Abstract

Kabupaten Tanah Laut merupakan salah satu sentra peternakan ayam terbesar di Kalimantan Selatan. Namun, proses diagnosis penyakit ayam di beberapa perusahaan besar seperti PT Japfa Comfeed masih memerlukan waktu lama karena bergantung pada metode konvensional melalui pembedahan dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit ayam berbasis web dengan metode Certainty Factor (CF) yang terintegrasi dengan backend melalui Application Programming Interface (API) menggunakan framework FastAPI. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur diagnosis berdasarkan gejala, serta solusi pengobatan dan pencegahan. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan baik. Uji akurasi mencapai 100% dibandingkan perhitungan manual. Pengujian performa API menunjukkan rata-rata waktu respons 116 ms (1 thread) dan 1.091 ms (10 thread), dengan throughput masing-masing 857.633 dan 889.329 request/detik, serta error rate 0%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar berbasis web ini efektif untuk diagnosis awal penyakit ayam dengan performa responsif dan akurat.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Internal Quality Audit Information System (SI AMI) at Politala. The problem currently encountered is that the AMI audit process is carried out by filling out a form with Microsoft Office Word and then printing it to be submitted to the Auditor team. This form must be accompanied by physical documents which will be examined by the Auditor. When the audit process is complete, the auditor is obliged to write an Audit Minutes to be signed together. However, this event report was written in Microsoft Office Word and then printed. This is certainly risky in terms of data storage and effectiveness and efficiency in P4MP administrative governance. The system built was designed with Flowcharts, ERD and DFD and was built with the CodeIgniter Framework and SQL Server as the database. The system development method uses the Prototype model and testing uses Blackbox Testing. SI AMI was successfully built and tested showing the results of each function running well (successfully). With the system built (SI AMI) the audit process becomes more effective and efficient because the data is taken automatically and integrated between users, making the data synchronous

Abstract

E-Learning applications of animals’ names are made to meet the needs of interactive, interesting and easy to understand. It is such a learning media that is created based on the mobile web both for early childhood, elementary school, or high school. This learning media called e-learning applications of animals’ names based on mobile web that can be used as a media to recognize or memorize the animals’ names by using text (text), images (visual), and sound (audio) both in Indonesian and English. Particularly for the Junior High School, the learning media will help the students to review or memorize the animals’ names at home on their mobile phone or smartphone. On the other side, the students’ smartphones are not only use as social media or playing game, but also for learning English, especially learning the animals’ names, anytime and anywhere. Abstract

Usaha pengentasan kemiskinan terus dilakukan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Untuk membantu pemerintah dalam perumusan kebijakan pengentasan kemiskinan maka diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai indikator yang berkaitan dengan kemiskinan dan bagaimana indikator-indikator tersebut saling mempengaruhi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan Association rules dengan algoritma Apriori pada dataset kemiskinan untuk mencari pola hubungan antar indikator. Dataset yang terdiri dari 46 atribut merupakan data sekunder BPS Kabupaten Tanah Laut dan BPS Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tahun 2010-2014. Hasil penerapan association rules dengan algoritma apriori menggunakan minimum support 30% dan minimum confidence 80% menghasilkan 4614 rules hubungan antar indikator.

Abstract

Sistem yang berjalan saat ini proses audit AMI Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut (Politala) dilakukan dengan mengisi borang dengan Microsoft Office Word lalu dicetak untuk diserahkan kepada tim Auditor. Borang tersebut harus dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen secara fisik yang akan diperiksa oleh Auditor. Saat proses audit selesai maka wajib auditor menulis Berita Acara Audit untuk ditanda tangani bersama. Namun berita acara ini ditulis dengan Microsoft Office Word lalu dicetak. Hal ini tentu berisiko dalam hal penyimpanan data dan efektifitas hingga efisiensi dalam tata kelola administrasi P4MP (Pengembangan Pembelajaran dan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan). Hal tersebut yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini yakni mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Audit Mutu Internal (SI AMI). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Prototype dan pengujian menggunakan Blackbox Testing. Sistem yang dibangun dirancang dengan Flowchart, ERD dan DFD serta dibangun dengan Framework Codeigniter serta SQL Server sebagai basis datanya. SI AMI berhasil dibangun dan dilakukan pengujian menunjukkan hasil setiap fungsinya berjalan dengan baik (berhasil). Dari hasil uji validitas pada calon pengguna, jumlah respon tertinggi terdapat pada opsi Setuju untuk pernyataan bahwa SI AMI mempermudah pengarsipan, sehingga pencarian untuk keperluan akreditasi dan keperluan lainnya menjadi lebih sederhana dan mudah. Dengan sistem yang dibangun (SI AMI) dapat disimpulkan proses audit menjadi efektif dan efisien sebab data diambil secara otomatis dan terintegrasi dengan antar pengguna sehingga menjadikan data sinkron dari pengisian borang sampai berita acara AMI

Abstract

In 2025, Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut (POLITALA) will enter its 16th year with various prestigious achievements, one of which was receiving the best SAKIP award among all polytechnics in Indonesia in 2021. This accomplishment cannot be separated from the institution’s strong management and POLITALA’s efforts to adapt to digital developments in order to realize its vision of becoming a leading polytechnic with national competitiveness. Several initiatives have been implemented, such as the adoption of SIPADU as the academic information system for students and the application of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, which emphasizes the achievement of specific and measurable learning outcomes. However, the diversity of study programs and academic backgrounds of lecturers at POLITALA often leads to differences in interpreting academic guidelines. Therefore, a structured system is needed as a guide for curriculum development in each study program. This research aims to develop an information system for OBE-based curriculum design in a systematic manner, starting from the determination of Graduate Profiles (PL) to mapping the contribution of each course in supporting the achievement of those profiles.

Abstract

Angkasa Pura Digital Signage at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Syamsudinnor Airport Banjarmasin has used web application in inputting pictures and video, but information about schedule activity still done manually, that is done in writing. Therefore it is necessary to create an information system schedule activities, images, video and attendance using PHP employees who have previously been designed using ERD, DFD and Flowchart. The information system that has been created can input the schedule of activities, pictures, videos and attendance of employees displayed through digital signage or displayed through LCD or monitor screen.
