Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dikembangkan pada program penelitian Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka digagas untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melibatkan masyarakat.  Desa Pantai Harapan Jaya Muara GembongBekasi membudidayakan rumput laut sebagai mata pencaharian.Rumput laut yang dibudidayakan termasuk kelas alga merah jenis Gracilaria sp. Gracilaria sp mempunyai kandungan agarosa dan agaropektin cukup baik, yang dapat menghasilkan agar-agar dengan kekuatan gel kuat dan kokoh. Tujuan hilirasasi hasil riset untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan produk utama desa yaitu runput laut, meningkatkan produksi air bersih dengan adanya instalasi air bersih dan strategi pemasaran produk olahan rumput laut selain itu pemberdayaan hidroponik sebagai produk tambahan masyarakat desa. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan hal teknis, manajemen dan pemasaran. Luaran kegiatan yang dicapai yaitu produk olahan rumput laut, hasil hidroponik, dan juga pemberian alat instalasi air. Produk- produk tersebut kemudian di pasarkan melalui e commerce dan WEB agar tercipta kemandirian dan juga meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa Pantai Harapan Jaya Muara Gembong

Abstract

Compounds called antioxidants are particularly beneficial to human health. Antioxidant substances are frequently utilized as free radicals because they can prevent the growth of oxidation reactions. Because of their high antioxidant content, moringa seeds produce oil that is resistant to rancidity and does not easily oxidize.  The peel-off gel mask formulation in this investigation included Moringa seed oil extract as a source of natural components. The goal of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant activity of a peel-off gel mask preparation made from Moringa seed oil extract. Maceration extraction is the technique used for extraction, and DPPH is the technique used to test for antioxidants. The results showed that the sample with a solvent volume of 450 ml had the best yield (34.64%), and the antioxidant activity of the extract of Moringa seed oil was measured at 256.89 g/ml with an average pH of 5.79.  The Moringa seed oil extract peel-off gel mask has the attributes of being white, thick, and smelling like moringa seeds. The peel-off gel mask gets thicker the more Moringa seed oil extract there is in it. This study establishes the potential of using Moringa seed oil extract in peel-off gel mask formulations extract in peel-off gel mask formulations.

Abstract

The water content in the tablet is related to the compressibility of the tablet, because the water content formed acts as a binder that will fill the empty space between tablets. Excess water content in the tablet formulation can cause the tablet to become hydrophobic so that the tablet is difficult to wet during dissolution and travels in the body. Thus, the tablet will be more difficult to disintegrate in the stomach. The procedure for turning jackfruit seeds into flour are peeling, milling, and drying at a temperature of 105 oC. Following, water at 90 oC is mixed with jackfruit seed flour to make mocilago (mixture 1). fdc yellow and patent blue v dye into a beakerglass containing aquademin 95 oC then stir until completely uniform (mixture 2). Put mixture 1 into mixture 2 which has a temperature >80 oC. In the granulation stage, all ingredients are mixed with fine granulated sugar, magnesium hydroxide, dimethyl polysiloxane, some jackfruit seed flour and hydrotalcite to form mixture 3. Then add the binder solution Granule drying  and  drug printing processes follow. The characterization parameters of tablets produced in this research were tablet friability, tablet hardness and tablet disintegration time. Adding 193.2 mL of water to 25.6 grams of jackfruit seed powder was a variable that gives optimum effect on tablet hardness, friability, and disintegration time

Abstract

Kemangi merupakan salah satu tanaman yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia dan mempunyai kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam melawan bakteri. Kemangi mengandung bahan aktif berupa minyak atsiri, alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, triterpenoid, steroid, tanin dan fenol yang beberapa di antaranya memiliki sifat antibakteri. Pada penelitian ini, kami berencana mengembangkan sabun cuci tangan berbahan dasar daun kemangi sebagai bahan alternatif. Daun kemangi diekstraksi melalui tiga tahap: pengeringan, ekstraksi (sonikasi), dan penguapan. Pengujian efek penghambatan ekstrak daun kemangi terhadap pertumbuhan Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus menunjukkan adanya zona hambat. Pengujian dilakukan pada beberapa konsentrasi ekstrak yaitu 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, 10%, 12,5%. Di sini kontrol positif dilakukan dengan etanol 70% dan kontrol negatif dilakukan dengan air steril. Dari hasil penelitian, konsentrasi optimal ekstrak daun kemangi yang digunakan sebagai bahan aktif adalah 7,5 cm, zona hambat E. coli 1,3 cm, dan zona hambat Staphylococcus aureus 1,325 cm pada konsentrasi pelarut 70%. Pada konsentrasi ekstrak 2,5%, diameter zona hambat merupakan diameter minimum untuk kedua bakteri, dan pada konsentrasi 2,5%–12,5%, diameter zona hambat semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Kemangi, E. coli, Sabun cuci tangan, Sonifikasi

Abstract

Salah satu tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan medis tinggi adalah tanaman kelor (Moringa oleifera L.). Minyak biji kelor digunakan dalam industri kosmetik sebagai perawatan kulit dan formulasi kosmetik berkualitas tinggi karena mengandung asam lemak tak jenuh dengan sifat antioksidan, anti penuaan dan anti inflamasi yang kuat serta mudah diserap oleh kulit. Penelitian ini mengembangkan metode ekstraksi dengan variasi volume etanol 96% (250 , 300 , 350 ,400 dan 450 ml) dengan waktu maserasi 2 hari dan penggunaan Vaccum Rotary Evaporator untuk pemekatan ekstrak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa volume pelarut sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil rendemen, hasil rendemen paling besar yaitu pada volume 450ml sebesar 49,60%. Pada penelitian ini dibuat variasi formulasi emulsi (F1 (0,8 g ekstrak) ; F2 (1 g ekstrak) ; F3 (1,2 g ekstrak) ; F4 (1,4 g ekstrak) ; F5(1,6 g ekstrak) ; F6 (1,8 g minyak zaitun) ). Rasio kombinasi ekstrak biji kelor dengan minyak zaitun adalah 1 : 1. Uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan DPPH (1,1-Difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil). Perhitungan nilai IC50 pada penelitian ini didapat aktivitas antioksidan pada ekstrak biji kelor sebesar 69,49 ppm dikategorikan sebagai aktivitas antioksidan kuat dan formulasi dengan nilai aktivitas antioksidan terbaik adalah F3 didapat nilai IC50 sebesar 46,61 ppm dianggap sebagai aktivitas antioksidan yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

Cincau (Cyclea barbata) is a plant whose leaves can be squeezed thick for the contents of a drink. This plant is a species of the cyclea genus. Green grass jelly leaves are found in various places in Indonesia, from traditional markets to modern shopping centers. This plant is known as camcao (Javanese), camcauh (Sundanese), juju, kepleng, krotok, tarawalu, tahulu (Malay). There are several types of grass jelly known today, namely green grass jelly, black grass jelly, and oil grass jelly. Indonesian people are fond of green grass jelly because the physical nature of green grass jelly leaves (Cyclea barbata) is thin and limp so that it is easier to form into gelatin or into gelatin. So far, research that examines quality improvement in the processing process has not been given much attention, because many think that the process currently carried out meets the standards. For this reason, through this research, efforts were made to improve the quality of Cyclea barbata leaves through the initial stages of the Cyclea barbata leaf processing process. The stalks and leaves of the henna must be separated from the beginning of the processing process before being processed further, so that the pure processed material comes from Cyclea barbata leaves which produce the best Cyclea barbata leaf powder, so that it is expected to produce quality Cyclea barbata leaf products. For that we need a separator for the leaves and stems of the Cyclea barbata plant. This research is needed to produce a design for separating the stem and leaves of the Cyclea barbata plant. The design of this tool needs to refer to the physical characteristics of the leaves and stems of the Cyclea barbata plant, so that power requirements are reduced and operational costs decrease.
