Abstract

This study focuses to answer two main problems. First, how is the decision of NU's (the renaissance of the Muslim scholars) congress in 1989 about vasectomy? Second, how is the methodological analysis of the legal reasoning against the decision of NU's congress in 1989 about vasectomy? This is a qualitative-bibliographical research on the decision of NU's congress in 1989. Then, the source is compiled with descriptive analysis. In this case, the author understands a legal adjustment of vasectomy case from the sociological and medical development today according to the decision of the Nahdlatul Ulama's Conference in 1989. First we need to understand the decision of the Nahdlatul Ulama's Conference which states that regulating the scarcity of the number of mortality through any means can not be allowed if it reaches a limit to switch off the absolute thoroughbred function. Therefore, sterilization might be allowed is the one which can be restored the ability to reproduce and not to damage or remove parts of the functioning body. The second is the distinction of medicines that prevent permanently and those that prevent temporarily. If the medicine can prevent pregnancy permanently, it is absolutely forbidden. In making decision, NU tends to use the qauly method. It is taking textually from the book to determine the validity of vasectomy. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan Rumusan masalah yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana keputusan hasil muktamar Nahdlatul Ulama tahun 1989 tentang vasektomi? 2) Bagaimana analisis metode instinbat hukum terhadap keputusan muktamar Nahdlatul Ulama 1989 tentang vasektomi? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis berupa kajian kepustakaan (library research) dari sumber buku yaitu hasil keputusan Muktamar Nahdatul Ulama tahun 1989. Kemudian sumber tersebut disusun dengan deskriptis analisis untuk menemukan hasil sebuah analisis baru dari penjelasan sumber yang ada. Dalam kasus ini penulis memahami adanya penyesuaian hukum tentang kasus vasektomi dari sisi sosiologis dan perkembangan medis  di zaman sekarang menurut keputusan Muktamar Nahdlatul Ulama pada tahun 1989. Pertama perlu kita pahami mengenai keputusan Muktamar Nahdlatul Ulama yang menyatakan bahwa mengatur kelangkaan jumlah kelahiran melalui cara apapun tidak dapat diperkenankan jika mencapai batas mematikan fungsi berketurunan secara mutlak. Karenanya, sterilisasi yang dapat diperkenankan hanyalah yang bersifat dapat dipulihkan kembali kemampuan berketurunan dan tidak sampai merusak atau menghilangkan bagian tubuh yang berfungsi. Kedua pembedaan obat seperti obat yang mencegah secara total dan obat yang mencegah sementara waktu, haram apabila obat yang mencegah secara total tidak akan kembali hamil, mubah hukumnya sama dengan 'azl(apabila mengeluarkan sperma diluar vagina). Dalam pengambilan keputusan tersebut, Nahdlatul Ulama menggunakan metode qauly yakni mengambil hukum secara langsung dari kitab, untuk menentukan keabsahan tindakan vasektomi.]

Abstract

This research is a literature review that examines various literature on the implications of transformational and transactional leadership. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of transformational and transactional leadership for Islamic educational institutions, as well as the similarities and differences in transformational and transactional leadership behaviors. The method used in this study is library research, using a qualitative approach with a rational approach method. The findings of this study show that transformational and transactional leadership have implications for each individual's commitment to organizational values and goals. Transformational leadership builds long-term relationships, while transactional leadership builds short-term relationships with subordinates based on shared goals and rewards are given when subordinates are able to achieve goals. Instead, sanctions are given if the objectives cannot be achieved. Creative and innovative behavior is not the main thing, but the status quo is considered important. Islamic education leaders can combine these two models to create a balance between innovation and achievement of results.

Abstract

The low level of Islamic economic literacy in Indonesia presents a significant challenge for Islamic education, given that the majority of the population is Muslim. This study aims to critically examine efforts to integrate the values of Islamic economics into the Islamic education curriculum through a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review. Data were collected from various academic literature and official curriculum documents. The findings of the study indicate that values of Islamic economics such as justice, social responsibility, and anti-usury are highly relevant to be instilled in education. Integration strategies identified include an integrated curriculum, specialized subjects, contextual approaches, and Islamic extracurricular activities. However, the implementation of integration faces obstacles such as limited teacher competence, teaching materials, and national policy support. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of education in shaping a Muslim generation that is not only religious but also has ethical and practical economic awareness.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan sektor industri di Kota Semarang, khususnya di Kawasan  Industri Terboyo, meningkat pesat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah tenaga  kerja. Namun, peningkatan ini menghadirkan risiko lingkungan, terutama  munculnya permukiman kumuh akibat tingginya kepadatan penduduk. Masalah ini  semakin diperburuk oleh banjir rob yang kerap melanda kawasan tersebut. Untuk  mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan perancangan rumah susun sederhana sewa  (rusunawa) yang efektif dan berkelanjutan sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi  perkembangan permukiman kumuh. Pembahasan ini bertujuan merumuskan  landasan konseptual perancangan rusunawa di Kawasan Industri Terboyo. Metode  yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi  lapangan, serta dokumentasi berupa gambar dan foto dari lokasi. Pendekatan  arsitektur ekologi dipilih karena mampu merespons tantangan lingkungan sekaligus  memanfaatkan potensi alam secara optimal. Konsep ini menekankan pada  penggunaan elemen alam dalam desain hunian, seperti pencahayaan alami, ventilasi  yang baik, serta ruang hijau. Elemen-elemen ini tidak hanya meningkatkan  kenyamanan penghuni tetapi juga berdampak pada produktivitas dan kualitas hidup  pekerja. Desain rusunawa harus mencerminkan biaya sewa yang terjangkau bagi  pekerja industri sekaligus responsif terhadap potensi dan permasalahan lingkungan,  seperti banjir rob. Selain itu, penting untuk menyediakan ruang komunal yang  memadai sebagai tempat interaksi sosial, mengingat mayoritas pekerja di kawasan  ini berstatus lajang. Dengan pendekatan ini, rusunawa tidak hanya menjadi solusi  permasalahan permukiman kumuh tetapi juga mendukung kehidupan yang lebih  baik bagi para pekerja industri.

Abstract

Prayer which is a medium of worship between a servant and the Creator should be interpreted more deeply. Special attention is needed to understand the meaning of prayer readings when carrying it out. A person will be more solemn when performing prayers if they know what the meaning is that they are always reading. This study aims to describe the purpose and learning model of translating prayers and dhikr prayer readings at SD Islam Khoiru Ummah Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews with research subjects, and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed using three techniques, namely pattern matching, making explanations and time series analysis (Yin, 2009). The results obtained are, first, the purpose of learning to translate dhikr and prayer readings at SD Islam Khoiru Ummah is so that students are not only able to memorize prayer readings, but also understand the meaning contained in this noble prayer practice. Second, the learning model used is a conventional model with a teacher-centered approach and expository strategy. Teachers become learning centers with lecture and drill methods to ensure that the material is absorbed in students' memories.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi, Program Studi Sastra Indonesia, Universitas Pamulang memiliki kewajiban untuk memperlihatkan integritas yang baik, khususnya di wilayah kota Tanggerang Selatan. Pembentukan integritas positif tersebut dapat terjadi melalui beberapa cara, salah satunya adalah memberikan pelayanan melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Bentuk PKM (pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) Sebagai salah satu langkah nyata dalam memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan dalam bidang sosial yang masyarakat hadapi, baik secara moril maupun secara material. Pada kesempatan ini PKM dilakukan dengan bentuk pelayanan pendidikan, lebih tepatnya memberikan bentuk pelatihan kebahasaan, khususnya pelatihan penulisan surat resmi di tingkat sekolah menengah atas, lebih lanjut kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 8 Tanggerang Selatan. Pemilihan mitra pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan fenomena temuan kemampuan berbahasa siswa SMK yang dianggap sangat urgensi karena pengetahuan terkait penulisan surat resmi masih kurang. Selain itu melihat animo anak muda, khususnya pelajar pada dunia penulisan, khususnya penulisan surat resmi mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis. Selanjutnya,  narasumber yang terlibat pada pelatihan ini merupakan mahasiswa yang berupaya mempraktikan kompetensi yang mereka dapatkan di bangku kuliah, oleh karena itu nantinya, para mahasiswa yang menjadi narasuber mendapatkan pengalaman untuk praktik langsung melakukan penyusunan dan penyuntingan surat resmi. Diharapkan pelatihan ini bermanfaat bagi kedua pihak, baik pihak penyelenggara maupun institusi yang dijadikan mitra PKM.

Abstract

The learning model is an important element in achieving learning goals. The integrative model of thematic interpretation offers an engaging learning experience that supports students to explore the values of the Qur'an in depth. This study describes the objectives, implementation, and integrative model of learning thematic interpretation of QS. Al-Hasyr verses 2-5 in Ma'had Baitul Qur'an Malang. The research uses a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, as well as data validation using triangulation. The data obtained was then analyzed using three techniques, namely pattern matching, making explanations and time series analysis (Yin, 2009). The results of the study show that learning aims to provide a deep understanding of the meaning of verses and their relevance to the social conditions of the community, emphasizing the relevance of the content of verses, the history of the Prophet, and their application in the modern socio-economic context. The learning process is carried out systematically through the opening stages, core activities, and closing with the material of the book of tafsir and Siroh Nabawiyah. The lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer methods are used in a humanistic approach. The combination of the connected model and webbed model creates relevant and applicable learning, with a constructivist approach that encourages learners to actively build knowledge through experience and problem-solving.
