Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to determine the effective concentration of pandanus Pandanus amaryllifolius leaf extract for the treatment of sangkuriang catfish juvenile infected by Aeromonas hydrophila. The method used in this study was an experimental method with completely randomized design consisted of five treatments and three replications. The treatments were A (control), B (400 mg/L), C (600 mg/L), D (800 mg/L), and E (1000 mg/L) trough immersion for 24 hours through immersion for 24 hours.  The fish has infected with A. hydrophila bacteria as much as 20 mL of NaCl/L in 10 L of water medium with a density of 108 CFU/mL through immersion. The observed parameters were clinical symptoms, recovery process, survival rate, and water quality. The results showed that pandanus leaf extract at a concentration of 800 mg/L for 24 hours was effective for treating sangkuriang catfish juvenile that infected by A. hydrophila with a survival rate of 86.67%. Based on the regression analysis, it discovered that the optimum concentration of pandanus leaf extract through immersion for 24 hours was 774.39 mg/L and the predicted survival was 92.16%.  Keywords: Aeromonas hydrophila, catfish fingerlings, effective concentration, infection, pandanus leaf extract   ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi yang efektif dari ekstrak daun pandan  wangi Pandanus amaryllifolius untuk pengobatan benih lele sangkuriang Clarias gariepinus yang terinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental rancangan acak lengkap dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian adalah A (kontrol), B (400 mg/L), C (600 mg/L), D (800 mg/L), dan E (1000 mg/L). Ikan uji diinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophila sebanyak 20 mL NaCl/L dalam 10 L media air dengan kepadatan 108 CFU/mL melalui perendaman selama 24 jam. Parameter yang diamati meliputi gejala klinis, waktu pulih, kelangsungan hidup, dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstrak daun pandan wangi pada konsentrasi 800 mg/L selama 24 jam efektif untuk pengobatan benih lele sangkuriang yang terinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophila dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup sebesar 86,67%. Berdasarkan analisis regresi diketahui bahwa konsentrasi optimum penggunaan ekstrak daun pandan wangi melalui perendaman selama 24 jam yaitu 774,39 mg/L dan prediksi kelangsungan hidup ikan adalah 92,16%. Kata kunci : Aeromonas hydrophila, benih lele sangkuriang, ekstrak daun pandan, infeksi, efektifitas konsentrasi

Abstract

This research determines Education Expenditure, Health, and Total Poverty Population on HDI in Tanah Laut Regency 2009-2018. This research was conducted in Tanah Laut Regency by taking secondary data and then tested by taking a regression analysis model and knowing it consists of a partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Education Expenditure, Health Expenditure, and Total Poverty have a significant effect on the HDI.

Abstract

Model Course Review Horay merupakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif yang menciptakan suasana belajar menyenangkan dengan siswa dikelompokkan dan menjawab pertanyaan secara aktif. Jawaban benar disambut dengan teriakan "horey" atau yel-yel lain yang disepakati, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Metode ini tidak hanya membuat suasana kelas lebih hidup, tetapi juga mendorong siswa untuk lebih percaya diri dalam mengemukakan jawaban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SDN Bendungan Kudu Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Bendungan Kudu Jombang. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pretest dan posttest berupa soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 57,60 dan posttest meningkat menjadi 80,40. Uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari model Course Review Horay terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model ini efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, serta direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar. Dengan penerapan model ini, siswa tidak hanya memahami materi dengan lebih baik, tetapi juga termotivasi untuk lebih aktif dalam proses belajar.   The Course Review Horay model is a cooperative learning method that creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere by grouping students and encouraging them to actively answer questions. Correct answers are greeted with cheers of "horey" or other agreed-upon chants, thus increasing student engagement. This method not only livens up the classroom environment but also boosts students' confidence in expressing their answers.This study aims to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay learning model on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for fourth-grade students at SDN Bendungan. This research employs a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects of this study are fourth-grade students at SDN Bendungan Kudu Jombang. Data were collected through pretest and posttest multiple-choice questions, which were tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 25.0. The results showed that the average pretest score was 57.60, while the posttest score increased to 80.40. The paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the Course Review Horay model on student learning outcomes. This model effectively improves student learning outcomes, creates a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment, and is recommended as an alternative teaching method in elementary schools. By applying this model, students not only better understand the material but also become more motivated and active in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Darul Mumtazin Qur’an House in community empowerment in Demangan Village, Ponorogo. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Qur’anic House played a role in four main aspects: (1) strengthening of early childhood religious literacy through tahfidz, calistung, and tilawah programs; (2) economic empowerment of surrounding communities through the growth of student activity-based microenterprises; (3) socio-cultural strengthening through shared religious activities that strengthen Islamic brotherhood; and (4) the integration of Islamic values into the social life of the community. Despite facing challenges such as limitations of teaching staff, operational funds, and facilities, Darul Mumtazin’s Qur’an House continues to consistently fulfill its role as an agent of Islamic value-based empowerment. This study makes an important contribution in modeling community empowerment through faith-based non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

Anemia adalah keadaan dimana terjadi penurunan jumlah masa eritrosit yang ditunjukkan oleh penurunan kadar hemoglobin Anemia pada remaja di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi 2019 berkisar sebanyak 29.9 % remaja.salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya anemia pada remaja yaitu pada saat menstruasi. Dan anemia pada saat mentruasi dapat dicegah dengan mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah mengandung kalium dan flavonoid yang tinggi Vitamin C yang dapat membantu penyerapan kadar zat besi dalam darah dan mengkonsumsi TTD sehari sekali.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pemberian Tablet Fe Dan Jus Jambu Biji Merah Terhadap Kadar Hb Pada Remaja Putri Yang Sedang Menstruasi Di Pmb S Tahun 2024.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Hasil penelitian ini Ada peningkatan kadar Hb pada remaja sebelum dan sesudah pemberian jus jambu biji merah dan tablet Fe dengan peningkatan dari 10,6 gr%, 12,7 gr% dan 14,7 gr% jadi ada peningkatan sebanyak 4,1 gr%. Ada peningkatan kadar Hb pada remaja tablet Fe dengan peningkatan dari 10,9, 11,8 gr%, gr% ke 12,1 gr% jadi ada peningkatan sebanyak 1,2 gr%. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Pemberian Tablet Fe Dan Jus Jambu Biji Merah Terhadap Kadar Hb Pada Remaja Putri Yang Sedang Menstruasi Di Pmb S Tahun 2024. Saran untuk remaja putri yang sedang masa menstruasi sebaiknya mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah sehari sekali selama 7 hari untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi anemia.

Abstract

The performance of employees stands as a critical factor determining an organization's success. Strong employee performance plays a pivotal role in enabling an organization to attain its objectives, including enhancements in service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational culture, human resource quality, and work motivation on employee performance at the Tangerang City Environmental Agency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and literature studies. The data in this study were then analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture, human resource quality, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, these three factors need to be managed properly to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research was carried out based on the problem of students' low ability to understand geometric concepts in mathematics learning, especially in geometry material and the lack of use of learning media. This research aims to: Find out the difference in increasing the ability to understand geometric concepts between students who receive mathematics learning assisted by Geogebra software and students who receive regular learning. The population and sample in this study were students of class VIII SMP Berdikari Cijaku as many as two classes selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used are tests of ability to understand concepts, observation guidelines, and documentation guidelines. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusion is: There is a difference in the increase in students' ability to understand geometric concepts, where students who receive learning using Geogebra software are better than students who receive conventional learning.

Abstract

E-commerce has become the new favorite in terms of shopping for people around the world, including in Indonesia. Among the various e-commerce that can be accessed in Indonesia, one that is quite well-known and widely used is the Shopee marketplace. Shopee is a shopping application with a marketing strategy through various interesting features, one of which is quite well known is the live streaming feature. Live streaming is a feature that sellers use to create streaming sessions and promote shops & products directly to consumers. Consumers can directly communicate with sellers in real-time to find out more about the product. In this case the author conducted research using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher described an event or phenomenon that occurred in society related to Shopee's marketing strategy and analyzed this phenomenon in terms of Islamic business ethics, whether the live streaming strategy was in accordance with Islamic business ethics or not. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy through live streaming is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, because live streaming has several regulations that are in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi IPAS, terkhusus pada lingkup IPS. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan masih menggunakan metode ceramah yang lebih berpusat pada guru bukan pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model project based learning (PJBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi IPAS kelas IV sekolah dasar. Dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah dilaksanakannya pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project based learning (PJBL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Quasi eksperimen. Dan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari hasil analisis uji-t terhadap nilai posttest kelas kontrol dan eksperimen memaparkan adanya pengaruh model project based learning (PJBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi IPAS kelas IV sekolah dasar nilai sig 2-tailed sebasar 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, berdasarkan skor N-gain yang diperoleh oleh kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,5719 dengan N-gain pearson sebesar 57,19322, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi IPAS kelas IV setelah dilaksanakannya pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project based learning (PJBL). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model project based learning (PJBL) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi IPAS kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe social media users' understanding of Indonesian language rules through quiz-based coaching on Instagram. The study employed a qualitative descriptive design, utilizing the Instagram Story polling feature on the @binakatakita account to collect data on standard and non-standard words. Fifteen quizzes were used to assess respondents' preferences. Data were obtained through documentation of poll results, non-participatory observation, and linguistic verification using the Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) and the Indonesian Dictionary (EYD). The results showed that respondents' understanding of standard forms was inconsistent, evident in their choice of non-standard forms for words such as advice, damp, mere, and cooperation. Errors were generally influenced by spoken language habits and the use of informal language on social media. However, coaching through Instagram has been shown to positively contribute to Indonesian language popularization efforts. This study concludes that Instagram can be an adaptive, accessible, and relevant language coaching medium for the digital generation, and has the potential to improve language literacy if implemented sustainably.
