Abstract

Internship programs are a form of experientail learning that provide students with opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills in a professional work environment. This article aims to describe the implementation of a student internship program in supporting the strengthening of administrative governance at PT Prakarsa Tani Sejati. The method used was a descriptive approach through direct involvement in various administrative activities whitin the company. The activities included document archiving, correspondence administration, document digitization, data processing, and report preparation. The results showed that the internship programs contributed to improving document organization, facilitating access to informtion, and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative management. Therefore, internship programs can serve as a learning medium while also supporting the strengthening of administrative governance within the company

Abstract

A type of education that provides students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in the workplace. It serves as a means for students to directly understand the implementation of public services focused on social protection, women, and children. The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of student internships in public service delivery at the Bengkayang Regency Social and Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DINSOSPPPA). The method used was a direct participatory approach, including observation, participatory mentoring, and observation during the internship. The results of the activities indicate that students contributed to office administration, data and archive analysis, information dissemination to the public, activity report preparation, and support for social program implementation. The curriculum not only helps increase employee productivity but also provides practical experience that enhances professional competence, communication, teamwork, and understanding of public services. The curriculum serves as a continuous link between universities and government institutions in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and services to the general public. The curriculum plays a crucial role as a bridge between the educational and professional worlds and as a way for students to contribute to the development of effective and responsive public services.

Abstract

Program magang di Kantor Graha Sujaya Singkawang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang administrasi dan pelayanan perkantoran. Selama kegiatan magang, mahasiswa terlibat dalam pencatatan surat masuk, pengarsipan dokumen, pemeriksaan berkas administrasi, rekapitulasi data kepegawaian, pencatatan nota bukti penerimaan barang di bagian accounting, serta membantu proses rekrutmen karyawan. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga melakukan input data transaksi harian dan pelayanan administrasi lainnya. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai sistem kerja pada bagian Resepsionis, Human Resources Development (HRD) dan Accounting serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, ketelitian, komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab. Hasil magang menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja langsung dapat membantu mahasiswa beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja profesional dan mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh pendekatan yang bersifat prosedural sehingga guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari murid. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya program pendampingan yang mampu memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran matematika kontekstual. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran matematika kontekstual melalui Program Matematika GEMBIRA (Gali dan Eksplorasi konteks, Muat konten, Buat aktivitas, Ikuti pemikiran murid, Rayakan, dan Akhiri pembelajaran). Sasaran kegiatan adalah 36 guru yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Benawan Gugus III Bengkayang. Pendampingan dilaksanakan menggunakan GAARANTUNG Coaching Model yang meliputi tahapan Goal, Aktual, Alternatif, Rencana, Aksi, Monitoring, dan Tindak Lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran matematika kontekstual mencapai 88,2% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sementara itu, hasil angket guru menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif terhadap Program Matematika GEMBIRA dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 89,6%, yang mencerminkan peningkatan pemahaman, kepercayaan diri, serta kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran matematika kontekstual. Program Matematika GEMBIRA berpotensi menjadi model pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik guru dan mewujudkan pembelajaran matematika yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand how spiritual values function as capital in fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among a cleaning service worker at BRI Unit Bengkayang. The study was motivated by the voluntary work behavior demonstrated by the cleaning service worker through a willingness to assist with tasks beyond formal job responsibilities, maintain positive relationships with colleagues, and support the smooth operation of organizational services. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study involved five participants, consisting of one cleaning service worker as the main subject and four supporting informants, namely two customer service employees, one supervisor, and one security officer. Data analysis was conducted through transcription, data reduction, coding, data presentation, verification and interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that spiritual values play an important role in shaping OCB. The spiritual values identified include perseverance in prayer, gratitude, responsibility, humility, independence, sensitivity, diligence, sincerity, compassion, and honesty. These values serve as internal capital that encourages voluntary behaviors, such as assisting colleagues without being asked, helping customers, completing tasks responsibly, performing duties beyond formal job descriptions, and maintaining a harmonious work environment. In addition, the meaning attached to work, family motivation, and a positive work environment further strengthen OCB and the subject's mental resilience in dealing with work demands. This study demonstrates that spiritual values not only contribute to the development of individual work behavior but also function as capital that supports the creation of a harmonious, supportive, and mutually cooperative work environment, thereby contributing to organizational effectiveness.
