Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, traditional games that can develop children’s skills still exist. One of them is dakon. This research is a classroom research aimed to develop arithmetic skills at Raudhatul Athfal Al Kamal 1 Palaran Samarinda. The research subjects were 12 students with 6 males and 6 females. The traditional game dakon focuses on introducing number 1-20, mentioning the number order 1-20, and sorting numbers of dakon. This research was carried out through two cycles with three meetings each cycle. The result of research shows that before the treatment the students’ skill is 0%. After the treatment, the skill on the cycle 1 is 31% with developing criteria. On the cycle 2, the skill is 77% with well-developed criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the traditional game dakon can develop the students’ arithmetic skills of Raudhatul Athfal Al Kamal 1 Palaran, Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang strategi pelayanan gereja yang holistik dan kontekstual dalam merespons perlawanan Artificial Intelligence (AI), dengan menggunakan pendekatan misi holistik David Bosch. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber literatur dalam konteks Indonesia selama 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sintesis teologis antara pemikiran Bosch dan realitas perkembangan AI menghasilkan beberapa prinsip kunci, yaitu integrasi proklamasi Injil dengan pelayanan sosial, memahami AI sebagai bagian dari realitas dunia yang terus berubah, mengembangkan pendekatan yang relevan bagi masyarakat digital, menerapkan etika Kristiani dalam penggunaan AI, menikmati praktik spiritual dengan teknologi, dan mewujudkan kolaborasi interdisipliner. Kesimpulannya, gereja perlu mengadopsi model pelayanan holistik yang responsif terhadap tantangan AI untuk menjadi komunitas yang relevan dan transformatif di era digital.

Abstract

This article describes a community outreach program that aims to teach human rights in an impartial manner inside a multilingual environment at Mojokerto, that are Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa. This project used conceptualisation of Aset-Based Community Development (ABCD) to develop aset as language tutors, bilingual communities, and Pesantren environs. The main cognitive content is to improve the curriculum and bilingual text books while analyzing the goals, restraint, and project strategy. This article also summarizes previous research on the project of fundamental quantity national participation. The topics included the role of human resources management, the theatrical role of heutagogy in primary education, bilingual education, and speech communication in primary schools. Moreover, the project has been presented at Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa of Mojokerto for research on Human Education with a Multilingual Environment.

Abstract

Education is one of the things that needs to be considered to create the next generation of Indonesians who have an intelligent mindset and good concepts in dealing with global challenges. The problem plaguing the world of education is a disease caused by a virus known as Covid-19. The approach that can be taken so that education can be carried out even with the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic is blended learning. This study aimed to examine how blended learning is used in classes at SMA Negeri 5 Central Maluku. The method used is a qualitative research approach used qualitatively. The results of this study are the use of blended learning because online learning is only sometimes the best choice, and a face-to-face learning process is needed. Instructors need to be better at creating engaging learning materials to make the online learning environment attractive. RPP made online must also be considered by the teacher

Abstract

This research endeavors to employ sales forecasting techniques on historical sales data for the purpose of determining the sales budget. The application of forecasting is based on sales data from the preceding period, utilizing a descriptive qualitative method. The analysis employs the half-average trend method, generating an estimated sales figure for the upcoming period. This estimate serves as a reference for both inventory planning and the formulation of the sales budget. Within this research, the half-average trend method involves the selection of two X parameter values, namely 0.5 and 0. To determine the superior value, a calculation of SKF (Standard Error of Forecasting) is executed. The analysis results reveal that utilizing the value 0 yields an SKF value of 4,166.6, while the value 0.5 produces a lower SKF value of 3,941.6. This implies that the estimated sales number with the X value of 0.5 is smaller than that with the X value of 0. Conclusively, the application of the half-average trend method in this research provides sales estimates for the next three months, contributing valuable insights for effective planning and budgeting processes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the scaffolding strategies employed by an English teacher in teaching essay writing and to examine how students respond to these strategies in an EFL context. The research was conducted at MA Unggulan Al Kautsar Mojokerto with Class X students as participants. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and analysis of students’ writing products. The findings reveal that the teacher employed various scaffolding techniques, including modeling, guided brainstorming, prompting, questioning, and real-time feedback across the pre-writing, while-writing, and post-writing stages. These strategies helped students better understand essay structures, develop their ideas, and improve their writing organization and coherence. Moreover, students responded positively, reporting increased motivation, reduced anxiety, and improved confidence in writing. The study supports Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, particularly the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), as the scaffolding facilitated learners’ progression toward independent writing. It is concluded that teacher scaffolding is an effective pedagogical strategy that enhances both cognitive and affective aspects of essay writing in EFL classrooms.

Abstract

The motivation behind this assistance is to illustrate assistance in making wall magazines in various forms owned by MI Darul Ulum Tinggar Buntut Bangsal Mojokerto students. Wall magazines are the easiest type of mass correspondence media and are displayed on walls through well-arranged compositions and pictures so that they look interesting to look at and read. The making of this magazine is expected to build student excellence and imagination in skills. so that students are persuaded by their imaginative abilities to communicate life concerns that are reflected in life both in relation to the general habitat and everything that happens both real and imagined. The results obtained were that students were very enthusiastic about recording their imagination in hard copy form through a wall magazine by filling in every available rubric, both composition and images.

Abstract

PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skill santri melalui pelatihan Al-Banjari. Selain itu, PkM ini juga berupaya mendorong regenerasi seni Al-Banjari di TPQ Sabilul Khoirot dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada santri agar mereka dapat menjadi penerus yang kompeten. PkM ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada pengembangan aset atau potensi yang telah dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Metode ABCD bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengoptimalkan aset-aset yang ada agar dapat dikembangkan bersama oleh masyarakat. Setiap daerah atau komunitas pasti memiliki aset, yang tidak selalu berupa materi atau kekayaan fisik desa. Hasil dari PkM ini  menghasilkan Kesenian Religi Al banjari TPQ Sabilul Khoirot Sidoarjo yang meliputi Setiap hari Senin diadakan kegiatan diba’, sedangkan pada hari Kamis terdapat pembacaan manaqib. Kedua kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan setelah sholat Maghrib. Sementara itu, setiap hari Selasa dan Kamis setelah sholat Ashar, diadakan pelatihan Al-Banjari yang mana kami juga turut serta dalam pelatihan Al-Banjari yang diselenggarakan di TPQ tersebut. dan juga Peran Al-Banjari dalam Pengembangan Soft Skill santri TPQ Sabilul Khoirot Sidoarjo yang meliputi  kerja sama tim, Kepemimpinan, Kepercayaan diri, komunikasi efektif Kreatifitas dan inovasi, serta keterampilan Musikal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan Al-Banjari di TPQ di TPQ Sabilul Khoirot Sidoarjoi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how soft skills can be used to shape students' multicultural attitudes at MAN 1 Mojokerto, especially in relation to the phenomenon of cyberbullying and hoaxes. In the digital era, soft skills such as social skills, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential to build tolerance and respect for differences. A qualitative case study was used in this research. The results show that despite efforts to improve soft skills, there are still some challenges. Some of them are that some students and teachers do not know about harassment and there is no strong belief in giving sanctions to harassers. As a result, to build a strong multicultural attitude, more extensive soft skills programs and stricter law enforcement are needed.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana soft skill dapat digunakan untuk membentuk sikap multikultural siswa di MAN 1 Mojokerto, terutama berkaitan dengan fenomena cyberbullying dan hoaks. Di era digital, soft skill seperti kecakapan sosial, komunikasi, berpikir kritis, dan kerja sama tim sangat penting untuk membangun toleransi dan menghargai perbedaan. Studi kasus kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan soft skill, masih ada beberapa tantangan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah bahwa sebagian siswa dan guru tidak tahu tentang pelecehan dan tidak ada keyakinan yang kuat dalam memberikan sanksi kepada pelaku pelecehan. Akibatnya, untuk membangun sikap multikultural yang kuat, program soft skill yang lebih luas dan penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas diperlukan.
