Abstract

Abstract: Family is the smallest part of the social structure whose existence is so important, so that the role of the family in shaping a social construction cannot be denied. In relation to this case, Islam recommends holding a family based on its regulations though Islam does not clearly explain about the desired actual concept of family. On the other hands, Jurisprudence (fiqh) is the product of the Muslim scholars. It is, therefore, still debatable either an extended family or nuclear family. Actually, jurisprudence does not clearly define the concept of the family. This is because jurisprudence is more likely a personal and local photograph. Jurisprudence which uses an atomistic approach is not thoroughly. But we know that the term of family in fiqh is referred to a group of people as a result of a marital contract between man and woman who pledged themselves as husband and wife.Abstrak: Keluarga merupakan bagian terkecil dari struktur sosial yang keberadaannya sangat penting, sehingga peran keluarga dalam membentuk konstruksi sosial tidak bisa dipungkiri. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, Islam menganjurkan agar pembentukan keluarga berdasarkan peraturan yang jelas meskipun Islam tidak menerangkan secara jelas tentang konsep yang sebenarnya yang diinginkan tentang keluarga. Di sisi lain, Fikih (fiqh) adalah produk dari para ulama. Oleh karena itu, masih bisa diperdebatkan mengenai konsep baik keluarga besar atau keluarga inti. Sebenarnya, fiqh tidak secara jelas mendefinisikan konsep keluarga. Hal ini karena fiqh lebih membahas pada pengalaman pribadi dan bersifat lokalistik. Fiqh yang menggunakan pendekatan atomistik tidaklah menyeluruh. Akan tetapi kita tahu bahwa istilah keluarga di fiqh disebut sebagai sekelompok orang sebagai akibat dari kontrak perkawinan antara pria dan wanita yang berjanji sebagai suami dan istri.

Abstract

Islam sangat mementingkan pendidikan. Pendidikan yang berkualitas, menghasilkan individu-individu yang beradab akan terbentuk dan akan menciptakan kehidupan sosial yang bermoral. Pendidikanislam bersifat transforamtif-integratif. Transformatif adalah proses transformasi pengetahuan untuk mendewasakan manusia menjadi insan paripurna. Integratif adalah internalisasi nilai-nilai religius dan pengetahuan. Pendidikan islam transformatif – integratif bukan khayalan utopis yang mengawang melainkan keniscayaan rasional yang menemukan pembenarannya dalam argumentasi filosofis maupun teologis.

Abstract

Sebanyak 270 daerah di Indonesia menggelar Pilkada serentak di tahun 2020 dalam pandemi Covid – 19. Pilkada yang semula dilaksanakan pada 23 September ditunda sampai 9 Desember 2020 sesuai Perppu No 2 Tahun 2020. Dalam konsep ini memuat persoalan bagaimana efektifitas pelaksanaan perppu no 2 tahun 2020 pada pilkada 2020 di Kab. Pemalang dan Kab. Pekalongan. Dimana proses ini menjadikan tantangan bagi penyelenggara dan pemilih untuk mewujudkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi. Hal demikian berlanjut untuk dikembangkan salam pelaksanaan pilkada berikutnya pada masa pandemi. Kemudian dijelaskan tentang bagaimana perbandingan pilkada 2020 di Kab. Pemalang dan Kab. Pekalongan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian Kualitatif melalui penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis-Empiris, yang menghasilkan data deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini bertempat di Kantor KPU Kab. Pemalang dan KPU Kab. Pekalongan yang merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang mengikuti Pilkada 2020 pada masa Pandemi Covid – 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan Perppu no 2 tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Pemalang dan Kabupaten Pekalongan dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan di Kabupaten tersebut pada pelaksanaan pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati tahun 2020. Dan bagaimana perbandingan di Kabupaten tersebut.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools have the potential to achieve economic independence. This study aims to examine the efforts of three pesantrens in Belitang, East Oku, Indonesia to attain economic self-sufficiency without relying on government assistance. The research utilized a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, direct interviews with relevant individuals, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The focus of the study was Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Subulussalam, and Darul Falah Belitang. The research found that the three Belitang East OKU Islamic Boarding Schools achieved economic independence by establishing business units. The boarding schools played a crucial role in enhancing economic independence through the involvement of caregivers, nurturing students, administrative staff, managers of the Boarding School-Owned Enterprises, and administrative personnel in line with the boarding school policies. However, this approach also comes with weaknesses and risks, which can be addressed by maximizing the potential opportunities present in each business unit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea that commodification is a process of changing the value of a product which previously only had a use value and then becomes an exchange value where the demand for the product is determined by the price, designed by the manufacturer. The formulation of the research problem is how to commodify the religion of siwak products through halal labels and how to analyze media and advertisements related to the religious commodification of siwak products. The research method is libraryresearch. The results showed that currently siwak has turned into toothpaste. Toothpaste has become one of the people's daily needs. The habit of brushing teeth has existed since ancient times and people prefer to use siwak wood. Currently there are several toothpaste products that offer halal products, which contain the siwak content taught by the Prophet Muhammad and have a halal certificate from Indonesian Ulama Council. From the realm of media, technological, media and economic developments play an important role in thereligious commodification. This is also one way of advertising by playing with the psychology of viewers by choosing halal products, it will show high faith.

Abstract

Pendidikan moral dan karakter anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran orang tua sebagai pendidik pertama dan utama. MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari Pasuruan merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang sangat memperhatikan peran orang tua dalam memotivasi anak-anak untuk belajar. Teori belajar sosial Albert Bandura menekankan pentingnya pengamatan, penyimpanan, reproduksi, dan motivasi dalam proses pembelajaran sosial.Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran orang tua di MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari dalam memotivasi anak-anak mereka untuk belajar dan mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi anak sebagai peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi bagaimana komunikasi yang efektif dan perhatian ekstra dari orang tua dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar anak.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa orang tua murid di MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema utama terkait peran orang tua dalam memotivasi anak-anak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua di MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam memotivasi anak-anak mereka untuk belajar melalui komunikasi yang baik, memberikan contoh perilaku positif, serta dukungan moral dan penghargaan. Temuan ini mendukung teori belajar sosial Bandura dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menekankan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam memotivasi dan mendukung proses belajar anak. Dengan demikian, keterlibatan aktif orang tua merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan akademik dan pengembangan karakter anak. MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari Pasuruan is an educational institution that pays great attention to the role of parents in motivating children to learn. Albert Bandura's social learning theory emphasizes the importance of observation, storage, reproduction, and motivation in the social learning process. This study focuses on the role of parents at MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari in motivating their children to learn and overcoming various obstacles faced by children as students. This study also explores how effective communication and extra attention from parents can increase children's enthusiasm for learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with several parents of students at MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns and themes related to the role of parents in motivating children. The results showed that parents at MI Miftahul Khoir III Purwosari play a very important role in motivating their children to learn through good communication, providing examples of positive behavior, and moral support and rewards. These findings support Bandura's social learning theory and previous studies that emphasize the importance of the role of parents in motivating and supporting children's learning processes. Thus, active parental involvement is a key factor in children's academic success and character development.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are how the process of potential-based community empowerment through processing of cassava nugget product creations and how the results of community empowerment based on local potential through processing of cassava nugget product creations in Hamlet Binangun, Werdi village, Paninggaran district. The objectives of this study include (1) to determine the process of community empowerment based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations in Binangun hamlet, Werdi village, Paninggaran sub-district (2) to find out the results of community empowerment activities based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations in Binangun village hamlet. Werdi, Paninggaran sub-district. This service method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of research from community empowerment activities based on local potential through the processing of cassava nugget product creations are fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, utilizing existing natural potential, increasing skills by creating products that have selling value, and increasing family income or income.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak masih menjadi persoalan serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Batang. Rendahnya kesadaran hukum dan budaya patriarki menjadi tantangan utama dalam perlindungan perempuan dan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum para kader penggerak di desa terkait perlindungan perempuan dan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah seminar dan penyuluhan hukum secara partisipatif-edukatif. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan hukum peserta, terbentuknya jejaring kader hukum komunitas, dan terciptanya modul penyuluhan hukum berbasis lokal. Para peserta menunjukkan aksi konkret dengan merencanakan kegiatan advokasi dan sosialisasi hukum di wilayah masing-masing. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan jaringan kerja sama antara lembaga pemerintah, organisasi masyarakat, dan tokoh agama. Harapan ke depan adalah terbentuknya Lembaga Konsultasi Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (LKP3A) Fatayat NU se-Kabupaten Batang. Lembaga ini akan menjadi pusat layanan konsultasi hukum berbasis komunitas yang dapat menjangkau seluruh Indonesia. Program ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam membangun masyarakat desa yang sadar hukum dan tangguh dalam perlindungan perempuan dan anak. Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan hukum, pemberdayaan perempuan, perlindungan anak, kader penggerak, Kabupaten Batang.
