Abstract

Para pedagang juga diajarkan tentang pentingnya pelayanan pelanggan yang baik, yang dapat menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi konsumen dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Teknik-teknik praktis seperti komunikasi yang efektif dan penanganan keluhan pelanggan diintegrasikan dalam sesi pelatihan untuk memberikan keterampilan yang lebih holistik. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan para pedagang. Banyak peserta melaporkan perubahan dalam strategi pemasaran mereka setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Misalnya, mereka mulai menggunakan media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk dan menarik pelanggan baru, serta mengimplementasikan teknik branding yang lebih menarik. Evaluasi yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah pelanggan dan penjualan produk, yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini. Beberapa pedagang juga melaporkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi konsumen dan bersaing di pasar

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the competitiveness of Jamu Wahyu Alam products through packaging standardization and innovation so they can penetrate the global market. Partners' problems include limited knowledge of international packaging standards, difficulties in designing and selecting environmentally friendly materials, and limited resources for promotion. The solutions offered are training, workshops, and mentoring related to packaging standardization, modern design innovations that also represent traditional values, and the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials according to global trends. The activity was carried out in the form of a one-month training that included needs analysis, prototype design, evaluation, and packaging finalization. The results of the activity showed an increase in partners' knowledge and skills in understanding international packaging standards, global consumer-oriented designs, and digital marketing strategies. Thus, this activity successfully helped partners in strengthening product quality, increasing sales value, and expanding international market opportunities for the local herbal medicine industry

Abstract

The development of digital technology is very helpful for the community of SMEs players in an effort to expand their market reach quickly without having to meet customers directly. The digital economy era has an impact on changes in people's lifestyles, including the transaction methods used by the public.This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, digital finance, and digital literacy on the performance of SMEs. This research is a quantitative study with the sample being SMEs in Kediri that use marketing technology and financial technology. the results of this study indicate that digital marketing and digital literacy affect the performance of SMEs, while digital finance has no effect on the performance of SMEs

Abstract

Innovative developments in various countries are based on the triple helix mode. The triple helix model can play an important role in solving small and medium enterprise development problems. This model can also reveal the potential benefits and benefits for creative SMEs in developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge transfer by academia, industry and government on SME innovation. This type of research is quantitative research with a total sample of 67 tofu and ikat weaving craftsmen in Kediri City. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence of knowledge transfer by industry on SME innovation, there is a positive influence of knowledge transfer by the government on SME innovation and there is no effect of knowledge transfer by academics on SME innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pada usaha produksi tahu di Desa Sumberejo Kulon Kecamatan Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang akan mendiskripsikan fenomena serta masalah atau hambatannya sesuai dengan tema penelitian yang diteliti. Subyek penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa, pemilik usaha, karyawan dan masyarakat sekitar. Subyek dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: 1) Peran UMKM produksi tahu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Sumberejo Kulon Kecamatan Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung antara lain: membuka peluang kerja atau lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi, pendidikan, pemukiman atau perumahan serta dapat meningkatkan pola konsumen atau pengeluaran keluarga dalam mencukupi kebutuhan primer dan sekunder. 2) Faktor pendukung UMKM produksi tahu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat antara lain: sumberdaya manusia, permodalan, peralatan, pengadaan bahan, pemasaran, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: keterbatasan modal, keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia, kurang luasnya jaringan usaha terutama dalam pemasaran produk, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana serta permasalahan pembuangan limbah tahu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of production costs and selling prices on the income of shallot farmers. Nganjuk Regency was chosen as the research location because it is one of the national shallot stock areas. The influence you want to know is direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative research which is an empirical research approach where the data is in the form of something that can be calculated/numbered. The respondents in this research were 91 POKTAN Sumber Rejeki farmers in Rejoso Village, Nganjuk Regency. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. From the results of this test it can be concluded that production costs have a significant influence on farmer income. Meanwhile, the selling price has an insignificant influence on farmer income. The test results also show that production costs and selling prices have a simultaneous and joint influence on farmer income.
