Abstract

Background: Perceived patient satisfaction is an important component of health care quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of age, education, income, health financing, quality of health care service, and the contextual effect of community health center on patient satisfaction. Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in 25 community health centers in Ngawi, East Java, from October to November 2018. A sample of 200 patients was selected by stratified random sampling. The dependent variable was patient satisfaction. The independent variables were age, education, income, health insurance, and quality of health care service. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multilevel logistic regression.Results: Age ≥35 years (b = 0.99; 95% CI= 0.17 to 1.81; p<0.019) and good quality of health care service (b= 1.68; 95% CI= 0.78 to 2.59; p<0.001) increased patient satisfaction. Education ≥senior high school (b= -1.59; 95% CI= -2.49 to -0.68; p<0.001), income ≥Rp 1,569,832 (b= -1.32; 95% CI= -2.25 to -038; p<0.006), and membership of national health insurance (b= -1.55; 95% CI= -2.47 to-0.63; p< 0.001) decreased patient satisfaction. Community health center had contextual effect on patient satisfaction with ICC= 13.03%.Conclusion: Age ≥35 years and a good quality of health care service increase patient satisfaction. Education ≥senior high school, high income, and membership in national health insurance decrease patient satisfaction. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ulkus kaki diabetik terinfeksi merupakan kasus DM yang paling banyak dirawat di RS, berhubungan dengan morbiditas, mortalitas, biaya yang tinggi dan bersifat multifaktorial. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh adalah albumin. Belum ada penelitian yang secara langsung menghubungkan konsentrasi albumin serum awal perawatan dengan perbaikan klinis infeksi ulkus kaki diabetik. Belum ada batasan mengenai konsentrasi albumin yang dapat mempengaruhi perbaikan klinis infeksi ulkus kaki diabetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mendapatkan data mengenai konsentrasi albumin serum awal perawatan dan hubungannya dengan perbaikan klinis infeksi ulkus kaki diabetik. Metode: Penelitian dengan desain kohort prospektif terhadap 71 pasien diabetes dengan ulkus kaki terinfeksi yang dirawat inap di RSUPNCM, RSPADGS atau RSP pada kurun waktu April-Agustus 2014. Diagnosis dan klasifikasi ulkus kaki diabetik terinfeksi menggunakan kriteria IDSA. Data klinis dan albumin serum diambil dalam 24 jam pertama perawatan dan diikuti dalam 21 hari perawatan dengan terapi standar untuk dilihat perbaikan klinis infeksi ulkus kaki diabetik. Abstract

Introduction : Patient satisfaction is one of the things that all health service providers need to pay attention to. With a high level of satisfaction, it is hoped that it can increase public confidence in the field of health services, so that people do not hesitate to use it. The era of digitalization has had a broad impact on the health sector, one of which is the emergence of telehealth service facilities. Many health service providers have implemented telehealth service facilities to provide the health services needed by patients. It is hoped that the existence of telehealth services can help patients' needs in utilizing the health services they need, so that the level of public health can improve. Objective : to analyze the effectiveness of telehealth services in increasing patient satisfaction in utilizing health services. Method : This research is a meta-analysis and systematic review research with PICO (Population = patients who use telehealth, Intervention = telehealth, Comparison = without using telehealth, Outcome = patient satisfaction). The articles used in this research were obtained from several databases including PubMed, Springer Link, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. Results : A total of 7 analyzed articles reviewed in this meta-analysis study came from America, Ethiopia, Iran, and Canada. The study shows that telehealth services can increase patient satisfaction in utilizing health services (aOR 1.51; 95% CI = 1.07 to 1.24; p = 0.01). Conclusion : Patients who use telehealth services in utilizing health service facilities can increase patient satisfaction by 1.51 times compared to patients who do not use telehealth. Additionally, record medical electronics can facilitate guideline compliance and decision support in service health . Subjects and Methods : This research is a meta-analysis and systematic review study , with PICO Population = Hospitals that use an EMR system . Intervention = _ Electronic Medical Records ( EMR ) . Comparison = Without Electronic Medical Record ( EMR ) . Outcome = Quality of health services. The articles used in this research were obtained from several databases including PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Keywords to find articles are: “EMR” OR “ effectiveness of EMR use” OR “ quality of health care” OR “ effectiveness of EMR” Results : A total of 10 articles reviewed in this meta-analysis study came from America, Arabia, London and Taipei. Studies show that EMR use improves the quality of health care ( aOR = 0.87 (95% CI, 0.79 - 0.95). Abstract

The development of hospitals is very fast and causes competition between hospitals to be sharp. Therefore, it is very important for the role of medical and non-medical personnel in health institutions to increase patient satisfaction because it becomes a benchmark for the quality of services available at the hospital in order to evaluate and improve the quality of services provided to patients. We can find out by looking at the level of patient satisfaction and there are several factors that affect patient satisfaction, namely service quality and facilities.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and facilities with patient satisfaction at Fitri Candra Wonogiri Hospital. This study is a type of analytical research with a collerational design through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients at RSU Fitri Candra Wonogiri. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling. Analysis using chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. The results showed that service quality was related to patient satisfaction (p = 0.026) as well as facilities related to patient satisfaction (p = 0.038). In multivariate the relationship between service quality and satisfaction is more dominant with the value of service quality (Exp (B) value: 2.798 (positive), CI 95%: 1.133-6.912, and facilities (Exp (B) value: 2.600 (positive), CI 95%: 1,043 - 6,483. There is a relationship between service quality and facilities with patient satisfaction, where the more dominant relationship to patient satisfaction is service quality.

Abstract

Technological developments contribute significantly to advances in the field of health, including the emergence of e-health as a digital-based health information service. With the majority of the population owning smartphones, telemedicine is a solution to overcome limited health resources through audio, visual communication, and remote discussions. There are factors that influence the implementation of telemedicine, namely financial factors, organisational rules and regulations, and technological infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of telemedicine and describe the factors that influence the use of telemedicine in the community. This study is a correlational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all families (head of family) in Jatimulyo Village. The sample in this study used all families with total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed statistically between financial factors on the use of telemedicine (p=0.026), regulatory factors and organisational rules on the use of telemedicine (p=0.000), technological infrastructure factors on the use of telemedicine (p=0.019). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between financial factors on telemedicine, organisational rules and regulations factors on the use of telemedicine, technological infrastructure factors on telemedicine

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is a disease that requires attention in global health issues. Tuber­culosis is a disease with a high mortality rate. Although a cure for tuberculosis has been discovered, the treatment process remains challenging, particularly the length of treatment. Tuberculosis pati­ents often fail to complete their treatment due to the lengthy duration. Support from loved ones and a supportive environment is crucial for tuberculosis patients during their treatment. With this support, tuberculosis patients will have a support system that can assist them in their treatment. This study aims to estimate the effect of social support on treatment compliance in tuberculosis patients. Subjects and Method: This study used a systematic review and meta-analysis using PICO. Population: tuberculosis patients. Intervention: social support. Comparison: no social support. Outcome: treatment adherence. The articles used in this study came from 2 databases, namely Google Scholar and Science Direct. The keywords of the article are "tuberculosis" AND ("social support" OR "support system") AND ("adherence" OR "compliance") AND "cross sectional" AND "multivariate". This study uses articles published in 2019 to 2025 with full paper articles, cross-sectional study designs, and the magnitude of the Adjusted Odds Ratio relationship. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: Eleven cross-sectional studies showed that social support can increase tuberculosis treatment adherence by 1.44 times compared to tuberculosis patients who do not receive social support, and this result is statistically significant (aOR = 1.44; 95% CI = 1.03 to 2.01; p = 0.03). The forest plot also shows high heterogeneity of effect estimates between primary studies I2 = 84%. The calculation of the average effect estimate was carried out using the random effect model approach. Conclusion: Good social support can help improve treatment adherence in patients with tuberculosis.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Fokus perawaran penyakit ginjal kronis diarahkan untuk mencegah terjadi gangguan kardiovaskuler. Tekanan darah tinggi dapat menjadi penyulit bagi karena menyebabkan prognosis yang buruk, termasuk terbentuknya hipertrofi ventrikel kiri yang menyebabkan cepatnya penurunan ginjal. Sedangkan tekanan darah rendah membawa prognosis yang lebih buruk. Tujuan:Menganalisis perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan terapi hemodialisis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di RSUD Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Eksperimen design dengan rancangan One Group Pre-Post Test. Populasi 130 pasien dengan sampel 57 pasien. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan sphygmomanometer yang sudah terkalibrasi. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil: Rata-rata pasien berusia 45-64 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan dan menjalani hemodialisis lebih dari satu tahun. Tekanan darah sebelum menjalani terapi hemodialisis rata-rata 146,93/93,51 mmHg dan tekanan darah sesudah terapi hemodialisis rata-rata 163,33/100,53 mmHg. Hasil uji paired sample t-test tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik diperoleh nilai signifikansi (p-value) 0,000. Kesimpulan: Hasil uji analisis didapatkan terdapat perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik sebelum dan sesudah terapi hemodialisis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di RSUD Kabupaten Sukoharjo, dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah sesudah terapi hemodialisis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan menguji aplikasi PPDB MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin Wilalung untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendaftaran serta pengelolaan data calon siswa. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini, meliputi tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan implementasi. Aplikasi dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur penting seperti halaman utama, halaman registrasi calon siswa, halaman akun calon siswa, dan halaman dashboard untuk panitia. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox dilakukan terhadap fitur-fitur utama aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil menampilkan halaman-halaman yang diharapkan dan fitur-fitur berfungsi sesuai rencana. Aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi calon siswa dalam pendaftaran online, memungkinkan panitia mengelola data calon siswa dengan efisien, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akurasi dalam proses seleksi. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi PPDB serta memberikan manfaat bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut.
