Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara kompetensi dan pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Amak Firdaus Utomo Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, variabel yang digunakan terdiri atas kompetensi, pengawasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis data penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik berupa analisis regresi berganda sebelumnya diuji keabsahan dan kecukupan data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, dan pengawasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Amak Firdaus Utomo Kota Probolinggo.

Abstract

Probo Sakti akan semakin berkembang secara maksimal jika faktor-faktornya terpenuhi dengan baik. Salah satu faktornya ialah kualitas produk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, harga wajar, dan promosi penjualan yang ditawarkan cukup bersaing dengan bisnis lain. Motivasi di balik penelitian ini ialah untuk menentukan dampak kualitas barang, biaya, dan kemajuan pada pilihan pembelian di UD Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo. Metode dipenelitian ini ialah KuantIatIf mendekatkan di asosiatifnya. Kualitas produk ditemukan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagian, menurut penelitian ini. Selain itu, harga dan promosi keduanya memiliki dampak kecil namun efek besar pada pilihan pembelian pelanggan. Kualitas barang, biaya, dan kemajuan semuanya memengaruhi pilihan pembelian secara bersamaan, menurut penelitian ini, seperti halnya kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara parsial. Dalam penelitian ini, harga merupakan faktor yang paling penting.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation with the aim of knowing the effect of Career Development, Education and Training on Employee at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation. The type of research used is quantitative research with associative approach with Career Development and Education and Training independent variables and Employee performance as dependent variable. The population is gonverment employees in the Probolinggo Department of Transportation with a sample of 67 respondents and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation which were distributed to employees at the Probolinggo Department of Transportation. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted on BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta with the aim of knowing the effect of cross selling and telemarketing customer service on sales of gold installment products BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, through independent (free) cross selling and telemarketing customer service variables and the dependent variable (tied) sales of gold installment products. The population in this study used were customers at BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. Samples were taken as many as 83 customers from a total population of 475. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data sources use: (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. Data analysis methods used include: descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R Square) and partial hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the research from the partial test shows that cross selling and telemarketing customer service have an influence on the sale of gold installment products

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the Infuence of Influencer, flash sale and harbolnas on Impulsive buying. The type of research used quantitave. The population in this study were active students of the 2020 Faculty of Economics and Business, Panca Marga University, Probolinggo.The sample is used by incidental sampling which amounts 40 responden with determinantion of each variable multiplied by 10. The data needed in the form of primer in the form questionnares. The data was analyzed using statistics in the form validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing and in its processing using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). Data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple liear regression analysis, det erminant analysis (R2), t test (partial). Based on the results of the partial test hypothesis test (t test) that has been carried out with a significance level of 5% it can be concluded that 1) Influencer with a tcount value of 4.913 is greater than ttable 2.028. 2) flash sale with a tcount value are 2.130 greater than ttable 2.028. 3) harbolnas with tcount value is 0.935 smaller than ttable 2.028.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and job training on employee performance. Quantitative research with causal associative relationships is the type of research used. Leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and job training (X3) are independent variables. Meanwhile, performance (Y) is the dependent variable used in this research. The sample in this research was 35 employees from a total population of 35 employees. The sample used in this research was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research show that the temporary hypothesis test (Hypothesis) (T-Test) that has been carried out can conclude that leadership has an effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on employee performance and job training has an effect on employee performance.
