Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of learning strategies aimed at enhancing creativepreneurship within equivalency education programs using a quantitative research approach. A sample of 150 students from various centers participated, with data collected through a structured questionnaire assessing the impact of interactive and project-based learning strategies on entrepreneurial creativity and skills. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between the use of these strategies and the development of creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and entrepreneurial initiative. Additionally, demographic factors such as age and prior education moderated the outcomes, highlighting the importance of tailored approaches in fostering creativepreneurship. These insights offer valuable guidance for educators and policymakers seeking to improve the effectiveness of equivalency education programs in promoting entrepreneurial capabilities among diverse learners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT X Mining Industry. The study employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. The research population consisted of 83 employees, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire measured on a four-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.326, p = 0.011) and job satisfaction (β = 0.655, p < 0.001). Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.336, p = 0.002). Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between OCB and employee performance (β = 0.220, p = 0.016). These findings suggest that employees' voluntary behaviors that support organizational effectiveness not only enhance employee performance directly but also indirectly by increasing job satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for organizations by emphasizing the importance of fostering a work culture that encourages OCB, strengthening supportive leadership, improving internal communication, and creating a work environment that enhances job satisfaction to achieve sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

The productivity of productive mustahik in zakat-based economic empowerment programs is not always proportional to the business capital assistance received. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived business capital on the productivity of productive mustahik, both directly and through resilience as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 120 productive mustahik assisted by BAZNAS Central Java Province, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a perceived business capital scale, a resilience scale, and a productivity scale, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach via SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that perceived business capital had no significant direct effect on productivity (β = 0.089, p = 0.190), but significantly and positively affected resilience (β = 0.312, p = 0.002). Resilience, in turn, significantly and positively affected productivity (β = 0.363, p = 0.000) and fully mediated the effect of perceived business capital on productivity (β = 0.215, p = 0.001). These findings confirm resilience as a key psychological mechanism bridging the perception of economic resources and business productivity, underscoring the need to integrate resilience-strengthening strategies into zakat-based empowerment programs.
