Abstract

The research was motivated by the declining condition of tourism in Indonesia due to Covid-19, but it has the potential to develop further. Therefore, this study aims to describe the prospect and strategies for developing tourism during COVID-19. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by taking the case of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews by taking government and community leaders as key informants. Furthermore, informants who understand tourism development were selected through purposive and snowballing sampling techniques: related government (n=7) and the community (n=20). Data was also collected in focus group discussions to identify problems through swot analysis and formulate tourism development strategies. The study results show data that during the Covid-19 pandemic, tourism potential has increased in variety and innovation due to encouragement from the government and community efforts to independently develop their area as a tourist attraction when tourist visits are closed. The recommendation of this research is to make a grand design strategy for tourism development, developing and strengthening tourism institutions at the government and community levels, infrastructure development, and sustainable collaborative management.

Abstract

A Child Identity Card (KIA) is a card that is officially owned by children under 17 years of age and unmarried. So far, the service has been at the Service agency. cumulatively it is still low. One of the obstacles is a lack of awareness of the benefits of children's identity cards and socialization has not been optimal. The aim of the research is to find out how effective children's identity card services are, the obstacles to the effectiveness of services, and efforts to resolve obstacles to the effectiveness of children's identity card services. The method used is descriptive quantitative. With a sample of 100 people from the community and 32 employees. Data was collected through primary and secondary data techniques. Data analysis uses a Likert scale. The results show that the overall response is that the community received a score of 3.49 in the "Good" criteria and the results of employee respondents' responses were a score of 4.09 in the "Good" criteria. The assessment of these two elements is considered good, meaning that it is an indicator of increasing ability in communication skills and document detection skills so that the services provided can minimize the number of children's identity cards. This means that the implementation of children's identity card services is said to be effective, but there are still several factors that hinder the service, including that socialization has not been carried out evenly, so improvements need to be made in terms of the socialization method to make it more effective.

Abstract

Implementasi etika administrasi di sekolah merupakan aspek krusial dalam memastikan pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif dan bermoral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana implementasi etika administrasi yang dilakukan di SMK Amaliah Bogor. Melalui survei yang melibatkan sebanyak 6 informan yang terdiri dari 2 informan kunci (Waka Kurikulum), 2 informan utama (Guru) dan 2 informan tambahan (Peserta Didik). Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMK Amaliah Ciawi. Dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan informan serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi etika administrasi di SMK Amaliah bogor sudah berjalan dengan baik. Staff tenaga kependidikan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik dengan memberikan informasi secara jelas dan transparan kepada peserta didik maupun orang tua. Adapun penerapan etika secara sikap diterapkan kepada peserta didik salah satunya dengan membiasakan 5 S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, Santun). Budaya tersebut bukan hanya dilakukan oleh peserta didik namun dilaksanakan namun dilaksanakan oleh seluruh warga sekolah seperti Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan. Pihak sekolah pun mampu melayani keluhan dan keinginan konsumen mengenai pelayanan akademik, ditambah dengan fasilitas yang disediakan  menjadikan pelayanan administrasi lebih maksimal.

Abstract

The local institutional conditions of Sirnaresmi Village which have not been managed optimally in developing cultural tourism based on local wisdom as an alternative for other incomes for the community have not been carried out properly due to the resource capacity that has not been optimally managed for the welfare of indigenous peoples. Therefore, empowerment, training and mentoring programs are needed with the aim of increasing local institutional capacity and developing local wisdom-based tourism by providing counseling, training, and mentoring methods. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test implementation of local institutional empowerment to develop tourism, there was a significant increase both quantitatively and qualitatively. As for the comparison between before and after the training, there was an increase of 30%.

Abstract

Bogor Career Center (BCC) is a program from the Bogor Regency Manpower Office to improve job opportunities and workforce skills. However, the effectiveness of this program still faces challenges, such as synergy between stakeholders, limited resources, and workforce readiness in facing industrial competition. This study aims to analyze the SWOT factors in the implementation of collaborative governance in the BCC program and measure its effectiveness which emphasizes trust, communication, and implementation capacity, as well as analysis that includes program success, target achievement, user satisfaction, input-output levels, and overall goal achievement. This study uses qualitative methods with interview techniques, documentation studies, and observations. The results of the study indicate that BCC has strengths in policy support and partnership networks, but still faces coordination constraints and resource limitations. The opportunities for this program lie in the utilization of technology and industry collaboration, while the threats include labor market dynamics and budget constraints. The analysis shows that trust and communication between stakeholders still need to be strengthened, and implementation capacity is not optimal. In terms of effectiveness, target achievement and user satisfaction still need to be improved to ensure the sustainability of the program. In conclusion, the success of collaborative governance in the BCC program depends on strengthening trust, communication, and implementation capacity, as well as the effectiveness of the program in achieving targets and user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigated the techno-economic feasibility of producing trash cans from sawdust waste to support sustainable waste management and smart tourism infrastructure in Indonesia. With the growing volume of tourist-generated waste and increasing demand for eco-friendly public facilities, this innovation offers a low-cost, circular economy solution. A 20-year financial projection was conducted using indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Payback Period (PBP), and Return on Investment (ROI). Results indicate strong economic viability, with an initial investment of USD 19,500 and a payback period of just over two years. The model contributes to SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and aligns with national policy frameworks such as RIPPARNAS, RPJMN, and Ministerial Regulation No. P.75/MENLHK/2019. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the techno-economics of plastic waste into ecobrick products from a Collaborative Governance perspective. The research method used is to carry out an economic feasibility analysis of ecobrick production from plastic waste over 20 years, by carrying out an analysis from various points of view. The research results show that the production of ecobricks from plastic waste is economically feasible if it is produced for 20 years. This is proven by the technical analysis of the conversion of 135 tons of plastic waste per year to produce 90,000 ecobricks with a total production cost per bottle of USD 0.308 at a selling price of 0.617. However, when production started, there were quite large losses due to equipment and raw materials, reaching negative values of -1000. Even so, in the third year, there was a relatively stable increase until it reached an increase in cumulative net profit every year. Thus, analytical calculations show the potential for significant profits by achieving the break-even point (BEP). However, fluctuations in raw material prices and operational costs can affect profitability, so there is a need for collaborative governance involvement from the government sector in policies on the use of plastic waste and providing financial assistance to the community as waste producers and the private sector as producers. Therefore, this research will have an impact on the government's goal of achieving environmental cleanliness by creating ecobricks and creating profit opportunities for the community and entrepreneurs/private parties. This study also supports current issues in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Waste management in urban buffer areas such as Ciawi District, Bogor Regency, has become a critical issue due to increasing population growth and the intensification of community activities. To address this challenge, the Bogor Regency Government enacted Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2014 on Waste Management. However, the implementation of this regulation has not been optimal, facing various structural and operational obstacles on the ground. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the policy implementation using George C. Edward III’s policy implementation theory, which includes four key dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A quantitative survey method was employed, utilizing the Weighted Mean Score (WMS) analysis on 16 employees of the Waste Management Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Region III and 100 residents of Ciawi District. The results show a significant disparity in assessments between implementers and the community. While officials rated disposition and bureaucratic structure very positively, residents perceived disposition as merely good and rated communication and resources relatively low. These findings indicate weaknesses in information dissemination and a lack of adequate facilities and workforce support. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of waste management policy requires enhanced participatory communication, sufficient resource provision, and stronger institutional synergy to achieve efficient and sustainable waste management in the region.

Abstract

Efektivitas merupakan elemen kunci dalam konteks organisasi yang berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan atau sasaran. Istilah "efektivitas" berasal dari kata "effective," yang berarti "berhasil" atau "berjalan dengan baik." Konsep ini berkaitan erat dengan prinsip sebab-akibat, efektivitas dianggap sebagai hasil dari berbagai variabel yang berfungsi sebagai penyebab. Secara umum, efektivitas mengacu pada sejauh mana tujuan yang telah direncanakan dapat dicapai melalui proses tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cianjur, yang dipicu oleh beragam tanggapan positif dan negatif dari masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan pembuatan IKD di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cianjur tergolong cukup efektif, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh administrasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Komisi 2 DPRD Kota Bekasi, yang merupakan lembaga legislatif dengan tanggung jawab merumuskan kebijakan dan melakukan pengawasan di tingkat daerah. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif peneliti terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan proses administrasi di Komisi 2 DPRD Kota Bekasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pegawai di Komisi 2 DPRD Kota Bekasi serta Dokumentasi berupa laporan kegiatan. Administrasi yang efektif dianggap sebagai kunci untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, mendukung pengambilan keputusan, dan memastikan pelaksanaan tugas organisasi dengan baik. Namun, berbagai tantangan administratif, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas komputer, kurangnya sistem manajemen waktu, serta kurangnya sistem evaluasi dan umpan balik, diidentifikasi sebagai faktor yang menghambat kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara administrasi dan kinerja pegawai, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi di lembaga ini, guna mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik.
