Abstract

In educating children, parents must be good according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW where children are a sense of gratitude and a mandate that must be guarded and raised with affection. As the first educator in the family, parents have a significant influence on their children. In increasing children's motivation to learn religion, children need support and attention from parents in the education process. The question of this research is how Islamic Religious Learning in Elementary School Children is reviewed from the Work of Parents at Tadika Darulmuttakin Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether parents had given good attention in improving the character of religious learners to their children. This type of research is qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. The data sources for this study were the principal, teachers, parents and children's learning. The location of the study was in Cha-oq Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. The validity of the data was obtained from the triangulation technique which was achieved by comparing the data from the interview and the results of observations. Furthermore, the steps used in analyzing the first data were data reduction, display and finally conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Tadika Darulmuttakin Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. take how to learn Islamic religion in ways namely; 1) provide education in the language of noble morals to elementary age children through curriculum, methods and activities provided by TADIKA; 2) developing personality and Islamic values which the teacher plays a major role in developing through programs, both core and additional, technical delivery of material, or by way of dress and appearance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore financial accountability management at the Waqf-based Modern Islamic Boarding School Ta'dib Al-Syakirin. The research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that financial management is not yet in accordance with WAQF accounting standards, being manually managed in a simple way. The lack of staff understanding of Islamic accounting is the main factor behind the lack of transparency and financial accountability. This study recommends implementing PSAK 112 standards for financial reporting to create transparency and public trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh metode diskusi terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas 7 pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam Di SMK 5 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Untuk sampel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin eror 5%. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis ada pengaruh metode diskusi terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa diterima dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Tingkat penggunaan metode diskusi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam sebesar 0,870 atau 87,0 %. Dapat dijelaskan apabila penggunaan metode diskusi ditingkatkan maka diprediksi keterampilan berbicara siswa pun akan meningkat. Sebelum diterapkannya penggunaan metode diskusi, tingkat keterampilan berbicara siswa sebesar 5.034, artinya siswa memiliki keterampilan berbicara yang sangat rendah. Dan besar pengaruh metode diskusi terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa adalah cukup kuat (0,447 atau 44,7%) yang berada pada rentang (0,40- 0,599), sedangkan sisanya 55,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Adapun besar hubungan antara metode diskusi dengan keterampilan berbicara siswa adalah 0,668 atau 66,8%. Nilai R (0,668) yang berada pada rentang 0,60 - 0,799 dengan kategori kuat. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara metode diskusi terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK 5 Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether location and promotion affect consumer purchase interest of Ayam Sambal Cobek Restaurant in Sukamaju Sei Mencirim. This research is a quantitative research. This study uses primary data with data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all consumers who came to Ayam Penyet Cobek Restaurant. The sample size used was multivariate with the number of samples studied being 60 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the location variable (X1) and the promotion variable (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on the purchase interest variable (Y). This can be seen from the significance value of the influence of the location variable (X1) and the promotion variable (X2) on the purchase interest variable (Y) 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F of 9.467 was greater than the F table of 3.15. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of variable X against Y, a regression equation can be obtained, namely Y = 21.769 + -0.315 X1 + 0.602 X2 Based on the results of the t-test analysis (Partial) t count of the effect of the promotion variable (X2) on the purchase interest variable (Y), the regression coefficient is 0.602 and the t count is 3.904 with a significance of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the promotion variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest variable (Y) of Consumers at the Ayam Sambal Cobek Restaurant in Sukamaju Sei Mencirim.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Timeliness and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at CV. Rai Grafika Medan Printing. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is the consumers of CV. Rai Grafika Medan. The population includes customers of CV. Rai Grafika Medan, totaling 150 people. The sample consists of 60 respondents. Type and source of data (primary data and secondary data). Data collection methods (observation, interviews, documentation study, questionnaires). Data analysis techniques (validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test), hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, determination test). Research results where, from the t-test results, it was obtained that Ha is accepted, indicating that there is an influence of timeliness on customer satisfaction at CV. RAI Grafika Medan. Indicating that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at CV. RAI Grafika Medan. From the t-test results, it was obtained that Ha is accepted, meaning it is significant, indicating that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at CV. RAI Grafika Medan. Products from the consumer's perspective are a matter that has its own scope and is different from quality from the producer's perspective when marketing a product that is already known for its quality.
