Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari pembelajaran IPS yang hanya berpusat pada guru yang kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bertanya, berpendapat serta tidak adanya media dalam pembelajaran. Akibatnya aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas menjadi rendah. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini maka perlu adanya solusi perbaikan dalam pembelajaran. Solusi tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan media wayang pada mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana aktivitas guru dan siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media wayang dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan prosedur penelitian yang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindikan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dengan menggunakan metode observasi, tes dan angket. Instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media wayang materi tokoh-tokoh kemerdekaan Indonesia pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas  pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media wayang mengalami peningkatan selama tiga siklus , pada siklus I 71,66%, siklus II 77,21% dan siklus III 83,56%. Respon siswa juga sangat baik pada penggunaan media wayang ini dapat dilihat pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Modules are teaching materials that can be used by teachers in providing material during learning. In addition, the module is a support for learning activities. Even so, many teachers still who cannot compile modules to assist them in teaching and developing their potential. Therefore, this independent curriculum-based teaching module preparation training activity will provide benefits for teachers and students. Teachers will be able to teach well with existing teaching materials and can improve the quality of educator skills, and students get structured and systematic material. The methods used in community service activities are discussions, lectures, questions and consultations. Lectures and discussions are conducted to convey material regarding learning modules in general, while consultations are held to assist in the preparation of modules carried out by teachers and resource persons. The impact of the mentoring module at SD IT Darul Ilmi is good for teachers. This is shown from the modules produced by the teacher that have been adapted to the needs of students. In addition, the teacher also has good teaching materials for delivering material and students can master the material provided well.

Abstract

The profession of SD/MI teachers as professional educators who act as facilitators in learning requires their creativity to explore the potential of learning resources and media in their environment in order to teach their students in a quality manner. In order to become a good facilitator, elementary school teachers are expected to be able to equip themselves with insight and skills in developing the design and creation of learning media so that teachers can carry out their role well. The reality shows that MI teachers in Jombok sub-district, Jombang Regency generally experience difficulties in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning in their respective elementary schools. This situation is caused by a lack of knowledge, creativity, knowledge possessed by teachers and the facilities and infrastructure in schools are unable to support students' activeness and enjoyment in learning. Teachers lack insight and skills in designing creative learning, and making students active and enjoyable in learning. Therefore, supervisors and school principals at MI Miftahul Ulum are holding creative and fun learning design training for MI teachers in Jombok District, Jombang Regency with the hope of increasing the effectiveness and quality of the learning process at MI Miftahul Ulum and ultimately supporting the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing so much, especially the existing software, individuals must understand that digital literacy is a necessity to participate in the modern world. Digital literacy is as important as reading, writing and arithmetic. The Ministr y of Education and Culture in 2017 promoted the digital literacy movement in elementary schools in the form of; the number and variety of reading materials and visual aids, the frequency of borrowing books, the number of activities at school, presentation of school information, school policies, communication within the school environment, as well as the use and application of information technology in the form of e-reports, financial management, dapodik, utilization of student data, all school profiles are packaged in the form of digital technology. Through this movement, researchers utilized application software in the form of social studies SD learning applications, to support digital literacy activities in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for digital-based learning media in the form of social studies SD learning applications as a support for the digital literacy movement, and provide solutions to improve student learning outcomes, especially in social studies SD.

Abstract

Solid motivation has a positive impact on learning achievement and student attainment. This study aimed to determine the impact of cooperative learning on learning motivation of grade IV students in Mojokerto, involving 72 elementary school students. The research method used was quantitative using Comparison-Group Design. The results showed significantly higher student learning motivation in the experimental group than in the control group. Cooperative learning was applied for the experimental group, while lecture-based teaching was used in the control group. Implications for innovation in teaching methods and further research are suggested to further popularize cooperative learning for better learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the musical drama project on strengthening the Pancasila student profile of students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang. The research method used in this research is an ex post facto method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang. The sample in this study consisted of 32 students who were the population sample. The data calculation technique uses SPSS version 21. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the musical drama project on strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. Where the significant value of tcount (5% = 170.592) is greater than ttable (0.361) and at the 0.000 significance level it is less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that in the research the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a very big influence from the musical drama project on strengthening the Pancasila student profile for students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang, seen from the calculation of the coefficient of determination value of 85% of this influence. Implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project certainly requires cooperation between students. In this case, it is clear that the character of mutual cooperation and creativity are two important characters in working on a Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is expected to inspire students to contribute to the surrounding environment. It is also hoped that the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project can be an optimal means of encouraging students to become lifelong learners who are competent, have character and behave in accordance with Pancasila values.

Abstract

This study interprets the role of web-based school digital libraries in supporting elementary school students' reading interests. This study was conducted at SD Plus Darul Ulum Jombang as one of the leading schools that has implemented web-based digital libraries as an effective reading medium for students. The research approach used was a qualitative study with a narrative study design. The results of the study indicate that the operation of web-based school digital libraries has been carried out well in supporting students' reading and literacy interests. The level of student reading interest is influenced by aspects of enthusiasm, content preferences, and variations of reading books read. The challenges and limitations of web-based digital libraries lie only in technology access and students' digital skills in understanding the features on the library web. The implications of the study are expected to be a strategy for elementary school institutions in implementing web-based digital libraries as a form of supporting student reading and literacy services by integrating with technological developments.

Abstract

Apart from teaching scientific subjects, education in Indonesia in the 21st century also teaches multicultural, multicontextual and multimedia subjects. These elements certainly require a learning model that is appropriate to the subject being studied. Students in elementary schools are guided by using multiliteracy learning strategies to improve their reading skills, especially in Idioms learning. Indonesia. The aim of this study is to find out and characterize how the multiliteracy model influences children's reading skills. The authors of this study used quantitative methods using a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques use test observations and documentation. Data analysis uses a paired sample test. The subjects in this study were all of the fourth grade students at SDN Japanan 2 Gudo. The significance of the score obtained is 0.00, less than 0.05. These findings show that the multiliteracy model increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Indonesian language teaching, as well as improving the reading comprehension of fourth grade students in elementary schools.

Abstract

The Research about the effect of the power of two ter method on learning outcomes of Class IV social studies material. In order to understand the differences in the acquisition of social studies material learning. This is because at school there are many students who do not pay attention to social studies material explained by the teacher, in the process of students going in and out of class without any clear interests, busy playing mobile phones even though they are not allowed to carry cell phones at school, and in learning they do not use suitable methods so that students easily bored and unmotivated. Therefore making the main problem so the teacher must always innovate in presenting the material. Previous research with this research lies in the material. with the type of research implemented by researchers applying quantitative experimental methods. The research design applies the One Group Pre Test Posttest Design. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kaliwungu II consisting of 23 students. The instrument obtains data using question sheets and questionnaires. Data collection techniques to determine the acquisition of scores before and after using the power of two method using tests, and questionnaires were given to respondents, as well as documentation as support in research. In the learning outcomes before using the perspective cooperative model, the average acquisition was 67.41, many students obtained good grades. The influence of the power of two is quite large, equivalent to 0.000 <0.05, so the H1 hypothesis is not recognized, there is no significant effect on the implementation of the power of two class IV SDN Kaliwingu II.
