity, adhesion, and spreadability parameters of the Body lotion met the requirements of good cosmetics, with pH values between 6.68-7.47, viscosity between 2033-2459 cps, adhesion between 22-43 seconds, and spreadability between 5-6.9 cm. The acceptability test showed that all panelists liked the colour, aroma, and texture of the body lotion, and did not feel the sticky effect after application. This study concludes that variations in the concentration of stearic acid and liquid paraffin affect the quality of Body lotion, with the optimal formulation being able to reduce the sticky effect and increase the comfort of use on the skin.

Abstract

Guru yang profesional adalah guru yang mampu mengaplikasikan kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial dalam proses pembelajaran baik didalam maupun diluar kelas. Seorang guru yang disebut profesional, maka jabatan fungsional seorang guru mereferensikan dirinya menjadi seorang yang profesional dalam bidangnya sehingga jabatan fungsional guru menjadi profesi dalam berkarya dan dalam bidang yang telah ditekuninya. Profesi sebagai seorang guru yang telah diketahui dan didasarkan pada kompetensi standar yang telah dimilikinya menggambarkan keprofesionalannya. keberhasilan peserta didik sangat ditentukan oleh guru profesional. Guru selain mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam mengajar hal yang utama yang harus diperhatikan sebelum memasuki ruang belajar adalah fokus terhadap dirinya sendiri baik dari segi materi, metode belajar, dan penampilan.

Abstract

Mayoritas petani di daerah Perdana berprofesi sebagai petani tanaman padi, palawija dan tanaman semusim lainnya. Untuk menghasilkan tanaman pangan yang subur dan hasil yang melimpah dibutuhkan penanganan yang baik seperti memberikan pupuk yang berkualitas dan berimbang. Saat ini petani menggunakan pupuk berbahan kimia dengan alasan mudah didapat namun tidak memikirkan dampak buruk jangka panjang yang akan dialami seperti (1) memicu gangguan Kesehatan; (2) merusak kesuburan tanah; (3) pencemaran air; dan (4) pemusnahan mikroorganisme. Oleh karena itu mahasiswa KKN kelompok 07 berkerjasama dengan penyuluh pertanian mengadakan penyuluhan berupa edukasi manfaat pupuk organik dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik di Desa Perdana. Edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik bertujuan merubah perilaku dan cara berfikir para petani di Desa Perdana agar mau memanfaatkan limbah tanaman padi menjadi pupuk supaya menghasilkan tanaman yang subur, menghasilkan bahan pangan yang melimpah dan sehat serta lebih ekonomis. Dalam edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk ini menggunakan teknik komunikasi langsung dan pendekatan kelompok berupa penyuluhan. Hasil evaluasi prestest dan postest mendapatkan score ideal efektifitas 80% dan mendapatkan N-Gain Score kategori sedang yaitu 0.5. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan lancar dan efektif. Para peserta bersemangat untuk mengaplikasikan hasil pelatihan dan meminta pendampingan dari penyuluh pertanian. Most farmers in the Perdana region are engaged in cultivating rice, secondary crops, and other seasonal plants. To produce fertile crops with abundant yields, proper management is essential, such as providing quality and balanced fertilizers. Currently, farmers use chemical fertilizers due to their availability, without considering the long-term negative impacts, which include (1) health problems, (2) soil fertility degradation, (3) water pollution, and (4) destruction of microorganisms. Therefore, KKN student group 07, in collaboration with agricultural extension workers, organized an outreach program in Perdana village to educate farmers about the benefits of organic fertilizers and to train them in making organic fertilizers. The purpose of this education and training is to change the behavior and mindset of farmers in Perdana village to utilize rice plant waste for fertilizer, thereby producing fertile crops, abundant and healthy food, and achieving greater economic efficiency. The education and training employed direct communication techniques and group approaches, including outreach sessions. Evaluation results from pre-tests and post-tests achieved an ideal effectiveness score of 80% and an N-Gain Score of 0.5, indicating a moderate improvement. The outreach activities were conducted smoothly and effectively, and participants were enthusiastic about applying the training results and requested continued support from agricultural extension workers.

Abstract

This study aims to present a portrait of the performance of the Seulalah Baru Village Government, Langsa City, in village financial management. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis for data collection. The findings indicate that the performance of village officials is considered good, particularly in terms of responsiveness and cooperation among village apparatus and community participation. Fund management is carried out through participatory planning via village deliberations, budget implementation aligned with development priorities, and transparent supervision by both internal bodies and the community. Overall, the village financial management complies with prevailing laws and regulations and has positively contributed to village development and community empowerment. Nevertheless, there remains a need to enhance the quality of supervision to achieve more optimal and sustainable village financial governance.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of financial literacy in students' lives, especially in influencing their academic performance. Students with a good understanding of financial literacy tend to be more able to manage finances effectively, contributing to better academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on student academic achievement: financial management as a mediating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 100 active students of Bina Darma University, who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique. Data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on student academic achievement, (2) financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management, (3) financial management has a significant effect on student academic achievement, and (4) financial management acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between financial literacy and student academic achievement. This finding confirms that an increase in financial literacy must be accompanied by good financial management skills to positively impact students' academic performance. Therefore, universities are expected to provide more intensive financial education to help students manage their finances more effectively.
