Abstract

The research on tile classification using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) aims to improve and address issues in the sorting process within the tile manufacturing industry. The accuracy level in manual sorting processes is very low due to errors caused by visual limitations and physical fatigue. By leveraging the capabilities of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), a model was developed to classify tiles. This research involved several processes, including literature review, dataset collection, dataset splitting, preprocessing, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) design, training, testing, and result evaluation. The study used 69 tile images divided into three classes: KW 1, KW 2, and KW 3. The results of testing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on tile classification using 100 epochs with a data split of 90% training and 10% validation yielded an accuracy rate of 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of participation in the 2019 elections in Pamekasan Regency based on demographic data using the Naive Bayes classification method. The data used consisted of 189 instances and 208 predictor attributes obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication. The analysis process involved preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation stages. The test results showed a model accuracy of 66%, with the highest f1-score value in the high participation class. Further analysis also shows that most subdistricts and villages in Pamekasan have high participation rates. In addition, a very strong correlation was found between demographic attributes that have the potential to be important predictors of voter engagement. These findings provide an initial overview to understand the factors that influence community participation in elections.

Abstract

This test was conducted to assess the performance of the information system of the Language Center at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo using the COBIT 5 DSS domain framework. The audit aimed to evaluate the reliability and efficiency of the system in addressing operational issues such as limited website access and failure to print TOEFL certificates. Data collection involved interviews with unit leaders and technical observations. The results showed varying maturity levels from 2.1 (DSS03) to 4 (DSS06). Critical findings included the absence of a ticketing system and backup automation. Recommendations focused on implementing centralized incident management and cybersecurity training. This study provides a governance model for optimizing language service systems in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi digital semakin meningkat, terutama dalam hiburan dan komunikasi. Set-Top Box (STB), yang awalnya digunakan untuk menonton televisi, kini dapat dioptimalkan sebagai server network-attached storage (NAS) dengan di bantu dengan sebuah operasi system casa os. Mengingat harga NAS yang mahal, penggunaan STB bekas sebagai solusi penyimpanan data menjadi alternatif yang lebih murah dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang mencakup enam tahapan: perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan Pengelolaan, guna memastikan sistem dibangun secara komprehensif. Sistem NAS yang dihasilkan menawarkan layanan penyimpanan dan pertukaran data secara efisien dalam jaringan lokal. membangun NAS menggunakan Raspberry Pi, namun prosesnya dianggap kompleks. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan penggunaan STB bekas dengan sistem operasi Casa OS sebagai alternatif yang lebih mudah, hemat biaya, dan mengurangi kesulitan teknis dalam konfigurasi NAS server. Penelitian ini menghasilkan NAS berbasis set top box (STB) sebagai server Network Attached Storage (NAS) menggunakan Casa OS dapat membantu mempercepat proses kerja dan memfasilitasi berbagi data. NAS berbasis STB yang dibangun dengan Casa OS ini adalah solusi penyimpanan data yang terjangkau. The use of digital technology is increasing, particularly in entertainment and communication. Set-Top Boxes (STBs), initially used for watching television, can now be optimized as network-attached storage (NAS) servers with the help of the Casa OS operating system. Considering the high cost of NAS devices, repurposing used STBs as a data storage solution becomes a more affordable and accessible alternative. This research employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which includes six stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management, to ensure the system is developed comprehensively. The resulting NAS system offers efficient data storage and exchange services within a local network. While building a NAS using Raspberry Pi is a known solution, the process is often considered complex. Therefore, the use of a second-hand STB with Casa OS is proposed as an easier, cost-effective alternative that reduces technical difficulties in configuring a NAS server. This research produces an STB-based NAS server using Casa OS, which helps accelerate work processes and facilitates data sharing. The STB-based NAS built with Casa OS serves as an affordable data storage solution

Abstract

Flashdisk adalah perangkat penyimpanan portabel berbasis memori flash yang digunakan untuk menyimpan, memindahkan, dan mencadangkan data. Meski praktis, perangkat ini rentan terhadap kejahatan digital, seperti pencurian data, penghapusan data tidak sah, dan penyalahgunaan informasi. Untuk mengatasi ancaman ini, metode pemulihan data yang efektif sangat diperlukan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam forensik digital adalah metode dari National Institute of Justice (NIJ), yang mencakup tahapan persiapan, pengumpulan, identifikasi, pemeriksaan, analisis, dan pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas metode NIJ dalam memulihkan data yang hilang dari flashdisk. Dengan menggunakan tools seperti FTK Imager, Autopsy, dan WinMd5, file yang dihapus melalui Shift + delete dan quick format berhasil dipulihkan. Meski nama file berubah, ekstensi, ukuran, dan nilai hash MD5 tetap sama seperti aslinya, menunjukkan file tidak dimodifikasi. Kesimpulannya, metode NIJ efektif memulihkan dan menganalisis bukti digital dari flashdisk. A flash drive is a portable storage device based on flash memory used for storing, transferring, and backing up data. While practical, it is vulnerable to digital crimes such as data theft, unauthorized data deletion, and information misuse. To address these threats, an effective data recovery method is essential. One method commonly used in digital forensics is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method, which includes preparation, collection, identification, examination, analysis, and reporting stages. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the NIJ method in recovering lost data from flash drives. Using tools such as FTK Imager, Autopsy, and WinMd5, files deleted through Shift + Delete and quick format were successfully recovered. Although file names changed, the file extensions, sizes, and MD5 hash values remained the same as the originals, indicating that the files were not modified. In conclusion, the NIJ method is effective in recovering and analyzing digital evidence from flash drives

Abstract

Pemanfaatan internet yang semakin luas menghadirkan tantangan serius dalam penyaringan konten negatif, khususnya pada jaringan RT/RW Net yang belum memiliki sistem keamanan memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem DNS filtering berbasis perangkat Orange Pi Zero 3 untuk menangkal akses ke situs terlarang seperti pornografi, perjudian, dan konten SARA. Metode penelitian menggunakan Secure Policy Development Life Cycle (SPDLC) yang mencakup lima tahap: analysis, design, implementation, enforcement, dan enhancement. Perangkat Orange Pi dikonfigurasi dengan sistem operasi ringan DietPi serta aplikasi Pi-hole sebagai DNS sinkhole untuk memblokir domain dalam daftar blacklist. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu menghambat akses ke situs terlarang dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, dimana kategori pornografi, judi online, SARA, dan phishing/malware berhasil diblokir. Sistem juga dilengkapi pembaruan otomatis daftar blokir serta filter untuk menghindari duplikasi dengan daftar nasional. Solusi ini terbukti efektif, ringan dan dapat diterapkan secara luas pada jaringan lokal skala kecil hingga menengah dalam mendukung kebijakan internet sehat pemerintah. The increasingly widespread use of the internet poses serious challenges in filtering negative content, especially on RT/RW Net networks that do not yet have adequate security systems. This study aims to develop a DNS filtering system based on the Orange Pi Zero 3 device to block access to prohibited sites such as pornography, gambling, and SARA content. The research method uses the Secure Policy Development Life Cycle (SPDLC), which includes five stages: analysis, design, implementation, enforcement, and enhancement. The Orange Pi device is configured with the lightweight DietPi operating system and the Pi-hole application as a DNS sinkhole to block domains on the blacklist. The implementation results show that the system is capable of blocking access to prohibited sites with a 100% success rate, where the categories of pornography, online gambling, SARA, and phishing/malware were successfully blocked. The system is also equipped with automatic updates to the block list and filters to avoid duplication with the national list. This solution has proven to be effective, lightweight, and widely applicable to small to medium-sized local networks in supporting the government's healthy internet policy.
