Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' speaking skills in the Indonesian subject by applying the Role Playing learning model to fourth graders of Mis Madinatussalam. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively by using two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 28 students of class IV Mis Madinatussalam. The object of this research is students' speaking skills. Data collection in this study was carried out using the observation method and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that in cycle I, the average score of speaking skills obtained was 76.41 and the average percentage obtained was 75.68%, which is in the low category. Then in cycle II, the average speaking skill score obtained was 82 and the average percentage obtained was 90.64%, which is in the high category. The percentage increase from cycle I to cycle II was 14.21%. This shows that there has been an increase in the percentage of students' speaking skills IV Mis madinatussalam. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Role Playing learning model can improve students' speaking skills in Indonesian class IV Mis Madinatusslam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan generasi milenial yang good citizenship di Percut Sei Tuan . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian melalui wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diambil kesimpulan Terdapat empat peran penting masyarakat dalam mewujudkan generasi milenial yang good citizenship Pertama sebagai panutan bagi masyarakat, kedua sebagai pemberi arahan positif bagi masyarakat , ketiga sebagai donatur untuk kegiatan masyarakat , keempat sebagai contoh yang baik bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal penting dalam mewujudkan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Dengan pendidikan akan menghasilkan generasi baru yang cerdas, terampil, dan ahli dalam suatu bidang tertentu. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa dan kreatifitasnya dalam belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kajian pustaka dengan mengkaji penelitian-penelitian terdahulu sebagai pertimbangan menghasilkan penelitian baru. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa PBL memungkinkan siswa untuk memecahkan masalah nyata, berpikir kreatif, dan bekerja dalam kelompok. Model ini menggeser peran guru menjadi fasilitator, memungkinkan siswa menjadi objek utama dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas siswa, memberikan alternatif baru bagi guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inovatif.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of educational organizational communication by using a descriptive qualitative research method, a literature approach and literature related to the theme of this research. The results of the author's analysis show that organizational communication is very necessary in running the organization of educational institutions, so there is good educational organizational communication at the MIS Madinatussalam school. The success of educational institutions is largely determined by management and organizational factors as well as the interpersonal communication skills possessed by each stakeholder in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as expected by stakeholders, so communication skills for school personnel are indeed the task of school managers and leaders to always improve so that the benefits or contribution of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing achievements are clearer. educational goals in educational institutions.
