Research on the perception of Ponorogo Muslim society in choosing Islamic banking services aims to know their perception toward Islamic bank and to determine the financial transaction done by them. This research was conducted in Ponorogo using quantitative descriptive research method. The population is lecturers of STAIN and FAI UNMUH Ponorogo. The sample of the research is 75 respondents. Primary data were collected using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in the field done by using descriptive quantitative format.Perception of both lecturers of STAIN Ponorogo and Islamic Faculty of UNMUH Ponorogo toward Islamic bank is good. It can be seen from the behavior of the consumers / respondents which was influenced by the factor of education in which it is majority dominated bypostgraduate level, culture factor through Islamic culture in work environment both in STAIN and UNMUH Ponorogo, as well as the stimulus of knowing Islamic products that generate the perception as a feedback of the stimulus. Financial transactions carried out by most of the respondents, or 63% of respondents use the services of conventional banks and Sharia banks, while those who use only pure Islamic financial services are just 11 respondents from the whole number of respondents. This has become a new phenomenon found in this study and the respondents use the services of conventional and Sharia banks are based on the rules of the institution where they work.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan Kondisi mitra hampir sama dengan kebanyakan UKM yang ada di desa lain, yakni mengalami beberapa permasalahan sehingga sulit untuk bisa berkembang. Industry kuliner Jipang merupakan salah satu usaha milik BUMDes Desa Wonoketro, sedangkan desa Wonoketro itu sendiri memiliki hasil alam utama yakni padi, serta hasil tani berupa jagung dan kedelai. Sedangkan untuk bidang usaha mitra itu sendiri berupa jasa persewaan molen dan industry kuliner berupa Jipang. Berdasarkan informasi yang digali dari pengurus, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra setidaknya ada empat hal, yakni: kurangnya analisa dan pengembangan potensi desa; belum kuatnya manajemen organisasi yang digunakan; lemahnya aspek administrasi dan manajemen keuangan; serta belum maksimalnya strategi pemasaran yang digunakan. Aspek modal yang selama ini menjadi salah satu masalah penting bagi sebuah badan usaha sebenarnya kurang berlaku bagi mitra, karena mitra mendapat dukungan modal yang cukup besar dari penyertaan modal dari desa maupun dari pemerintah Kabupaten. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini, kami berusaha memberikan solusi dengan membidik aspek Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SDM menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena SDM itulah yang menjalankan aspek lain dari sebuah organisasi. Kami berusaha menguatkan SDM organisasi mitra dengan memberikan beberapa program seperti pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha , pelatihan pemasaran usaha mitra industry kuliner Jipang demi menguatkan SDM dan marketing usaha industry Jipang milik BUMDes.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi selain itu juga bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada mitra untuk dapat membantu memecahkan permasalah-an mereka. Reog Ponorogo berbulu merak, merak dapat sebagai ciri khas daerah Ponorogo, karena motif ini dianggap menarik dan banyak disukai para konsumen. Selain batik, peluang usaha yang bisa muncul dari inspirasi bulu merak adalah asesoris dan pernak pernik.Hal ini dikarenakan tipe produk ini disukai banyak segmen, harga yang bervariasi serta memunculkan banyak ide kreatif darinya. Permasalahan yang timbul di Desa Winong diantaranya adalah lambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil pertanian dari masyarakat sebagian besar hanya cukup dimakan sendiri dan untuk kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Pelaku pertanian di desa mayoritas adalah laki-laki, sedangkan wanita dalam usia kerja lebih banyak menjadi TKW, ibu rumah tangga dan pekerja kasar (kuli). Wanita yang menjadi TKW seolah terlihat sejahtera, tapi keba-nyakan lebih diarahkan pada arah konsumtif, dan kurang memperhatikan unsur produktif, apalagi ketika menjadi purna TKW.Wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga sebagian kecil lebih banyak menganggur. Wanita yang sebagai pekerja kasar di desa ini cukup banyak, karena menjadi pasar tenaga kerja yang baik bagi pemborong proyek jalan raya. Pelatihan teknis dan pengembangan produk bulu merak diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan TKW purna dan Kelompok PKK serta karang taruna untuk men-ciptakan usaha sendiri sehingga dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga yang lebih baik.

The development of online shopping activities was followed by an increase in complaints made by customers against the company. Online shopping is the first to receive the most complaints from consumers. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical answers about how Perceived Justice can affect Positive Word of Mouth after creating Recovery Satisfaction in the minds of consumers. This study connects the dimensions of Perceived Justice as a benchmark for the creation of Recovery Satisfaction. This research is a development of several previous studies by adding novelty related to the relationship of Recovery Satisfaction to Positive WOM. The population in this study were all students of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo who are also e-commerce consumers. The sample in this study were 93 respondents. Data analysis using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The results of this study prove that the application of Perceived Justice in relation to e-commerce consumers will regenerate the attitude of Recovery Satisfaction, which in the end will be a big stimulus for the creation of Positive WOM.

Penelitian “Persepsi Masyarakat Muslim Ponorogo Dalam Memilih Jasa Perbankan Syariah” ini mempunyai tujuan antara lain untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat muslim Ponorogo terhadap Bank Syariah dan untuk mengetahui transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan masyarakat muslim Ponorogo.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Diskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah dosen STAIN dan FAI Unmuh Ponorogo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Analisis data di lapangan menggunakan format deskriptif kuantitatif .Persepsi dosen STAIN Ponorogo dan Fakultas Agama Islam Ponorogo terhadap bank syariah adalah baik. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari perilaku konsumen / perilaku responden yang dipengaruhi oleh factor tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar adalah sarjana strata dua / S2, faktor budaya melalui budaya Islami dalam lingkungan kerja STAIN dan Unmuh Ponorogo, serta stimulus dari pengetahuan akan produk syariah yang menghasilkan persepsi sebagai umpan balik dari stimulus tersebut. Transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan oleh responden sebagian besar atau 63% responden menggunakan jasa bank konvensional dan bank syariah, sedangkan yang murni hanya menggunakan jasa keuangan syariah saja hanya 11 responden dari kseleuruhan jumlah responden. Hal ini menjadi fenomena baru yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini dan responden menggunakan jasa bank konvensional dan syariah tersebut berdasarkan aturan dari instansi tempat bekerja.

The prospect of Reog's handycrafts is more exciting because Reog's art is now one of the main stays of Ponorogo tourism in national and even international scale. This study aims: Knowing the business conditions of craftsmen Reog Ponorogo, and know the problems faced by the craftsmen Reog Ponorogo. Respondents of this study are Reog Craftsmen in Ponorogo. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sample in this study population because the population is less than 100 ie 31 craftsmen. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis in the field using descriptive and quantitative descriptive explorative format. The result of the research is known that the business of reog craft is mostly done downhill. Craftsmen have pioneered the business since about 10-20 years ago. Making a reogcraft does not require higher education proved the largest number of artisans have aminimum of elementary education. The total workforce of each craftsman <20workers. The highest level of labor education is SMP. Productions made monthly can reach the sales target because most of the production is based on orders from retailers. The market share of craft reog to foreign countries such as Malaysia, Korea, America, and others. The main problem of craftsmen is the difficulty in obtaining raw materials such as peacock, tiger skin, cow leather, cow tail, horse tail and high price of raw materials, capital problem.

This study aims to examine the variables of job satisfaction which are influenced by self-motivation, self-efficacy, and use of technology factors. The objects in this study were employees of BUMN Madiun. The population is company employees who are in middle management by taking the saturated sample method. The results of this study indicate that only the use of technology factor has an effect on employee job satisfaction, while the self motivation and self efficacy factors have no effect on employee job satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman, Harga dan Produk Kompetitor terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kopiko di Costumer Base Retail CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman, Harga dan Produk Kompetitor secara simultan terhadap Keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Kopiko di Costumer Base Retail CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Costumer Base Retail di CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo yang pernah melakukan pembelian. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden. Data dan hasil responden tersebut di olah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y), Harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y), dan Produk Kompetitor (X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y) di CV.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate how the implementation of green marketing affects consumer satisfaction at Dhoplang Market, Pandan Village, Slogohimo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency.Green Marketing in this study consists of 4 components, that is green product, green price, green place and green promotions. This study includes independent variables consisting of green product, green price, green place and green promotion and consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative study. Information was obtained from data collection originating from questionnaire questions distributed to respondents and also through field observations with a sample size of 85 respondents. A purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample.. Using multiple linear regression for data analysis in SPSS version 25. Results/findings: Consumer satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by environmentally friendly products, positively and significantly influenced by environmentally friendly prices, positively and significantly influenced by environmentally friendly places, but not significantly influenced by environmentally friendly promotions. These four components make a major contribution to implementing green marketing to increase consumer satisfaction at Dhoplang Market. Limitations: This study's sampling is still insufficient, which is a restriction; hopefully, a larger sample will be used in subsequent studies. Contribution: This research can help market managers and business actors in determining effective strategies to increase consumer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product attributes, and product variants on the purchase decision of Comfeed feed at the Rissa Mandiri Coconut Source Store in Magetan. The research background is based on the importance of understanding consumer preferences in choosing quality animal feed to support livestock productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 196 store consumer respondents. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that product quality, product attributes, and product variants simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, each independent variable also has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. These findings confirm the importance of improving product quality, features, and variety as a marketing strategy to increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty in the animal feed sector.
