Abstract

Filsafat Ilmu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi perkembangan Ilmu Ekonomi dan analisis ekonomi serta peningkatan kualitas Ahli Ekonomi, memiliki kemampuan berfikir, bersikap perilaku. Peran Filsafat ilmu dalam mengembangkan ilmu Ekonomi adalah sebagai alat evaluasi pemikiran ilmiah, sebagai instrumen untuk merefleksikan, mengevaluasi, mengkritisi asumsi dan metode ilmiah, dan sebagai alat logika dasar untuk metode ilmiah. Salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi berbagai macam masalah yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia pada saat ini yaitu dengan menghidupkan kembali semangat Pancasila (Rekontruksi). Pancasila adalah merupakan intisari dari keberadaan Indonesia sebagai suatu negara. Pancasila berfungsi sebagai dasar negara, filsafat, ideologi dan juga sebagai wujud dari prinsip dasar untuk Indonesia yang mandiri. Sehingga bias terwujud dengan menyatukan tekad, tindakan, dan integrasi dari berbagai bidang dan juga keterampilan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Bangsawan Indonesia Tekstil. This study is explanatory research. Population is all all employees CSR of PT. Petro Kimia Gresik who ordered work uniforms in outlet PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 125 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that loyal customer is always feels satisfy with anything they received.

Abstract

The development of the local community and is risen by the end of it would have an impact to an increased the needs of the people , one of these is the credits really needed by the prices of clothing or clothing .This can be traced to looked the more likely side to become a point of significant both as an advance of this business operators take part in the bali distro to meet the needs of the world largest oil consumers clothes paid at the end .Distro Mayang Madu should have received assistance from one seller prices of clothing of the largest memorials in Paciran Lamongan that provides the needs of prices of clothing people in the north coast and the surrounding areas .To win over the competition in the marketing of their products it takes of customers who are a disloyal .Of customers who are a disloyal to putt as well as they would have to re pt indofood acquired misp shares in time to come and inform to others for what is perceived . Abstract

The transformation from traditional marketing into digital marketing brings changes to all aspects of human life, including economic aspects for  Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Local SMEs fail to compete because the product is not really well-known and is not marketed digitally. The digitalization era forced  SMEs to use social media for promotion. On the contrary, East Kotawaringin Regency SMEs are primarily unfamiliar with digital marketing. As a consequence, many SMEs are not able to survive. This research is carried out to help SMEs survive this Covid-19 disaster by implementing Digital Marketing to see how vital the SME sector is for regional income. It is a quantitative study to know the influence of selling products through the marketplace and how the local cultural content of the product influences the sales increase. The total population is 83  SMEs aged 18 to 25 years. The population is depreciated according to age, culinary sector and education. It obtained 31 samples. Questionnaires are distributed for data collection and are analyzed with SPSS 16. The finding of this research is that there is a correlation between local content in social media toward sales increase, as the independent shown by the t-count for each item is higher  < 0.05. SMEs promote their products on social media based on local culture content linked to a local government website or other businesses such as hotels and tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance with the Economic Value Added and Market Value Added methods in the Cement Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the sampling technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used used secondary data through library studies and documentation studies obtained through the website https://www.idx.co.id in the form of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report for the Year 2017-2021. The results of this study are that the three cement companies have a positive EVA value which means they have succeeded in creating economic value, and one company has a negative EVA value at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk which means the company is not able to provide added value in 2021. means providing added value through market capitalization value.

Abstract

Marketing strategy for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) through digitalization Mrketing for Village branding in Ngadipuro Village, Widang District, Tuban Regency. The marketing strategy carried out in developing a MSME product in Ngadipuro village is by utilizing the digital system, by following the times, we will provide solutins to various kinds of problems faced by partners. Whit this, the steps that we carry out firs are surveys of MSME owners, what MSME are in Ngadipuro village, then we hold a socialization regarding marketing strategies that can be done in this day and age, and the final action we take is to assist partners, here we only take MSME that we think are core, namely crackers, soy milk, corn chips, turmeric asem and Goat Farming. In this case, we help to provide a means of promoting an item.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, almost all companies follow business competition that needs to be tight this is done for competitive competition, this is where the role of human resources will compete for quality and performance capacity to find out otherwise or vice versa. Research conducted to understand leadership style, work discipline and the environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the company PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan with 50 respondents. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (2) Significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (3) The work environment is significant on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (4) simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of the work environment, motivation, and discipline on employee performance in Local Government-owned bank. The study was conducted at Bank Daerah Lamongan, using a sample of 69 employees out of a total of 218. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, and data collection was carried out through random sampling. A quantitative method was applied, with data processed using SPSS to conduct data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of these work factors on employee performance. Several hypotheses were tested regarding the relationships between the work environment, employee motivation, and work discipline. It was anticipated that the work environment would significantly influence employee performance. The analysis yielded the following results: Based on the t-test, the work environment showed a significant impact on employee performance. Similarly, the results indicated that both motivation and discipline also had significant effects on performance. The f-test results further confirmed that the work environment, motivation, and discipline had a combined and individual influence on employee performance at Bank Daerah Lamongan. Among these factors, the work environment was found to have the most dominant impact on performance.

Abstract

Background. Governor Ground land refers to land without ownership rights, which can be interpreted as abandoned land. Abandoned land is land controlled by the state where the legal relationship between the landowner and the land has been severed, as regulated in Article 27(a) of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). The government's authority over such land is specified in Article 2, paragraph (2) of the UUPA. This study aims to provide answers regarding the rights over Governor Ground land. Research Methods. The research employs normative legal methods, using a conceptual, case, and legislative approach. Legal materials were collected through literature review and analysis of articles and opinions from previous researchers. Findings. Governor Ground land can be owned or utilized if specific requirements are met and permission is obtained from the government, particularly the National Land Agency (BPN). Governor Ground is land that has no ownership rights and can be considered as abandoned land. The community can use it for the common interest in accordance with the procedures in the Law. Conclusion. This land can have rights such as HGU, HGB, and Right to Use. If these rights are misused, they can be subject to criminal penalties with a sentence of three months or a fine of up to IDR 10,000. If the land is not maintained, the government can take back the land and demolish the buildings on it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming, online customer reviews, and influencer marketing on consumer buying interest in the TikTok Shop application. The research was conducted at Darul Ulum Lamongan Islamic University using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 98 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using partial and simultaneous tests with SPSS 26. The coefficient of determination test, based on the R Square value, revealed that live streaming, online customer reviews, and influencer marketing collectively influence consumer buying interest by 42.6%. The statistical analysis yielded the following findings: (1) live streaming, online customer reviews, and influencer marketing collectively impact consumer buying interest; (2) online customer reviews do not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest; (3) influencer marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest; and (4) live streaming, online customer reviews, and influencer marketing, when considered together, significantly affect consumer buying interest. These findings highlight the critical role of influencer marketing and live streaming in shaping consumer behavior on the TikTok Shop platform, while online customer reviews appear to have a less significant impact.
