Abstract

Background​ Pregnancy risk tall is dangerous pregnancy​ life Mother or the baby she was carrying . Furthermore number pain or death mother and fetus during pregnancy , childbirth and the postpartum period will happens to everyone pregnancy with factor high risk .​ Pregnancy risky tall can influenced by factors medical and non- medical . Pregnancy risk tall is something pregnancy Where soul and health mother and or baby can threatened . Purpose For know the influencing factors pregnancy risk high at the Evie sub-district clinic babalan regency step 2024. Method Research design used​​ in study This is Descriptive analytic with Retrospective approach . Deep sample study This is all over Mother pregnant women with risk data tall as many as 55 mothers pregnant. Analysis data using analysis univariate and bivariate . From the statistical test results obtained The p value is 0.22 (p<0.005) which is significant There is meaningful relationship​ between Education and pregnancy risk tall . From the statistical test results obtained The p value is 0.000 (p<0.005) which is significant There is meaningful relationship​ between Knowledge with pregnancy risk tall . From the statistical test results obtained The p value is 0.980 (p<0.005) which means None meaningful relationship​ between Attitude with pregnancy risk tall.

Abstract

SDIDTK activities are not only carried out for children who are suspected of having problems, but must be carried out for all pre-schools and pre-school children on a regular basis twice a year. So from within this community service program early detection of the growth and development of preschool children at PAUD/TK Ar-Raafi Medan Methode : Checking growth and development in infants and toddlers is by checking their weight and height. Developmental tests using KPSP infants and toddlers. Results : Participants in this activity were infants and preschoolers in Sumber Rejo village, totaling 81 children. After counseling and examination of children's growth and development using the KPSP and measurements of weight and height, there were several children who experienced deviations in growth and development. Conclusion : carried out community service activities based on infant, child and pre-school health in the village of Bangun Rejo, Tanjung Merawa sub-district, Deli Serdang district. The service activity was carried out for 3 months. The results of this Community Service regarding early detection of child growth and development. This community service has been carried out from August to September 2022 to be precise for 3 months

Abstract

A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that is likely to cause harm or complications to both the mother and the fetus she contains during pregnancy, childbirth or the puerperium when compared to normal pregnancies and childbirth. Method: educating pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy by using leaflets. Results: Participants in this activity were 25 pregnant women in Sumber Rejo Village. In its implementation, the target is explained about the correct danger signs of pregnancy, benefits, how to detect danger signs of pregnancy. Next, explain when pregnant women should immediately check their pregnancy if they feel complaints about their pregnancy. Conclusion: counseling-based community service activities are carried out. Service activities carried out for 3 months. The results of this Community Service regarding danger signs of pregnancy. This community service has been carried out from August to September 2022 to be precise for 3 months.
