Abstract

The study aims to identify the manifestation of Character Based Education Pandemic in internationalization Dynamics. It also explore concept of character as a part of pandemic process throughout human life and investigate on how pandemic plays role in character. In order to meet the purpose of the research, the qualitative approached, as it is in line with this particular study which is descriptive in nature. In accordance with many of the previous theories regarding the character based education in pandemic, it is found that the application of Character Based Education Pandemic of internationalization dynamics to be a better character. Improvement and successful program indirectly derived from manifestation of the characteristics of Character Based Education Pandemic namely faith in oneself, the aspiration towards excellence, the tenacity to challenge themselves, the engagement of support from others, and the continuous deliberate practice. Through the act of character based education, internationalization dynamics will evolve toward the betterment and so will the organization.

Abstract

Studi ini mengembangkan model matematis pada sistem distribusi jeruk dual channel. Pemodelan matematis digunakan untuk menggambarkan interaksi antarvariabel dalam sistem serta mengoptimalkan keputusan distribusi dan pengelolaan limbah secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pemodelan Multi-Objective Linear Programming (MOLP) yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan dua fungsi, yaitu keuntungan ekonomi dan pengurangan limbah. Modelnya mencakup dua saluran distribusi (tengkulak dan wisata petik) serta aliran balik berupa pengolahan limbah menjadi kompos. Untuk memperoleh solusi tunggal, digunakan Metode Penjumlahan Tertimbang yang menggabungkan kedua fungsi tujuan. Hasil optimasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh distribusi dialokasikan ke saluran wisata petik sebesar 40.000 kg karena memberikan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan tengkulak. Limbah yang dihasilkan sebesar 6.000 kg, dengan 4.000 kg dimanfaatkan menjadi kompos dan 2.000 kg pembuangan, sehingga menunjukkan adanya upaya minimalisasi limbah dalam sistem. Hasil ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa model mampu memberikan solusi yang konsisten dan rasional sesuai dengan parameter struktur yang digunakan. Implikasi studi ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan strategi distribusi dan pengelolaan limbah yang lebih efisien. Studi pengembangan selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan permintaan, variasi harga, serta penggunaan metode optimasi multiobjektif lainnya untuk memperoleh solusi yang lebih kuat.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce mendorong peningkatan aktivitas Last Mile Delivery, khususnya pada sistem pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD) yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi bagi kurir. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun model simulasi guna menganalisis risiko kurir serta mengevaluasi dampak kebijakan Re-attempt Delivery dalam pengiriman COD. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan simulasi System Dynamics. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara selama periode September 2025 hingga Februari 2026. Model dikembangkan menggunakan Causal Loop Diagram dan Stock Flow Diagram, kemudian disimulasikan dalam dua skenario, yaitu tanpa dan dengan penerapan Re-attempt Delivery. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan volume pengiriman COD menyebabkan kenaikan jumlah paket bermasalah. Pada skenario tanpa kebijakan, paket bermasalah meningkat signifikan. Sementara itu, penerapan Re-attempt Delivery mampu menurunkan jumlah paket bermasalah, dari 9.570 menjadi 6.699 pada awal periode dan dari 20.440 menjadi 14.308 pada akhir periode simulasi. Selain itu, jumlah paket yang berhasil dikirim ulang bisa meningkat secara konsisten.

Abstract

Improving public satisfaction and reuse intention in social life requires new innovations, namely KKN. The KKN Blue Ocean Innovation integrated capstone design model integrates education, development, service, and community empowerment outside the campus environment. The proposed model, based on the stimuli-organism-response theory and the KKN framework, which integrates the four aforementioned student roles (catalyst, process helper, solution giver, and source linker) to study the intention reuse KKN. Valuable insights for implementing KKN to be accepted by the community are to prioritize community satisfaction as the object of study in integrating more innovative KKN concepts. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PL-SEM) with a survey of 50 community members and students who have interacted and experienced community service (KKN) was used. Results: This study found that the solution giver dimension dominated the role of students as agents of change compared to the catalyst (C); process helper (PH); solution giver (SG); and sources linker (SL), which were 16%, 20%, 50%, and 14%, respectively. SL dominated the role of students as agents of change. The mediation analysis explains that community satisfaction mediates the relationship between the four dimensions and KKN reuse intention. The role of student agents of change includes raising community awareness and enthusiasm to change and develop SL for the better. The direct and indirect influence of the agent of change dimension on public satisfaction and reuse intention is a novelty of this study.
