Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of entrepreneurial competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar included technical competence, marketing competence, financial competence and interpersonal competence. The results of the study revealed that (1) the technical competence of entrepreneural at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar was conducted with the character of competency skills. The implementation of this activity was related closely the principal entrepreneurial competence, (2) Entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar in marketing departement was conducted by seeing the needs of the people at school. It is an attitude of innovation, hard work and motivation and entrepreneurial instincts of the principal in seeing entrepreneurial opportunities will be opened up wider marketplace, (3) Financial competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar do with the arrangement of goods and financial reporting . These activities can not be separated from the principal entrepreneurial competence, (4) Communication competence of the principal at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar gave space to build partnership to institutions which could the relezation of the school’s vision and mission and could give benefits to both institutoin, (5) the supporting factors on the implementation of entrepreneural competence at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar were assitance on ADB infestation, coordination  from each competency skills, partnership with instution, and clear market. Whereas, the inhibing factors were lack of interest in entrepreneurship for students and lack of time management.

Abstract

Siong is one of the economical valuable crops that grown in North Basse Sangtempe, Luwu. This plant grows wildly around the society. However, many farmers do not understand the economic potential of this plant due to low knowledge of farmer on proper cultivation techniques and post harvest handling of siong plant. The products produced of siong plant are black cincau and the siong tea that will be focus of ibm activities program that conducted in the village of Bonglo and Tede. The IbM activities conducted through the input of cultivation technology and post harvest, can improve the quality of siong plant production and certainly increase the farmers income. In addition, this knowledge can be transferred to other farmers so it can help them in developing siong plants into plants that can be cultivated intensively in North Basse Sangtempe not only in the village of Bonglo and Tede. The team provides solutions that implemented in the IbM program including: knowledge on how to seed, how to plant until how to harvest and post harvest of siong plant. High fiber content of siong plant provides a lot of benefits for the health of body adequate intake for dietary fiber to mantain health.

Abstract

This research is experimental research. The expected long-term goal of this research is that through an investigative group study model with vision of SETS, it will be able to improve cognitive, affective and psychomotoric learning outcomes and students’ creativity, which relate between natural resources with environment, technology, and society and how to utilize the environment. The specific targets of this research are (1) developing and implementing learning natural resources materials in natural sciences subject course (teaching materials and lesson plans) based on learning model of study group with vision of SETS (2) increasing students’ learning outcomes of elementary school, activities and responses to cooperative learning of investigative group with vision of SETS. To know the difference of natural science learning outcomes between which was taught using study group model of SETS visionary and conventional learning, it used inferential statistic is t test. This study involved 3 classes and 3 elementary schools at Palopo. The experimental design used is One Way ANOVA. In the experimental classroom, treatment class 1 employed investigative group learning model with vision of SETS and the experimental class 2 used an investigative group learning model and 1 control class used conventional learning. Stages of data collection were the provision of test results and students’ questionnaire responses. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively, quantitatively, descriptive statistical analysis, and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed after the treatment between the model class Investigation group with vision of SETS, investigative group model class and conventional class, based on student learning outcomes, there was a difference in which the investigation group is better than the conventional class, the SETS vision investigation group is better than the conventional class while the investigation group and investigation group SETS have no difference. It was concluded that investigation group class with vision of SETS is better than the conventional class, in line with the responses of students which were classified as good category and students’ activity increased.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the effect of the process and results of implementation of lesson study in teaching descriptive essay writing at the fourth semester students of Indonesian Language Education and Literary Studies Program. This research was a Descriptive Quantitative that described about the process and result in the learning writing descriptive esay.  Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that it was positively increased. It looks at the focus of students showed a positive attitude in following each learning cycle. In addition, the level of mastery learning achievement showed that the obtained value of 75 to the top 30 students with a percentage of 86%, while those which scored under 75 only 5 students with a percentage of 14%. It was concluded that the lesson study had a positive influence in teaching descriptive essay writing in the fourth semester students of Indonesian Language Education and Literary Studies Program.

Abstract

Kegiatan “Bimbingan Teknis Pemahaman CP, Penyusunan TP/ATP, dan Modul Ajar di SDN Negeri 7 Ponjalae Palopo” yang berlangsung selama 1 (satu) hari (12 November 2022) berlangsung di SD Negeri 7 Ponjalae Palopo dengan peserta dari unsur kepala sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepala sekolah terkait dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama dalam hal pemahaman Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), penyusunan Tujuan Pembelajaran dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP/ATP), dan penyusunan Modul Ajar. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 16 kepala sekolah jenjang SD dari sekolah yang berada pada Gugus 3, 5, dan 9 Palopo. Pendekatan kegiatan ini menggunakan model pelatihan (Bimbingan Teknis) sehingga peningkatan aspek psikomotorik menjadi aspek utama yang ingin dicapai. Selain penyajian materi, peserta dibekali dengan penugasan dalam bentuk lembar kerja sehingga selain aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotorik peserta mengalami peningkatan

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kerjasama antara Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo sebagai pelaksana dengan TK di Kecamatan Ponrang Kabupaten Luwu sebagai mitra. Urgensi dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini yakni kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam membuat atau merancang media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan. Beberapa permasalahan yang diungkapkan oleh guru TK di Kecamatan Ponrang, di antaranya: (1) rendahnya kreativitas guru dalam membuat dan merancang media pembelajaran yang bersifat kontekstul, (2) guru kekurangan media pembelajaran untuk mengajar materi bahasa Inggris khususnya yang terkait Fun English, (3) keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam membuat bahan pembelajaran berbasis Fun English, (4) minimnya fasilitas peralatan pembelajaran yang tersedia di sekolah, dan (5) kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang manfaat mendaftarkan sebuah karya atau media pembelajaran ke Dirjen HKI. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pembelajaran Fun English berbasis media 3D Printing sesuai dengan Suistainable Development Goals (SDGs) atau berdasarkan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yaitu: mitra dapat membuat media pembelajaran 3D Printing untuk pembelajaran berkonsep Fun English, guru memiliki media pembelajaran 3D printing, mitra dapat membuat media 3D dan mitra dapat menggunakan aplikasi ultimaker cura, media pembelajaran Fun English dapat dibuat sesuai dengan objek aslinya, peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Fun English, dan jumlah media pembelajaran 3D printing yang dibuat mitra terdaftar di HKI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in the management of artificial intelligence (AI)-based early childhood education in South Sulawesi. This study used a mixed methods approach and involved 15 administrators and 150 instructors from 30 regional schools. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using linear regression, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The study findings revealed that transformational leadership significantly influenced the success of AI-based education management, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.75 (p < 0.01). Key factors such as strategic vision, effective communication, teacher capacity development, and organizational support play an important role. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate technical training, and inadequate education policies remain. This study contributes to educational management science by demonstrating how transformational leadership can be a strategic driver to overcome implementation barriers and improve technology integration in early childhood education. Practical implications include guiding school leaders in leadership development programs, informing policy formulation to support AI-based learning, and enhancing institutional readiness for educational innovation. Academically, this research enriches the discourse on applying leadership theory in the context of technological transformation in education.
