It is hoped that the existence of telehealth services can help patients' needs in utilizing the health services they need, so that the level of public health can improve. Objective : to analyze the effectiveness of telehealth services in increasing patient satisfaction in utilizing health services. Method : This research is a meta-analysis and systematic review research with PICO (Population = patients who use telehealth, Intervention = telehealth, Comparison = without using telehealth, Outcome = patient satisfaction). The articles used in this research were obtained from several databases including PubMed, Springer Link, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. Results : A total of 7 analyzed articles reviewed in this meta-analysis study came from America, Ethiopia, Iran, and Canada. The study shows that telehealth services can increase patient satisfaction in utilizing health services (aOR 1.51; 95% CI = 1.07 to 1.24; p = 0.01). Conclusion : Patients who use telehealth services in utilizing health service facilities can increase patient satisfaction by 1.51 times compared to patients who do not use telehealth. Keywords: Health services, patient satisfaction, telehealth

Blood vessel disorders can occur due to the narrowing and hardening of the artery walls, which is called atherosclerotic plaque. Stroke is a serious health problem because of the high mortality and morbidity rates and its impact can cause chronic disability and occurs not only in elderly people but also in young people. This study aims to estimate and analyze the effect of diabetes mellitus on the incidence of stroke. This research is a systematic review and meta-analysis research using the PRISMA diagram. Article searches were carried out based on the PICO Model eligibility criteria. P= DM patient; I= Diabetes mellitus; C= Normal blood sugar; O= Stroke. The articles used come from Google Scholar. With keywords including "Diabetes mellitus" AND "Normal blood sugar" AND "Stroke" AND "adjusted Odds Ratio". Articles were analyzed using the PRISMA diagram and the Review Manager 5.3 application. 5 articles (2016-2022) with a randomized controlled trial study design will be used as a source for meta-analysis of the effect of diabetes mellitus on the incidence of stroke. Shows that people with diabetes mellitus increase the likelihood of stroke. Patients suffering from diabetes mellitus increase the likelihood of stroke by 2.41 times compared to those with normal blood sugar. (aOR= 2.41; 95% CI= 1.71 to 3.39; p=0.0001), and statistically significant. The forest plot also shows high heterogeneity of effect estimates between studies (I2 = 73%). The funnel plot shows that there is publication bias which tends to exaggerate the true effect (overestimate). Meta-analysis of 5 studies cross-sectional concluded that people with diabetes mellitus increase the likelihood of stroke.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) program managed by BPJS Kesehatan is an effort by the Indonesian government to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Since its implementation in 2014, BPJS Kesehatan has been facing financial deficits due to low participant compliance in paying premiums. Low Ability to pay and Willingness to pay, especially among low-income communities, as well as negative perceptions of service quality, are the main factors causing arrears. This condition has the potential to threaten the sustainability of the JKN program, so it is necessary to study the influence of ATP and WTP on participant compliance as a basis for formulating more targeted and data-based policies. Research Objectives. To determine the influence of Ability to pay and Willingness to pay on BPJS premium payment compliance in the community in Mojosongo Village, Surakarta. Research Design. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. Research Subjects. The subjects in the study were the community of Mojosongo Village, Surakarta with a population of 3,507 people. The number of samples in this study was 107 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Research Results. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Ability to pay increases compliance in paying BPJS premiums by (OR =3,156; CI 95%; 1.224 – 8.137, p = 0.017) was proven to be statistically significant and the influence of willingness to pay increased compliance in paying BPJS premiums by (OR = 6.902, CI 95% = 2.649 – 17.980, p = 0.001) was proven to be statistically significant. The most dominant influencing variable was willingness to pay (OR = 6.902, CI 95% = 2.649 – 17.980, p = 0.001).Conclusion: The results of this study indicate a relationship between ability to pay and willingness to pay on BPJS premium payment compliance, with willingness to pay being the most dominant variable influencing compliance. Keywords: Ability to pay, BPJS Health, JKN, Willingness to pay
