Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kehadiran Pegawai merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk proses penyampaian dan pengolahan data informasi Pegawai, untuk mendukung operasional kepegawaian. Seiring perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi, kebutuhan akan informasi semakin meningkat seperti halnya dalam meningkatnya kinerja sebuah instansi dalam mengelola informasi. Penginformasian kehadiran Pegawai pada Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut masih dilakukan dengan cara menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada staf atau Pegawai lain yang ada diruangan Pegawai dan Staf Teknik Informatika. Penginformasian kehadiran Pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan komputerisasi yang menggunakan basis data sebagai media penyimpanan dan sistem display sebagai media penyampaian informasi. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan digital signage. Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Jquery Mobile, dengan database MySQL dan metode prototype. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan blackbox berdasarkan pada Sistem Informasi Kehadiran Pegawai Teknik Informatika. Tentu hal ini menjadi solusi untuk membantu memberikan informasi kehadiran Pegawai kepada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut.

Abstract

Tanah Laut is one of the mainstays of the tourist sector in South Kalimantan. Tanah Laut Regency has tourism potential, one of which is religious tourism. Religious tourism is a tourist activity to get fun or entertainment, also will get lessons about Islamic teachings and increase knowledge. The government of Tanah Laut regency conducting tourism promotions still through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlet methods is not enough to support tourist attractions for tourists. And there is no specific information system on religious tourism and besides that in the Tourism Office the data on religious tourism in several sub-districts in the regency of the sea are still not yet complete or complete in the data collection of religious tourism spots. The purpose of the research is to make a design and a Geographic Tourism Information System that can display a picture and provide detailed information on the location of religious tourism in several sub-districts in Tanah Laut district. Information in the form of a web mobile is expected to help the community to access it anywhere and anytime. In geographical information systems, religious tourism is built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and JavaScript programming languages.

Abstract

The last few months, PT. PLN WKSKT deliberately goes out to prevent the failure of the generator system network. Blackouts occur because there are uneven load uses. The use of the largest load is in the Barikin transmission line scheme towards the Tanjung and Cempaka direction. Both schemes are crucial load conditions when there is a disruption in the transmission line. This can interfere with the transmission of the load on targets that are in the two schemes, cause trips and blackouts. To resolve the issue, PT. PLN WKSKT create a special scheme for the protection system loads on specific targets. Which system can sort the target load from large to small. Descending is a sorting method that can complete the purpose of a protection system. With this method the target load is sorted and then calculated in VBA macros. The target load that has been sorted is then added to the equivalent of the line transfer. Calculations performed on VBA macros aim to obtain load release status based on enable, ready and trip indications. All three indicators used to monitor the load condition real time. So that the protection system is able to avoid interference that can cause black out on the electrical system.

Abstract

Daftar Usulan Penetapan Angka Kredit (DUPAK) merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dirancang oleh setiap pegawai, berupa kegiatan yang akan dilakukan secara rutin dalam kurun waktu tertentu sebagai bahan penilaian dalam penetapan angka kredit. Namun, untuk melakukan pengusulan DUPAK masih dengan metode yang kurang efektif karena pengusul DUPAK harus datang ke Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan bidang E-Government untuk menyerahkan berkas-berkas dan untuk melengkapi persyaratan lainnya pegawai yang mengusulkan DUPAK harus datang lagi kepada Tim Penilai DUPAK. Maka dari itu, untuk mempermudah melakukan pengajuan daftar usulan penetapan angka kredit maka dibangunlah sebuah Aplikasi e-DUPAK Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Berbasis Web. Sistem dibangun dengan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 masih juga belum berakhir. Hingga saat ini tercatat total kasus di Indonesia sebanyak 2,16 juta kasus dengan kematian sebanyak 58.024 angka dan 1,87 juta angka kesembuhan. Pemerintah terus berupaya untuk menekan angka penyebaran dengan membuat regulasi mulai PPKM mikro hingga Lockdown di beberapa wilayah. Ketersediaan vaksin juga menjadi fokus pemerintah untuk dapat memenuhi target jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Tidak dipungkiri dengan adanya regulasi dari pemerintah menjadikan interaksi antar warga terbatas, sehingga agar dapat tetap berinteraksi satu sama lain dalam rangka bekerja, bersosialisasi, belajar dan lainnya warga terpaksa harus akrab dengan teknologi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan Digital Skills agar dapat beradaptasi dan tetap bertahan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk membuka wawasan generasi muda dalam menghadapi migrasi dalam berkehidupan ke arah penggunaan teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring pada 28 Juni 2021 dengan melibatkan kurang lebih 35 pemuda-pemudi berlatar belakang mahasiswa, aktivis dan penggerak desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode penyadaran atau peningkatan pemahaman terhadap sesuatu masalah. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini berupa: 1) membuka wawasan baru mengenai pentingnya memiliki Digital Skills, 2) memberikan pemahaman terhadadap peserta mengenai berbagai bidang yang membutuhkan keahlian dalam Digital Skills, dan 3) memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta bahwa memiliki keahlian atau skill digital dapat menjadikan sumber penghasilan atau memunculkan jenis pekerjaan baru. Based on this, digital skills are needed in order to adapt and survive. Community Service Activities aim to open the horizons of the younger generation in dealing with migration in life towards the use of technology. This activity was carried out online on 28 June 2021 by involving approximately 35 young people with student backgrounds, activists and village activists. The method used in delivering the material for this community service activity is the method of raising awareness or increasing understanding of a problem. The results obtained in the implementation of this socialization activity are: 1) opening new insights about the importance of having digital skills, 2) providing understanding to participants about various fields that require expertise in digital skills, and 3) providing understanding to participants that they have expertise or skills. digital can be a source of income or give rise to new types of work. Abstract

Community service entitled “COMPUTER/LAPTOP WINDOWS INSTALLATION TRAINING IN DESA PANGGUNG COMMUNITIES, KECAMATAN PELAIHARI” has the aim of providing knowledge and skills for The Apparatuses of Desa Panggung in performing simple windows installations on their computers/laptops independently. The method used in carrying out this community service is to provide material directly and practice how to install Windows 10 on a laptop using virtual box tools. In addition, there was also a discussion method regarding the installation of windows with the participants. Community service in analyzing the level of understanding of the apparatus in the material that has been submitted by being given simple questions related to the material. The result of the activity based on the question and answer conducted between the participants and the presenters was an increase in knowledge about Windows Installation. The expected result of community service activities is that the participants can have knowledge in repairing their computers/laptops which includes the installation of the Windows operating system, installation of supporting software, and overcoming trouble if simple problems arise at any time.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut memiliki beberapa sistem berbasis web, namun semua sistem masih bersifat standalone dan belum terintegrasi, sehingga pengguna harus memiliki akun yang berbeda pada masing-masing sistem. Pengguna harus mengingat setiap akun untuk mengakses sistem dan untuk alasan keamanan biasanya pengguna mengganti passwordnya secara rutin. Proses pergantian password ini akan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat setiap perubahan yang dilakukan berbanding lurus dengan jumlah sistem yang ada (existing). Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan akun pengguna dan mengelola proses autentikasi dan otorisasi. Proses ini memerlukan sebuah server tambahan yang menjadi penghubung antara sistem integrator dengan sistem layanan aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan suatu inovasi sistem yang dapat menangani seluruh otentikasi dan otorisasi setiap sistem aplikasi dan dikenal dengan sistem Single Sign On. Sehingga manfaat penelitian dari adanya sistem Single Sign On pengguna hanya dengan menggunakan satu akun pengguna dapat mengakses banyak sistem tanpa memasukkan username dan password berulang. Penerapannya data akun pengguna diambil dari Cloud Identity melalui Secure LDAP, kemudian data pengguna dikelola oleh RADIUS Server dan didistribusikan ke sistem layanan aplikasi yang ada (existing). Secara jangka pendek penelitian ini akan diterapkan di Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan dua aplikasi web yaitu aplikasi native php dan cms wordpress. Abstract

E-Learning applications of animals’ names are made to meet the needs of interactive, interesting and easy to understand. It is such a learning media that is created based on the mobile web both for early childhood, elementary school, or high school. This learning media called e-learning applications of animals’ names based on mobile web that can be used as a media to recognize or memorize the animals’ names by using text (text), images (visual), and sound (audio) both in Indonesian and English. Particularly for the Junior High School, the learning media will help the students to review or memorize the animals’ names at home on their mobile phone or smartphone. On the other side, the students’ smartphones are not only use as social media or playing game, but also for learning English, especially learning the animals’ names, anytime and anywhere. Abstract

In facing the challenges of digitalization that is growing so rapidly, the State of Polytechnic Tanah Laut (Politala) strives to continue to adapt these developments as needed. In carrying out their duties in the field of Tri Dharma and other supporting activities, lecturers must have a clear assignment basis, as well as for educational staff. The current assignment at Politala uses a sheet of disposition paper issued by the leadership. The disposition sheet is then submitted to the General and Personnel Section as the basis for making a Letter of Assignment for the Lecturer or Tendik concerned in carrying out activities. This is risky in terms of data storage and effectiveness to efficiency in the administration of correspondence. The development of technology in the field of software is currently a solution in conducting application-based correspondence administration to facilitate archiving and data security to be effective and efficient. This study aims to develop a mobile-based application to make it easier for leaders to dispose of incoming letters to their subordinates. The disposition will provide notification to the employee concerned and can be viewed directly through the application. In addition, with applications that are built, employees can submit staff reviews and can monitor the status of their submissions in real time. This research was conducted using the prototype method and collecting data using observation and interview methods to produce a Mobile Letter application.

Abstract

Goat breeder has great potential in South Kalimantan. Based on BPS data in 2018, goat meat production reached 361,361 heads. But unfortunately only 8% can be met by local breeders, the rest is imported from outside Kalimantan such as Java, Madura and Sulawesi. The highest demand for goat meat in South Kalimantan is for religious activities in the form of Aqiqah and sacrifice, the rest is for restaurants and household consumption. The decision of breeders to bring in goats from outside Kalimantan is due to high local prices compared to prices outside the region. Prices are high locally due to the limited population in South Kalimantan. This limited population is caused by several things, one of which is that many breeders are constrained by capital in developing their goat farms. In addition, there are actually many people who are interested in raising goats because they see this good opportunity but are constrained by limited time experience in between daily work routines in maintaining it. The solution offered through this research is the development of an application that can bring together breeders and people who want to own or invest in goats called Easy Cattle. The system development method in this study uses Agile Scrum. This method was chosen because it is the most popular and effective method in software development. The stages include determining the team, determining the work time, determining the role in the team, collecting various problems, starting the sprint and conducting a review.
