Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui manfaat pelatihan pendidikan agama Islam pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Enrekang dan Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat pelatihan pendidikan agama Islam pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Enrekang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan analisa data meliputi reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat pendidikan agama islam pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah luar biasa negeri enrekang sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap anak karena dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang ilmu agama dan dapat merubah tingkah laku anak menjadi lebih baik dan dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan pedidikan agam islam yaitu dukungan orang tua siswa, guru selalu mengajar dengan sabar dan telaten, didukung oleh komite sekolah. Faktor penghambat yaitu Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat umum dan keluarga penyandang kelainan khusus tentang arti pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus yang relatif kurang, Mengadakan pelatihan ketrampilan dan pengembangan bakat minat, Masih terbatas sarana dan prasarananya.

Abstract

Waqf has a strategic role in improving the welfare of the people if it is managed optimally. However, the use of waqf for social welfare is still very rarely done. So far, the use of productive waqf in Indonesia has not led to the economic empowerment of the people and tends to only be for the interests of worship activities and things that are commonly carried out in Indonesia such as mosques, prayer rooms, schools, graves and others. The same thing happened in Enrekang Regency. Waqf land in Enrekang Regency is divided into 5 types according to its use. The use of waqf land as a mosque dominates 80% of the total waqf land in Enrekang Regency. Followed by schools at 7%, then tombs at 6%, other social groups at 4%, and finally a prayer room at 3%. Therefore, the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah (PDM) Kab. Enrekang through the Waqf and Assets Council as a nazhir organization has a role in managing productive waqf that can be used to empower the people, especially the people of Enrekang Regency. Related to this problem, this research needs to be carried out to analyze the management of productive waqf by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership of Enrekang Regency and the empowerment of the people through the management of productive waqf, as well as the obstacles in the management of productive waqf faced by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership of Enrekang Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research. which was carried out using the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with the research subject of the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership of Enrekang Regency, specifically the Waqf and Wealth Council PDM Kab. Enrekang, wakif, and the people of Enrekang Regency. This research uses data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that the management of waqf assets by the Waqf Council and PDM Treasurer of Enrekang Regency can be broadly said to be effective. This is supported by the results of research showing that of the total waqf land area of 41,201 m2 that is managed, 60% or 24,721 m2 have been empowered for the benefit of the community which is dominated in the form of schools/madrasah/pesantren. The remaining land that has not been utilized is 16,480 m2 or 40% of the total waqf land

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in the management of artificial intelligence (AI)-based early childhood education in South Sulawesi. This study used a mixed methods approach and involved 15 administrators and 150 instructors from 30 regional schools. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using linear regression, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The study findings revealed that transformational leadership significantly influenced the success of AI-based education management, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.75 (p < 0.01). Key factors such as strategic vision, effective communication, teacher capacity development, and organizational support play an important role. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate technical training, and inadequate education policies remain. This study contributes to educational management science by demonstrating how transformational leadership can be a strategic driver to overcome implementation barriers and improve technology integration in early childhood education. Practical implications include guiding school leaders in leadership development programs, informing policy formulation to support AI-based learning, and enhancing institutional readiness for educational innovation. Academically, this research enriches the discourse on applying leadership theory in the context of technological transformation in education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the outdoor study method in learning Science for fifth-grade students in UPT SDN 198 Pinrang. The outdoor study method is a learning approach outside the classroom that provides direct experience for students to observe and understand science concepts contextually. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, namely research carried out directly at the location to obtain the required data. Research subjects included class V homeroom teachers and students. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis process is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verifying research results. The implementation of the Outdoor Study method in learning Natural Sciences in class V UPT SDN 198 Pinrang has proven to be effective, because the teacher uses an approach that is appropriate to the material and utilizes the surrounding environment as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of project-based Integrated Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning integrated with Pancasila Student Profile in enhancing creativity and social care among fifth-grade students at SDN 237 Pinrang. The research method employed was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 28 fifth-grade students at SDN 237 Pinrang. Data collection techniques included observation, creativity tests, social care questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using both qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive statistics. The results demonstrated that the implementation of project-based IPAS learning integrated with Pancasila Student Profile effectively enhanced student creativity from an average of 68.5 in cycle I to 84.2 in cycle II. Student social care also increased from moderate category 67.3% to high category 89.7%. The implementation involved projects relevant to daily life such as waste management, water conservation, and local wisdom of Pinrang that integrated elements of Pancasila Student Profile. The research concludes that project-based IPAS learning integrated with Pancasila Student Profile is effective in enhancing student creativity and social care through meaningful and contextual learning experiences.

Abstract

Natural and Social Sciences learning requires innovative approaches that can integrate modern technology with effective learning methods. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality media with Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning model in improving student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences subjects at UPT SDN 212 Pinrang. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design involving 60 fifth-grade students divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group used Augmented Reality media with Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning model, while the control group used conventional learning. Research instruments included learning outcome tests, student activity observation sheets, and learning motivation questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential statistics with independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test. The results showed significant improvement in the experimental group with pretest average of 68.7 increasing to 85.3 in posttest, while the control group increased from 67.9 to 74.2. Independent sample t-test showed significant differences between both groups with p-value < 0.05. Learning motivation analysis showed significant improvement with average score of 89.4 in the experimental group compared to 76.2 in the control group. The research conclusion indicates that using Augmented Reality media with Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes and student motivation in Natural and Social Sciences learning. The integration of Augmented Reality technology with inquiry learning approach provides immersive and interactive learning experiences that enhance understanding of abstract concepts into more concrete ones.

Abstract

Parental involvement in fostering the character of child discipline in school. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the role that parents play in improving the character of children’s discipline in school. Methods: The study population consisted of 7 elementary schools with a target sample consisting of 8 school personnel and 27 parents. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews to be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Findings: The most common problem at school is the dynamics of child discipline. The discipline of parents in their children’s education can improve discipline, self-esteem, cognitive development, social interaction skills, and academics as a whole. The role of parents in encouraging student discipline, it is clear that parents must be involved as shown by most respondents (66.67% of parents and 62.50% of teachers). Conclusions: Designing interventions aimed at harmonizing parental and teacher assessments in certain activities related to primary school education will be beneficial in fostering child discipline character education. Abstract

Manajemen adalah cara untuk mencapai sebuah proses dengan yang melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian sumber daya (termasuk manusia, keuangan, fisik dan informasi) untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengindentifikasi strategi efektivitas manajemen yang dapat digunakan unntuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan analisis dokumen yang telah menarapkan strategi-strategi manajemen yang efektifitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa strategi efektifitas manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melibatkan aspek-aspek seperti komunikasi yang jelas dan terbuka, pengembangan keterampilan dan kompetensi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengakuan atas pencapaian, serta pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif. Selain itu, implementasi sistem reward yang adil dan transparan juga terbukti dapat memberikan motivasi ekstra bagi pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Peran Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (DIKLAT) Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pejabat Struktural di Lingkungan Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Enrekang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan diklat terhadap peningkatan kinerja pejabat struktural, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan atau kegagalan diklat dalam menciptakan perubahan kedisiplinan pejabat struktural dan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan diklat terhadapa perubahan kultur organisasi dan pola pikir pejabat struktural dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan disiplin kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diklat sangat berpengaruh pada manajemen waktu dan loyalitas para pejabat struktural dan pegawai hal ini terlihat dengan bagaimana mereka mampu mengatasi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing secara maksimal dan semuanya hampir tepat waktu. Kedisiplinan para pegawai yang datang tepat waktu ke kantor, ini merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan kinerja pegawai yang menandakan para pejabat struktural dan pegawai menghargai waktu dan memiliki loyalitas tinggi pada pekerjaan dan jabatan mereka. Pengaruh diklat sangat besar bagi peningkatan kinerja para pejabat struktural dilingkugan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan SDM kabupaten Enrekang, para pejabat struktural telah menerapkan ilmu yang dibekali dari diklat pada pekerjaannya. Terlihat dari bagaimana cara para pegawai menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan rapi dan baik dan manajemen waktu yang diatur dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja Kabupaten Enrekang dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Lewaja Kecamatan Enrekang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan minat berwirausaha dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat Kelurahan Lewaja adalah pengusaha memiliki sikap percaya diri artinya pengusaha mampu mengendalikan diri dengan baik dalam hal kepercayaan diri, inovatif artinya menciptakan hal-hal yang baru yang serupa dengan usaha yang telah dikelola, sikap keterbukaan artinya selalu terbuka dengan informasi-informasi mengenai kewirausahaan agar memiliki usaha yang tidak kuno atau tertinggal, keberanian dalam mengambil resiko artinya pengusaha dapat mengambil resiko yang memang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan perencana artinya pengusaha mampu merencanakan sesuatu dengan selalu berpikir kreatif. Sedangkan Faktor penghambatnya adalah gagal merencanakan sesuatu, tidak mampu melakukan peralihan, melakukan persaingan yang tidak sehat, tidak dapat mengelola atau mengendalikan sistem keuangan dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor pendoronya adalah selalu memiliki pikiran yang positif, kreatif, inisiatif, inovasi dan disiplin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan.
