Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan kerja, dan sikap kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan pendidikan dengan keterampilan karyawan. Dari data yang diperoleh dalam  penelitian ini adalah tingkat pendidikan, keetrampilan kerja, dan sikap kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Keterampilam kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan yaitu 76%, sikap kerja karyawan pengaruhnya 63%, sedangkan pengaruhnya yang paling kecil adalah tingkat pendidikan yang merupakan variabel yang paling rendah pengaruhnya yaitu 35%. Kata kunci :  Tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan kerja, sikap kerja, dan prestasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan optimalisasi dalam aspek standar kinerja proyek selama proses pelaksanaan berlangsung yang ditetapkan sedetail mungkin untuk meminimalkan penyimpangan biaya, mutu, waktu dan keselamatan kerja. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari tempat berlangsungnya proyek yang berada di PT Semen Gresik. Data tersebut berbentuk data kuantitatif serta data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis Critical path Method (CPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CPM dapat diketahui jangka waktu pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan area limestone crushe rpabrik Semen Gresik dirembang yaitu selama 206 hari

Abstract

This study literature examines how to build the character of children through learning materials of Indonesian’s fairy tale. This material can be taught on Indonesian subjects. The moral values in the Indonesia’s fairy tale is as follows: 1) individual moral values, such as: obedience, courage, sacrifice, etc. 2) social moral values, such as: working together, helping each others, affection, etc. 3) the value of religiosity, such as: believe in God and His power, tawakkal, patient, etc. Learning with fairy tale can be implemented with reading guide, assessment search, focused listing’s strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of members of the cooperative towards the services of employees of the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur . This research includes case study research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were members of the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur. The subjects of this study were members of the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur. The data collection technique is by interview. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used source triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusions and Verification. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of the members of the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur with the services of thevBMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur proposed by the cooperative members was satisfied. As for the level of satisfaction of members of the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur, the first thing that must be possessed to provide the best service is a good attitude, being friendly to cooperative members and polite to service users. These three attitudes can make customers feel comfortable and happy so they have the opportunity to come back again.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the world of investment, offering easier and wider access for the public. However, the increase in digital investment has also been followed by the rise in illegal investments that are detrimental to the public. This socialization aims to improve the public's digital financial literacy, provide an understanding of safe and legal investments, and raise awareness of the risks of illegal investments. Through interactive lecture methods, group discussions, and case studies, this socialization succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the characteristics of illegal investments, legal investment platforms, and how to protect themselves from online investment fraud. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' digital financial literacy after participating in the socialization. The implications of this activity are increased public participation in legal digital investments and protection from losses due to fraudulent investments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Trust dengan Citra Bank sebagai variabel Mediasi terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT BPRS MADINAH LAMONGAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan PLS-SEM versi 4. Hasil analisis yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa variabel corporate social responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, Variabel trust memiliki pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, Variabel corporate social responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap citra bank, Variabel trust memiliki pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan terhadap citra bank, Variabel citra bank memiliki pengaruh tidak positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Abstrak  Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra, yaitu masyarakat Desa Blumbang, adalah tingginya volume limbah kotoran sapi yang belum diolah secara optimal dan masih dibuang sembarangan, sehingga berpotensi mencemari lingkungan serta belum memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui edukasi dan pelatihan smart farming, khususnya dalam pengolahan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi pupuk kompos sebagai bentuk inovasi pertanian berkelanjutan. Jumlah peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 35 orang, yang terdiri dari peternak lokal, kelompok tani, serta perangkat desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, transfer teknologi tepat guna, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan lapangan secara intensif. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup identifikasi masalah mitra, penyusunan modul pelatihan, sosialisasi program, pelatihan teknis pembuatan kompos, praktik langsung di lapangan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep zero waste dan menerapkan teknik pengomposan secara mandiri. Selain itu, terjadi nilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai guna, serta munculnya komitmen bersama untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam menerapkan smart farming berbasis ekonomi sirkular dan mendukung terciptanya desa yang lebih ramah lingkungan.Kata kunci: Smart Farming, Zero Waste, Pengolahan Limbah, Pupuk Kompos, Pertanian Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Human Resource Management  has a crucial role in improving employee performance and entrepreneurial interest among students, especially at Darul Ulum Islamic University Lamongan. In the midst of the era of globalization, the implementation of efficient HRM can help organizations achieve higher productivity through appropriate policies and practices. This study adopts a quantitative approach by conducting hypothesis testing. Quantitative research methods are scientific methods because they meet scientific standards such as concrete/empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. This method is called quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest among students in Lamongan Regency. The results of this study indicate conformity with the partial significance test (t-test) which shows that the Entrepreneurial Motivation variable (X1) has a t-value of 2.345> 1.96 and the significance value produced in the t-test is 0.019 <0.05, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that the increasing or stronger the motivation to become an entrepreneur that is conveyed, the greater the interest of students in Lamongan Regency to become entrepreneurs. The results of this study are expected to be a motivation and guideline for subsequent researchers, so that they can develop this research, either by using other variables that have the potential to influence Entrepreneurial Interest or by choosing more detailed research objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of youth perceptions on interest in the fish farming profession mediated by green economy. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were village youth in Sungelebak, Sungegeneng Kec, Lamongan Kab. The sample in this study used simple random sampling with 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. Data processing in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly youth perceptions and green economy have a significant effect on interest in the fish farming profession and indirectly green economy is able to mediate the effect of youth perceptions on interest in the fish farming profession. Highlights: Significant Relationships: Youth perceptions and green economy significantly influence interest in fish farming. Mediation Effect: Green economy acts as a mediator between youth perceptions and fish farming interest. Methodology: Utilized a causal approach with 100 respondents from Sungelebak village through questionnaires and PLS software.
