Abstract

Kaur Regency in Bengkulu Province which has the capital city in Bintuhan by looking at the level of population and economic development, currently the capacity of the main road in the center of the district capital with the status of a national road is already less able to accomodating the capacity of the existing traffic rate. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the road structure through road widening. However, data support as a reference in road widening such as LHR and VCR show a decrease due to the Covid-19 force majeure from 2019 to 2022. So it is necessary to do an analysis because the road conditions are returning to normal which shows the volume of heavy traffic as an indication of the need improvement of the road structure.

Abstract

The roof construction is the highest part of the building. Various problems with roof construction depend on the area to be protected, the shape and construction chosen, and the covering layer. This study aims to study and analyze the structure of wooden roof trusses and light steel roof trusses, study construction failures, find a comparison of construction failures between wooden roof trusses and light steel roof trusses. The method used is the meta-analysis method. The causes of failure that occur due to the use of wood are cracks or breaks, setbacks or corrosion and accidental cracks while the causes of failure in light steel are due to bending and due to curling. The results of the calculation of the 7 x 9 m building obtained the most economical truss trunk dimensions for wood materials are 6 / 8 cm for upper, lower, diagonal and vertical trunks. For the left and right vertical rods use 2 4/10 cm timbers. As for steel materials, it uses a 2L 35x35x4 mm isosceles elbow steel profile for all bars. In a 10 x 15 m building, wooden easels use a size of 8/10 cm for the upper, lower, diagonal and vertical trunks in the middle. For the left and right vertical rods, use 2 4/10 cm sticks. Meanwhile, the steel trusses use 2L 40x40x4 mm isosceles elbow steel profiles for the top rod, 2L 35x35x4 mm for the bottom and vertical rods and 2L 45x45x5 mm for the diagonal rod. From the results of the calculation of the weight of wooden and steel easels, a weight difference of 19% was obtained in the 7 m span and 12.5% in the 10 m span, with wooden easels lighter than steel materials.

Abstract

Demand uncertainty and traffic forcase  uncertainty can lead to inaccuracies in the estimation of the revenues which are supposed to cover construction, operation and maintenance of toll roads. In addition, the delay in construction projects results an increase in the planned execution time of the project and increased in construction costs. This study focuses on the effect of project delays and the risk of traffic prediction in toll road project investments. The basis of this research is find out impact of the risks in project to feasibility analysis, so that the changes in the value of the investment feasibility indicator in bisnis plan can be obtained.  This study carried out using several technical economic methods to obtain the value of the investment feasibility indicator such as NPV, IRR, BCR and WACC. Pantura is the only one road which people use to move from Pejagan to Semarang. Therefore, an alternative road is needed to break traffic such as Pejagan-Pemalang Toll Road. Obtain from the calculation results, there are 4 risk comparison methods : analisis investmen according to business plan, project 2 years delay with business plan traffic, project on time with existing traffic after toll road operation and project 2 years delay with excisting traffic. The value of NPV, IRR and BCR after 2 years project delay with existing traffic  are Rp6,541,793,515,548,  9.1%, 1.239 and 8,5%. After comparison, the risk of construction delay affects significant changes in IRR and BCR, while the error traffic prediction results in a large NPV change, and the error in traffic assumption is the most influential risk for finance in the Pejagan Pemalang toll road construction project.

Abstract

Desa Peusar memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup besar melalui keberadaan berbagai unit Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam jangkauan pemasaran serta minimnya pemanfaatan media promosi berbasis digital. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media informasi digital berupa website e-katalog sebagai sarana promosi produk UMKM Desa Peusar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, identifikasi permasalahan, perancangan dan pengembangan sistem, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website e-katalog yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas produk UMKM serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi masyarakat dan calon konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the operational performance and passenger satisfaction of PO Arimbi Bus on the Jakarta–Bandung route. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents at Kalideres Terminal, while secondary data were obtained from Arimbi Bus management. The analysis method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 22.0. The results show a route performance value of 19, which is classified as good, but passenger satisfaction is slightly below expectations with a conformity score of 96.7%. Overall, Arimbi Bus service is considered satisfactory and should be maintained. The study recommends improving safety and comfort aspects to better meet passenger expectations.

Abstract

Tangerang City plays a strategic role as an administrative and economic hub in Banten Province. This position has contributed to increasing traffic volumes, particularly along Daan Mogot Road, which functions as a primary urban corridor with high mobility intensity. This study aims to evaluate and compare traffic performance and road service levels under two scenarios: the existing two-way traffic system and the implementation of a one-way system on Daan Mogot Road and its alternative route, Bouraq Road. Traffic data collected include traffic volume, roadway geometry, and vehicle speed, which were used to calculate the degree of saturation (DJ), free-flow speed, travel speed, and level of service. The traffic performance analysis was conducted based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI, 2023), while service level classification refers to the Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. PM 96 of 2015. The results indicate that the implementation of the one-way system significantly improved traffic performance. On Daan Mogot Road, the DS decreased from 0.75 (eastbound) and 0.60 (westbound) to 0.43 (westbound). Similarly, on Bouraq Road, the (DJ) reduced from 0.60 (westbound) and 0.56 (eastbound) to 0.25 (eastbound). Vehicle speeds also showed a marked increase, rising from 35–55 km/h under the two-way configuration to 51–65 km/h after the one-way system was applied. In conclusion, the implementation of one-way traffic management on the study corridor proved effective in enhancing traffic performance, decrease (Dj) as evidenced by 47.92%.

Abstract

Bengkulu Outer Ring Road (BORR) merupakan jalan lingkar luar yang mengelilingi pusat Kota Bengkulu untuk mengalihkan arus lalu lintas dan memperlancar distribusi logistik. Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Provinsi Bengkulu mengelola sejumlah ruas jalan nasional di Kota Bengkulu, salah satunya Ruas Betungan–Padang Serai. Ruas ini merupakan bagian dari BORR yang menjadi akses utama kendaraan menuju Pelabuhan Pulau Baai. Sebagai jalur utama menuju pelabuhan, ruas Betungan–Padang Serai berperan penting dalam mendukung aksesibilitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, kerusakan pada ruas ini dapat mengganggu kelancaran distribusi logistik serta akses ke dan dari Pelabuhan Pulau Baai. Penilaian kondisi jalan dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu International Roughness Index (IRI) dan Pavement Conditional Index (PCI). Alat yang digunakan untuk survei IRI yaitu alat kelas II berupa Irimeter II yang dikalibrasi dengan alat kelas I (Walking Profilometer Gapman). Hasil penelitian kondisi jalan menunjukkan pada metode IRI 21,8% Kondisi Baik, 72,7% Kondisi Sedang, 21,8% Rusak Ringan dan tidak ditemukan Rusak Berat. Pada Metode PCI menunjukkan 61,7% Kondisi Baik, 36,4% Kondisi Sedang, 1,8% Rusak Ringan dan juga tidak ditemukan Rusak Berat. Dengan adanya gambaran atau pengukuran dari kondisi perkerasan jalan Ruas Betungan – padang Serai tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman untuk penanganan kerusakan jalan pada ruas tersebut.

Abstract

Tingginya volume kendaraan angkutan barang menuju kawasan industri dan Pelabuhan Merak menyebabkan Jalan Raya Serang KM 20–KM 23 memiliki tingkat kerawanan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik kecelakaan periode 2024–2025, serta menilai kelayakan ekonomi dua skenario lajur khusus sepeda motor berkonsep zero accident. Biaya kerugian ekonomi dihitung menggunakan metode The Gross Output berdasarkan pedoman Pd T-02-2005-B. Hasil menunjukkan total kerugian ekonomi mencapai Rp18.862.805.453, dengan titik rawan tertinggi pada Sub-Segmen F tahun 2024 dan Sub-Segmen A tahun 2025. Kecelakaan didominasi faktor human error, terutama gagal menjaga jarak dan ceroboh berpindah lajur, dengan sepeda motor sebagai kendaraan yang paling banyak terlibat. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi selama umur rencana 40 tahun dengan discount rate 5,75% menunjukkan Alternatif 1 memiliki BCR 2,02, NPV Rp287.593.107, dan EIRR 10%, sedangkan alternatif 2 memiliki BCR 3,01, NPV Rp380.716.360, dan EIRR 13%. Alternatif 2 direkomendasikan sebagai solusi paling optimal karena memiliki kelayakan ekonomi dan efisiensi biaya yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Minihidro (PLTM) Padang Guci-2 memerlukan analisis kestabilan lereng yang komprehensif karena area penstock berada pada wilayah bertopografi berbukit dengan kondisi geologi yang berpotensi mengalami kelongsoran. Ketidakstabilan lereng dapat mengganggu proses konstruksi maupun operasional pembangkit sehingga diperlukan evaluasi faktor keamanan lereng berdasarkan kondisi geoteknik setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi stratigrafi dan karakteristik tanah berdasarkan hasil investigasi lapangan dan pengujian laboratorium, menentukan nilai faktor keamanan lereng menggunakan metode Fellenius dan Bishop Simplified, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kestabilan lereng berdasarkan ketentuan SNI 8460:2017. Penelitian dilakukan melalui investigasi tanah menggunakan lima titik pengeboran (BH-01 sampai BH-05), pengujian laboratorium terhadap sifat fisik tanah, serta analisis kestabilan lereng menggunakan metode keseimbangan batas (Limit Equilibrium Method), yaitu metode Fellenius (Ordinary Method of Slices) dan Bishop Simplified. Parameter geoteknik yang digunakan dalam analisis meliputi berat isi tanah, kohesi, sudut geser dalam, kondisi stratigrafi, geometri lereng, serta muka air tanah yang diperoleh dari hasil investigasi lapangan dan pengujian laboratorium. Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa lapisan penyusun lereng didominasi oleh tanah lempung (clay), lempung lanauan (silty clay), lempung berkerikil (gravelly clay), serta lapisan batuan claystone pada kedalaman yang lebih besar. Nilai Standard Penetration Test (SPT) meningkat seiring bertambahnya kedalaman yang menunjukkan peningkatan kepadatan dan kekuatan tanah. Hasil analisis kestabilan lereng menunjukkan bahwa metode Fellenius menghasilkan nilai Factor of Safety (FoS) sebesar 2,04, sedangkan metode Bishop Simplified menghasilkan nilai FoS sebesar 2,44. Kedua nilai tersebut lebih besar dari persyaratan minimum 1,50 berdasarkan SNI 8460:2017, sehingga lereng dinyatakan dalam kondisi stabil. Meskipun demikian, pemeliharaan sistem drainase permukaan dan bawah permukaan tetap diperlukan untuk mengurangi infiltrasi air hujan, menekan tekanan air pori, serta menjaga kestabilan lereng dalam jangka panjang.
