Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dan bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pembelajaran bermuatan islami sebagai upaya penguatan sikap religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Buku, artikel atau prosiding hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa diperlukanya penguatan sikap religius siswa yang harus dilakukan oleh guru termasuk guru mata pelajaran matematika. Melalui pembelajaran matematika yang bermuatan nilai islam diharapkan guru dapat menumbuhkan serta menguatkan sikap religius siswa. Pada dasarnya ada dua pola pengitegrasian nilai islami dan matematika yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pertama guru menanaman nilai-nilai islam kedalam materi ajar dan kedua menggunakan simbol-simbol keislaman dalam pembelajaran. Kedua pola pengintegrasian tersebut akan menjadikan pembelajaran matematika yang abstrak lebih kontekstual dan bernuansa islami. Selain itu ada beberapa strategi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang bernuansa islami yakni selalu membiasakan menyebut nama Allah, dengan menyisipkan ayat atau hadist yang relevan, menggunakan ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan alam semesta. Berdasarkan konsep pengintegrasian dan strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran tersebut memberikan dampak positif dalam pembeljaran matematika sebagai upaya penguatan sikap religius siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the relationship between service quality and Personal Selling together with customer loyalty to the Bogor Branch Protected Horizon Insurance. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality variables with customer loyalty with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.897, which means it is in the criteria of a very strong relationship. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the selling variables and customer loyalty with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.850, which means it is on the criteria of a strong relationship. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and personal selling with customer loyalty together with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.902. It is known that the Adjusted R Square (R²) = 0.811 value, This shows that 81.1% customer loyalty is influenced by service quality and personal selling while the remaining 18.9%, customer loyalty is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to develop traditional website-based games for early childhood. The research is ADDIE model R&D research. The subjects of this research were 2 expert validators and 30 teachers from 30 PAUD institutions in Indonesia. Data collection techniques use questionnaires.The research results are based on the results of validation by experts with a score. The validation instrument consists of material aspects and also ease of use, the assessment score range uses a Likert scale of 1-4, and the results of the validation carried out regarding the content on the website get a score of 3. 86 means that in terms of material on the website it is suitable for AUD and from the aspect of convenience it gets a score of 3.9 which means very good and easy to use. The research results were based on results from users or from 30 PAUD teachers from 30 PAUD institutions in Indonesia. The score obtained was that learning was in accordance with children's theories, 36.4% answered good and 63.6% very good.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum terkini yang sedang diterapkan pada seluruh jenjang Pendidikan, mulai dari PAUD hingga Pendidikan Tinggi. Kurikulum ini mencoba menjawab tantangan abad 21 yang mengarahkan pada penguasaan 4C (Creativity, Comunication, Colaboration, C) pada setiap peserta didik. Salah satu keutamaan kurikulum merdeka ini adalah adanya pelibatan orangtua yang lebih nyata dibandingkan pada kurikulum sebelumnya. Pelibatan ini terlihat pada kegiatan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Sejauh ini PAUD IT Salman Al Farisi telah mencoba melibatkan orangtua dalam beberapa kegiatan, namun belum terprogram secara berkala.  Keguiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu PAUD IT Salman Al Farisi untuk merumuskan program pelibatan orangtua dalam upaya implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari Kegiatan ini adalah munculnya kesadaran mengenai pentingnya pelibatan orangtua dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka serta  tersedianya rumusan program pelibatan orangtua dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang penjelasan terkait praktik pendidikan keluarga dalam kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dan penguatan kelompok tribina di Dusun Karanganyar. Tahapan pelaksanaan praktik meliputi perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif denganmenganalisis, menggambarkan, dan meringkas berbagai kondisi, situasi dari berbagai data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil wawancara atau pengamatan mengenai masalah yang diteliti yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil dari praktik ini adalah (1) Ketahanan keluarga menjadi bekal materi utama bagi para kader tribina, (2) Adanya inovasi program pembuatan websitekelompok tribina,(3)    Permainan sederhana œTelepati Suit menjadi permainan yang mampu membangkitkan semangat dan kekompakkan para kader.

Abstract

Background: In recent years, the herbal cosmetic industry has experienced significant growth along with increasing public awareness of the importance of natural and environmentally friendly products. Herbal cosmetics not only offer beauty benefits but also provide added value for skin health. However, the main challenge faced by pharmapreneurs is how to ensure the stability and effectiveness of the products they offer in a competitive market.This study aimed to formulate and test the stability of herbal cosmetic preparations, and evaluate their impact on market competitiveness. By understanding the factors that affect product stability, pharmapreneurs are expected to be able to improve the quality and attractiveness of their products.Methods: This study was conducted by formulating several herbal cosmetic preparations, including creams and serums, using natural ingredients such as aloe vera extract, jojoba oil, and essential oils. Stability tests were carried out using storage methods at varying temperatures and humidity, as well as organoleptic tests and periodic pH measurements. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine changes that occurred during the testing period.Results: The results showed that the formulated herbal cosmetic preparations had good stability, with minimal changes in pH and organoleptic characteristics during the testing period.Conclusion: Product shows potential to compete in the market, with positive feedback from consumers in terms of effectiveness and safety of use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi orangtua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini di Kelurahan Krobokan Kecamatan Semarang Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Unit analisis utama adalah orangtua dan anak usia dini (5-6 tahun). Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kajian dokumen. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi orangtua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosi anak dibagi menjadi 4 jenis yaitu: 1) Strategi orangtua yang dilakukan agar anak dapat mengenali emosi dirinya dengan baik ini adalah dengan mengenalkan nama-nama emosi sesuai ekspresinya, 2) strategi orangtua agar anak mampu mengatur emosi sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pengertian mengenai bagaimana mengendalikan emosi, bagaimana menahan diri untuk meluapkan emosi yang negatif, serta ikut berperilaku ekspresif sesuai dengan emosi yang muncul pada diri sendiri, 3) Strategi orangtua agar anak mampu memanfaatkan emosi secara positif dilakukan dengan memberikan anak kesibukan yang positif, dan memberikan anak penghargaan atas kemampuannya dalam memilih kegiata yang positif, 4) Strategi orangtua agar anak mampu memiliki pertahanan diri dalam menghadapi setiap persoalan adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk berpendapat,  orangtua mendengarkan dengan hati-hati setiap pendapat anak tersebut dan mencarikan solusi terbaik untuk disepakati bersama, orangtua membiasakan menjelaskan sebab dan akibat dari suatu pilihan itu, dan anak diminta untuk menentuka sendiri serta menerima segala konsekuensi atas pilihannya itu.

Abstract

The needs analysis training is expected to improve the competency of Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, both in terms of conceptual understanding and practical skills. Through appropriate training, participants will be trained to collect, analyze, and interpret community needs data accurately. Community service through training programs is an effective way to make a direct contribution to the community. This activity was designed in conjunction with the coordination of the LKS/LKSA Forkom Bantul district, attended by all LKS managers/administrators throughout the Bantul district, 32 institutions, and representatives from the Bantul Regency Social Service. This training activity was carried out through several stages: Preparation, program socialization, program implementation, and evaluation. The training on needs analysis for program development at LKS has succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of the importance of needs analysis in designing effective and responsive programs.
