Abstract

Pengelolaan data menjadi hal yang penting untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berguna. Perusahaan Berkah Bersama melakukan pengelolaan data secara terkomputerisasi, tetapi antar data tidak terintegrasi sehingga terjadi penginputan data yang sama berulang kali. Hal tersebut tentunya tidak efisien dan efektif. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu membuat sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi untuk studi kasus divisi umum dan keuangan agar membantu dalam membuat laporan administrasi dan mengetahui sisa kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model incremental untuk pengembangan sistem, ERD untuk perancangan database, UML untuk perancangan sistem, dan pembangunan sistem menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Sistem Informasi Berkah Bersama Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus Divisi Umum dan Keuangan) yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengelolaan data terkait bagian umum dan keuangan di Perusahaan Berkah Bersama. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode Black-Box Testing semua fitur yang ada di sistem yaitu tambah, edit, hapus, dan cetak data berhasil berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

Abstract: CV. Batuah Talenta Semesta (BTS) is a technology-focused software house located at Jalan Kamaratih No. B10, Panggung, Pelaihari, South Kalimantan. BTS offers various services, including IT tutoring, network installation, hosting, and website services for projects. One of its key business areas is developing digital village and digital tourism applications. The BTS website is currently under development, featuring a homepage, tourism profiles, news, gallery, and contact information, but it is not yet fully operational. The landing page, in particular, needs improvement as all navigation menus are displayed simultaneously, making it appear cluttered. To resolve these issues, the author plans to build a system that meets user needs. This development uses a prototype model and programming languages such as PHP (CodeIgniter 4 framework), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system design employs Entity Relationship Diagrams and Unified Modeling Language. With the new information system, it is expected that visitors and tourism managers will easily access available information, enhancing interaction and digital tourism management.Abstrak: CV. Berlokasi di Jalan Kamaratih No. B10, Panggung, Pelaihari, Kalimantan Selatan, BTS menyediakan berbagai layanan seperti bimbingan belajar IT, instalasi jaringan, hosting, dan layanan website untuk proyek-proyek yang ada. Salah satu aspek bisnis BTS adalah pengembangan aplikasi desa digital dan wisata digital. Saat ini, situs web BTS masih dalam tahap pengembangan dengan fitur-fitur seperti beranda, profil wisata, berita, galeri, dan kontak, namun belum sepenuhnya beroperasi. Tampilan situs web, terutama pada landing page, masih perlu perbaikan karena semua menu navigasi ditampilkan sekaligus, membuatnya tampak kurang rapi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis berencana membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini, penulis menggunakan model prototipe dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Framework CodeIgniter 4), HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram dan Unified Modeling Language. Dengan sistem informasi yang baru, diharapkan pengunjung dan pengelola tempat wisata dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi yang tersedia, sehingga mempermudah interaksi dan pengelolaan wisata secara digital.

Abstract

E-Learning applications of animals’ names are made to meet the needs of interactive, interesting and easy to understand. It is such a learning media that is created based on the mobile web both for early childhood, elementary school, or high school. This learning media called e-learning applications of animals’ names based on mobile web that can be used as a media to recognize or memorize the animals’ names by using text (text), images (visual), and sound (audio) both in Indonesian and English. Particularly for the Junior High School, the learning media will help the students to review or memorize the animals’ names at home on their mobile phone or smartphone. On the other side, the students’ smartphones are not only use as social media or playing game, but also for learning English, especially learning the animals’ names, anytime and anywhere. Abstract

Platform Pembelajaran Elektronik Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Batuah Teknologi Semesta) merupakan solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa atau mahasiswa yang belum berpengalaman dalam pemrograman agar dapat mempelajari keterampilan tersebut secara mandiri. Di era digital yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan keterampilan pemrograman semakin tinggi, namun tidak semua individu memiliki akses atau kesempatan untuk belajar secara formal. Platform ini didesain dengan tujuan menyediakan modul pembelajaran dalam bentuk video yang efektif dan mudah dipahami, dengan fokus pada konsep dasar, pengenalan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript, dan pembuatan aplikasi sederhana menggunakan PHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian prototype dalam pengembangannya, dengan penerapan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dalam perancangan platform. Selain itu, platform ini juga telah diuji melalui pengujian blackbox oleh pihak Batuah Teknologi Semesta untuk memastikan fitur dan kinerja sistem berjalan dengan baik. Diharapkan dengan adanya Platform Pembelajaran Elektronik Berbasis Web ini, siswa atau mahasiswa yang awam dalam pemrograman dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dan mendapatkan akses yang lebih luas terhadap pembelajaran pemrograman, mengurangi kesenjangan akses, dan memberikan peluang pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif bagi individu dengan keterbatasan akses terhadap pendidikan formal

Abstract

Technological developments in the communication and information area can changes the lifestyle of the human become the digital lifestyle. Digitalization on the aspects of life can provide convenience for humans. Like the household appliances that can be controlled by a smartphone. In 2015 Nugraha build a light management system with android smartphone via bluetooth media. In addition, the lights are also can be controlled automatically by time and light (LDR). The disadvantages of this system are the lights that can not be used remotely and can not give notice to the home owner about the status “on or off” of the light. This research aims to design a multicontrol system to control the light with several media follows : bluetooth, voice, light (LDR), timer, website and SMS as notification of light status. System development method in this research using Waterfall method. The test results using bluetooth, light(LDR), voice, and timer provide a fast response with average less than 2 seconds.

Abstract

The Public Relations Sub Division in the South Kalimantan Regional Police records the clipping of daily newspapers using Microsoft Excel. Clipping data is recorded and then processed and counted types of characters, sizes, pages and coverage. Each type is divided into 3 (three) categories. The types of characters consist of Positive, Negative and Neutral. The type of size consists of Length, Medium and Small. The type of page consists of Front, Middle and Back. Then the type of coverage consists of Large, Enough and less. At the time of recording, errors often occur so that the data generated is not in accordance with the results of calculations. Therefore, a system is built that can be used to record data clipping files with automatic calculation formulas to reduce the risk of errors and incompatibility of the calculation results. This system is built with web-based using the PHP programming language. System development method using Waterfall method.

Abstract

This research delves into the realm of data integrity enhancement within E-Presence Systems by conducting a comprehensive study on the implementation of JSON Web Token (JWT) in the backend API. The use of JWT as an authentication and authorization mechanism aims to fortify the security posture of E-Presence Systems, ensuring reliable and tamper-resistant data transactions. The study investigates the impact of JWT on data integrity, exploring its role in preventing unauthorized access and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities. Through empirical analysis and practical implementation, this research sheds light on the efficacy of JWT in safeguarding the backend API of E-Presence Systems, thereby contributing to the evolution of secure and resilient electronic presence solutions.

Abstract

Tahun 2023 Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut (Politala) menginjak tahun ke-14 pendirian. Banyak prestasi bergengsi yang telah berhasil diraih. Terbaru pada tahun 2021 Politala mendapatkan penghargaan SAKIP terbaik untuk seluruh Politeknik se-Indonesia. Prestasi yang diraih Politala tidak lepas dari manajemen perguruan tinggi yang baik oleh Pimpinan. Dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi yang berkembang begitu pesat, Politala berusaha untuk terus menyesuaikan perkembangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menunjang visi Politala “Menjadi Politeknik unggulan & berdaya saing nasional”. Digitalisasi telah dilakukan Politala dalam berbagai aspek, di antaranya dalam hal pembelajaran Politala memiliki Wikisource yang berfungsi sebagai arsip untuk menyimpan bahan ajar & pedoman praktikum perkuliahan, yang digunakan oleh dosen & mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun Wikisource memiliki keterbatasan pada pengelolaan arsipnya, di mana hanya terdapat satu admin yang bertugas mengelola seluruh arsip yang ada di Wikisource. Dosen & mahasiswa hanya dapat mendownload bahan ajar & pedoman praktikum yang ada, tanpa ada user access control yang bisa diterapkan. Penerapan Bookstack sebagai Wikisource untuk Politala berfokus pada peningkatan aksebilitas & keterlibatan user dengan roles masing-masing terhadap sumber daya informasi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Bookstack sebagai Wikisource untuk Politala dengan memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan aksesibilitas terhadap Bahan Ajar & Pedoman Praktikum, kemudahan penggunaan, serta keterlibatan aktif user dalam berkontribusi & mengelola konten. Hal ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antar user dalam pengembangan & pembaruan Bahan Ajar & Pedoman Praktikum. Implementasi Bookstack sebagai Wikisource Politala akan meningkatkan efektivitas & efisiensi dalam penyediaan Bahan Ajar & Pedoman Praktikum. Hasil penelitian diharapkan agar pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses bahan ajar dan pedoman praktikum. Dosen sebagai user dapat dengan mudah mengunggah dokumen pembelajaran dan mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah pula mengaksesnya.

Abstract

In 2023, Tanah Laut State Polytechnic (Politala) will be 14 years old since its founding. Various prestigious achievements have been achieved, including the most recent in 2021, where Politala received the best SAKIP award among all Polytechnics in Indonesia. This achievement cannot be separated from the good management of higher education by the leaders. Facing the challenges of rapidly developing digitalization, Politala continues to strive to adapt to the needs to support its vision, namely "Becoming a leading & nationally competitive Polytechnic". Politala has implemented digitalization in various aspects, one of which is in learning. They use Wikisource as an archive for storing teaching materials and practical guidelines, which are accessed by lecturers and students. However, Wikisource has limitations in managing archives, because only one admin is responsible for all existing archives. Lecturers and students can only download teaching materials and practical guidelines without adequate user access control. The implementation of Bookstack as a replacement for Wikisource in Politala is focused on increasing accessibility and user involvement with their respective roles in managing information resources. This study aims to develop Bookstack to improve the accessibility of teaching materials and practical guidelines, ease of use, and encourage active user involvement in contributing and managing content. This implementation is also expected to strengthen collaboration between users in the development and updating of teaching materials and practical guidelines. Thus, the implementation of Bookstack will increase the effectiveness and efficiency in providing teaching materials and practical guidelines in Politala, making it easier for lecturers to upload documents, and students to access them.

Abstract

The development of digital technology today has transformed the way its users carry out activities, making the involvement of Information Technology highly essential in supporting daily life. Currently, the use of Information Technology has become commonplace and highly beneficial in various fields of human life. Unfortunately, many school students today only use electronic devices for entertainment, without utilizing them for learning and enhancing their knowledge. MTsN 4 Tanah Laut, as one of the educational institutions under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, has faced significant changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the pandemic has now ended, knowledge and skills in using Information Technology remain important, especially with the adoption of computers or laptops in the school learning process. Therefore, Information Technology introduction training is crucial for MTsN 4 Tanah Laut students to improve their understanding and skills in utilizing Information Technology. The purpose of this community service is to help students develop technological skills, enhance students’ understanding of digital literacy, improve learning efficiency, encourage creativity and innovation, prepare students for the workforce, promote positive use of technology, and foster research and innovation in the field of education. This community service is conducted through lectures and discussions on the introduction of information technology. The results of the research show an increase in participants' understanding of information technology.
