Abstract

The early age is often recognized as the optimal period to start the acquisition of a foreign language. The optimal period for acquiring linguistic skills is during early life. Studying another language is the most efficient means of breaking beyond the limitations of just one language and culture. Moreover, gaining exposure to a different culture allows individuals to get a much deeper comprehension. Individually possessed. Hence, language acquisition may be seen as a valuable instrument for assimilating into a new culture and community. Learning a language entails acquiring knowledge about a different culture. Adolescent learners have high levels of motivation when it comes to acquiring a second language. The immature brain has remarkable plasticity, enabling it to readily acquire novel information. They possess a strong inclination to explore and understand the world surrounding them. The earlier we begin the greater the duration available for language exposure. The brain of young learners is sometimes referred to as a malleable brain. They have the ability to acquire knowledge without conscious awareness. Adults, in reality, have minds occupied with many concerns, whereas children's minds are focused on their lessons. In this study, we will discuss several benefits of early language acquisition. Studies indicate that the optimal period to teach fresh languages to a young kid is from birth to the age of 10. This review finding explores how children may acquire language more rapidly, have improved retention, and often have near-native pronunciation. Ultimately, this research emphasizes the benefits and drawbacks of acquiring a foreign language throughout infancy.

Abstract

This article describes a community outreach program that aims to teach human rights in an impartial manner inside a multilingual environment at Mojokerto, that are Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa. This project used conceptualisation of Aset-Based Community Development (ABCD) to develop aset as language tutors, bilingual communities, and Pesantren environs. The main cognitive content is to improve the curriculum and bilingual text books while analyzing the goals, restraint, and project strategy. This article also summarizes previous research on the project of fundamental quantity national participation. The topics included the role of human resources management, the theatrical role of heutagogy in primary education, bilingual education, and speech communication in primary schools. Moreover, the project has been presented at Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa of Mojokerto for research on Human Education with a Multilingual Environment.

Abstract

Meaning is the core unit of language. It may convey positive and negative implications. Swearing is an intriguing language-related topic. Hence, this work is carried out to discover and describe the form, reference, meaning, and purpose of swearing in Yemeni Arabic as practiced by the people in mountainous regions of western Yemen. People express their feelings through the use of utterances that are referred to as swearing. These utterances typically have a negative connotation. This qualitative research presents the spoken language utilized by the respondents residing within the sub-districts of the Mahweet and Hajjah provinces in western Yemen. The data processing consisted of three stages: choosing, transcribing, and evaluating relevant data. The form, reference, and function of swearing were all interpreted to conduct the analysis. There were many other ways to swear, including monomorpheme, polymorpheme, phrase, clause, and sentence forms. Those swearing forms are referred to animals, religious terms, supernatural creatures, members of the family, portions of the body, human activities, professions, oaths, illnesses, and exclamations. Connotatively and denotatively, the swearing allowed for rage, displeasure, surprise, insult, and even humor. The study's implications were also studied. As a result, researchers may undertake more thorough investigations to better understand urban or coastal Yemeni swearing. The sociolinguistic, discursive, and pragmatic aspects of swearing should be researched more in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan Papan Bilangan Berpangkat (PLAKAT) sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep eksponen. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kesulitan siswa dalam memahami operasi eksponen yang bersifat abstrak dan minimnya penggunaan alat peraga dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan PLAKAT dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PLAKAT secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep eksponen dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PLAKAT merupakan alat bantu yang efektif dalam memperjelas konsep eksponen serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The process of classroom management is important for anyone to know, especially a teacher who devotes himself to the world of education. Management activities or class management can be interpreted as the ability of the teacher or homeroom teacher to utilize the potential of the class in the form of providing the widest possible opportunity for each person to carry out creative and directed activities so that available time and funds can be used efficiently to carry out activities Class activities related to curriculum and student development. In this case, a teacher must be able to control class conditions with various approaches including authoritarian approaches, intimidation approaches, permissive approaches, prescription approaches, behavior change approaches, socio-emotional approaches, group approaches and eclectic or pluralistic approaches, so that the learning process can be carried out. as expected, so that the learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang legenda Maling Cluring, seorang pencuri dari zaman Majapahit yang memiliki kemampuan unik untuk bersembunyi dan menghindari penangkapan. Meskipun ia sering mencuri, Maling Cluring dianggap sebagai sosok yang mulia karena ia menggunakan hasil curiannya untuk membantu orang miskin dengan membagikan makanan. Kisahnya menjadi bagian dari sejarah Desa Balongwono, di mana ia meninggalkan jejak dalam bentuk jasa sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami siapa sebenarnya Maling Cluring, perbedaannya dengan cerita Maling Cluring di daerah lain, serta jejaknya di Desa Balongwono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Aset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang fokus pada pemanfaatan potensi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maling Cluring, meskipun pencuri, memiliki pengaruh positif dalam membantu masyarakat.

Abstract

Program pendampingan pelaku UMKM makanan ringan berbasis digital marketing melalui pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM Robi Jaya di Desa Mergobener, Kecamatan Tarik, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. UMKM ini memproduksi kacang bawang sebagai produk unggulan dan beberapa jenis makanan ringan lainnya, namun masih menerapkan strategi pemasaran tradisional dengan jangkauan terbatas. Metode pendampingan menggunakan lima tahapan ABCD, yaitu Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, Destiny. Program implementasi digital marketing meliputi pelatihan digital marketing untuk pemilik UMKM, pembuatan akun bisnis di Instagram dan Facebook, pendaftaran di marketplace Shopee, pembuatan konten digital berkualitas, serta pengembangan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan penjualan sebesar 35% dalam satu bulan pertama, peningkatan kapasitas digital pemilik UMKM, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar hingga ke luar kabupaten. Keberhasilan program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam mengembangkan UMKM dengan mengoptimalkan aset yang sudah dimiliki dan mendorong kemandirian pelaku usaha dalam implementasi digital marketing.
