This research aims to determine and assess the impact of brand image, brand reputation and perceived quality variables on the dependent variable, namely purchase intention. The research uses a quantitative approach method. The research sample was 100 respondents taken using a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and measured using Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that the variables brand image, brand reputation and perceived quality have a significant influence on the purchase intention variable for ECO-Friendly products in modern retail stores.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to increase the value added of Puja red guava and strengthen farmers’ independence in Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar Regency, through the development of agrotourism, innovation in processed products, and the implementation of marketing strategies. However, red guava production has the potential to support local economic growth, but marketing remains dominated by fresh fruit sales and dependence on middlemen, resulting in low economic returns for farmers. This program applied a participatory approach consisting of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Participatory Action Research (PAR), and Community-Based Research (CBR). SWOT analysis was used to assess the sustainability of Puja Red Guava Agrotourism. The PkM program findings indicate that strengths in raw materials availability and product uniqueness, while weaknesses include managerial capacity and limited market access. External threats include price fluctuations and the conversion of land into restaurants. However, the development arises from advances in digital technology, the use of social media, wider marketing reach, and government support for MSME development. Overall, this program demonstrates strong potential for business diversification, increased bargaining power, and sustainable agrotourism development in Ngargoyoso.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on turnover intention in millennial employees in Indonesia by including job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation variables. The phenomenon of high job mobility of the millennial generation requires organizations to understand the factors that influence their decision to survive. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design of 250 millennial employees from various industry sectors. The research instrument included four dimensions of QWL, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention, which were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results showed that job characteristics were the strongest predictors of job satisfaction and decreased turnover intention, while compensation and benefits had a significant but smaller effect. In contrast, work-life balance and supervisory behavior did not show a significant effect. Job satisfaction was found to have a strong effect on organizational commitment and turnover intention, as well as organizational commitment plays a significant role in reducing the intention to change jobs. Mediation analysis showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediated in part the relationship between QWL and turnover intention. This study emphasizes the relevance of Social Exchange Theory and Job Demands–Resources Model in explaining the dynamics of millennial employee retention and providing important recommendations for organizations in designing work strategies that are more adaptive to the needs of this generation.
