Abstract

The MSME mentoring program in the Sapuran area, Wonosobo, aims to empower underprivileged communities with a focus on micro businesses. This assistance uses an Assets-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach which maps and develops existing assets in the community, supporting business sustainability. Mentoring involves student facilitators who work with 30 customers from grocery, agricultural, goods production and reseller businesses. The methodology applied consists of four stages: SWOT analysis, providing material on business management, marketing and brand development, material review, and direct practice. The ABCD approach encourages customers to utilize internal resources, such as existing skills, products and networks, to design innovative solutions for their businesses. The results of the assistance show that customers better understand how to manage their business in a structured and efficient manner, as well as increasing product competitiveness through the use of simple technology, such as marketing via social media and developing a business identity. This program also strengthens community economic resilience through strengthening micro businesses and becomes a model that can be applied in other regions to support the sustainability of MSMEs

Abstract

The MSMEs mentoring program that took place in the Sapuran area, Wonosobo, aims to provide support to BTPN Syariah customers, especially women from productive communities. This activity focuses on empowering and increasing the capacity and skills of customers so that their businesses can develop sustainably. In addition, this program also aims to expand market access, both offline and online. The implementation of this service is carried out using training methods, written interviews, SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), and Filling out mini surveys. Training for mentoring includes Introduction activities, Material Delivery, Material Review, and (Practice and Closing). This is done to see the condition of BTPN Syariah customers in running their businesses. The results show that this routine mentoring process has proven to be successful in helping many BTPN Syariah customers. This is evidenced by the results of a mini survey that has been conducted by the facilitator. Although previously there were customers who had difficulty in managing their businesses optimally, the presence of facilitators in this mentoring has brought significant changes. Now, their businesses are showing positive developments. By understanding and implementing the material that has been delivered during the mentoring process, the client can gain new advantages in running their business in the future. This program contributes to a significant increase in sales revenue and the development of the client's entrepreneurial skills. Thus, this mentoring program can increase capacity and empower the client's business to achieve great success in the future.

Abstract

Literasi statistik merupakan kemampuan penting yang diperlukan mahasiswa dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap statistik menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi statistik mahasiswa Institut Teknologi DEL (IT DEL) Laguboti melalui sosialisasi layanan Pojok Statistik yang disediakan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui seminar, lokakarya, dan bimbingan individu yang mengedukasi mahasiswa tentang konsep dasar statistik dan pemanfaatan data statistik dalam kehidupan akademik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan literasi statistik sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep dasar statistik dan kemampuan mengakses data statistik yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan skor post-test secara substansial dibandingkan pre-test. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa layanan Pojok Statistik efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi statistik mahasiswa. Rekomendasi dari hasil kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pengembangan lebih lanjut dan perluasan layanan Pojok Statistik di berbagai institusi pendidikan guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan literasi statistik secara merata di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber utama pendanaan pemerintah untuk melaksanakan pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pajak reklame, sebagai bagian dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pembangunan Kota Surabaya. Namun, rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap pajak reklame kerap menjadi kendala, seperti adanya reklame liar, reklame tidak terdaftar dan tunggakan pajak. Hambatan ini menghambat peningkatan penerimaan pajak yang semestinya dapat berkontribusi besar pada pembangunan kota. Sebagai solusi, program edukasi tentang pajak reklame diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya pajak. Edukasi ini dilakukan secara langsung sehingga pelaku usaha memahami kewajiban mereka dan menyadari manfaat nyata pajak, seperti perbaikan infrastruktur dan peningkatan layanan publik. Edukasi yang konsisten mampu mengatasi tantangan seperti kurangnya informasi dan rendahnya kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah. Hasilnya, kepatuhan pelaku usaha dalam membayar pajak reklame meningkat, yang berdampak positif pada penerimaan PAD. Dengan penerimaan pajak yang lebih optimal, pemerintah dapat menyediakan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang lebih baik untuk masyarakat. Selain itu, edukasi ini menciptakan sinergi antara pemerintah dan pelaku usaha, mendukung pembangunan kota yang berkelanjutan, tata kota yang lebih tertib, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Surabaya. Edukasi pajak reklame terbukti menjadi langkah strategis dalam pengelolaan pajak daerah.

Abstract

The existence of a condition of speed in the economy of a nation is of course instigated by its economic action in the nation itself. The whole action is a cog for economic action bang role is important for the country. Bentala banking is an institution that is highly positioned in the field of the economy of a nation. In this study, it uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, namely processing with real data, after which it is calculated, compared, and described the results of these calculations, the financial statements of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. One of the growing banking financial institutions is Bank CIMB Niaga. PT Bank CIMB Niaga is a private bank subsidiary of CIMB and is a company providing financial services. CIMB Niaga was formed on 26 September 1955 nicknamed Bank Niaga. Its purpose is to develop core scores and expertise in the banking sector. As a result, Bank Niaga has become a distributor of quality products and services that are recommended. Bank CIMB Niaga received three awards at the 2022 Asian Banking and Finance (ABF) Corporate & Investment Banking Awards. Therefore, it is necessary to implement good banking management and be accommodated by resources.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies has given rise to many changes, as if all the activities that take place in this world always involve technology in it. Appropriate use of technology, provides positive influences that create opportunities and innovations that can be exploited for the advancement of various sectors, especially the economy of the trade sector. One of the forms of implementation created due to the development of technology and information in the world is online commerce is the level of awareness of the public to prefer products of technological processing with good quality. This behavior is called Technology Oriented in Customers. The use of technology in the world of trade, where trade is one of the activities that affects economic growth, should be increased in order to support the magnitude of the economic growth of the trade sector. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the results of Technology Oriented Practice on Customers which has more or less begun to be adopted by the East Java community as a form of technology implementation in the trade sector, mainly the sales level can affect the amount of numbers that can increase the value gain of the trade sector for East Java Province. By processing secondary data using multiple linear regression analysis methods. This study found that the influence of the Internet for sales did not have a significant effect on the trade sector because the number of sales made through the Internet is still lacking. The people of East Java tend to play the role of consumers. This reality is unfortunate because with good use of the digital economy, it can support the number of increased economic growth of the trade sector in East Java.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the Prestasi Daya Platform Application which was introduced to Bank BTPN Syariah customers through the University Friendship Program by BTPN Syariah in supporting Bank BTPN Syariah customers, especially those who have MSME businesses in increasing customer knowledge regarding tips on entrepreneurship in the sub-district area. Pujon, Malang Regency. The research in this journal article uses the case study qualitative method because of the closeness and ease of finding accessible information related to the research being conducted and the limited time and place to conduct the research. Bank BTPN Syariah specifically created an application called the Exact Daya Platform as well as running an Internship program with the theme Friends of University Daya which aims to improve the quality of MSMEs from its customers by assigning apprentice students through gradual mentoring providing direct education to its customers regarding tips in developing its business and also supported by the introduction of the Prestasi Daya Platform Application which can be used as a means of self-learning for its customers in the future after the mentoring period is over. With the Precise Daya Platform application, it is hoped that BTPN Syariah bank customers can develop their business independently and better in the future. Abstract

The existence of Islamic banking in the midst of Indonesian community activities is one of the options in carrying out economic activities, Islamic banks that operate according to Islamic principles. One of the Islamic banks in Indonesia is Bank BTPN Syariah, in the financial sector carried out by BTPN Syariah there is one financing product that uses a murabahah contract. The agreement in question is the same as the sale and purchase contract. The financing carried out by BTPN Syariah is intended for inclusive customers who are underprivileged mothers who have not been touched by banks, so BTPN Syariah's role here is to provide financing and training in developing its customers' businesses. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that the application of murabahah contracts in financing at BTPN Syariah is also carried out with Wakalah contracts so that the purchase of goods is not carried out directly by the bank, but the purchase of goods is represented to the customer by the bank. So that the financing carried out by BTPN Syariah does not fully use a murabahah contract, but becomes a wakalah wal murabahah contract on "Tepat Pembiayaan Syariah" financing product. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis strategi pemasaran syariah untuk peningkatan pangsa pasar produk jelly motif pada UD. Sumber AbadiKecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo serta dampaknya bagi peningkatan pangsa pasar UD. Sumber Abadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan informan adalah purposive samping. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis strategi pemasaran syariah untuk peningkatan pangsa pasar produk jelly motif pada UD. Sumber Abadi sudah dilakukan secara syariah meskipun belum sepenuhnya. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan UD. Sumber Abadi menggunakan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang terdiri dari strategi produk, strategi tempat, strategi promosi dan strategi harga. Dengan penggunaan startegi bauran pemasaran tersebut dapat memberi dampak terhadap peningkatan pangsa pasar,indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam peningkatan pangsa pasar adalah segmentasi pasar, target pasar dan posisi pasar.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Privat (SAK EP), sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi Nomor 2 Tahun 2024. Metodologi pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, tim melakukan koordinasi awal dengan pengurus koperasi, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta, serta menyiapkan materi pendampingan yang relevan. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup penjelasan teori terkait dasar-dasar akuntansi berbasis SAK EP, pemberian contoh penyajian laporan keuangan yang benar, serta pendampingan praktik langsung dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar. Para peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan penyusunan laporan secara bertahap sehingga mampu memahami struktur dan komponen yang diperlukan. Pada tahap evaluasi, dilakukan penilaian terhadap dampak pendampingan melalui pengisian kuesioner untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai SAK EP, serta kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akuntabel dan transparan. Pengabdian ini berimplikasi positif pada peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan koperasi, sehingga dapat memperkuat kepercayaan anggota, meningkatkan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana, dan mendukung pertumbuhan koperasi di Kecamatan Jabon. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus, koperasi diharapkan mampu menerapkan standar akuntansi secara konsisten dalam pengelolaan keuangan ke depan.
