Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and information systems in the current era of globalization has made almost all aspects of life unavoidable from the use of computer devices. One of the greatest needs for information technology is the need for information systems in schools. Information System is a collection or arrangement consisting of hardware and software as well as their implementation personnel who work in a sequential process and mutually support each other to produce a product. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system aims to change the way mail is stored in a hard file into a soft file archive. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system makes a good contribution to agencies. The software used in making this correspondence application uses xampp to run the web server, MySQL for database management. The implementation of the incoming and outgoing mail information system displays the interface, namely: the interface of all users and the interface of other officers. Information systems for filing incoming and outgoing mail can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, entering incoming mail data. Providing a means of storing mail archives, so that they can be managed properly. This information system can be accessed and run on localhost.

Abstract

Learning media are tools for the teaching and learning process that can be used to stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities for learning. Natural Science (Science) lessons are a field of study that studies the universe, in learning activities teachers play a very important role in teaching. So that the teaching and learning process is not monotonous or rote, it is necessary to have multimedia-based learning media, thereby creating an interesting, interactive and fun learning process in following these subjects, especially about living things. Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 28/IX Tanjung Pauh, especially for grades one to three, the learning media used is still not appropriate, so science learning outcomes are still low and students lack interest in following lessons. Based on the research conclusions, it shows that science learning media applications can be used by teachers in multimedia-based learning facilities.

Abstract

Mail management in an organization plays an important role in the administrative process. In this case, the correspondence management system is one of the influencing factors in the management of letters at the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Jambi. So it is hoped that the process of managing letters, both incoming and outgoing letters, can be carried out more, better, faster and easier. With the incoming and outgoing letters application, it can reduce the use of quite a long time in archiving letters and disposition, reduce the use of paper, reduces the possibility of errors in recording, speeds up the process of searching for letters, makes it easier to control the disposition of letters, and is easy to use. The design of this application also makes it easier to communicate data between departments and create reports that are always up to date and can be seen based on monthly and annual reports. Design This incoming and outgoing mail application was created using tools such as PHPMyAdmin, MySQL as the database and Wamp as the offline server. The results of this research are the design of the application for incoming and outgoing letters at the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Jambi, and it can be concluded that the design of this application provides a lot of convenience in the process of managing letters. This research was conducted to create an archiving application, which can manage incoming and outgoing mail effectively according to the flow determined by the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Jambi. Filing of letters is carried out electronically, namely storing softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program creation, program testing, program implementation. What results from this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems

Abstract

Taman Bina Insany is one of the orphanages whose information system is still done manually, so that the dissemination of information and the data storage process is considered to be less effective and efficient. This causes this orphanage to be unknown to many people as well as the emergence of problems in data processing such as the occurrence of file loss or accumulation. For this reason, research was carried out to design a new website-based system. The research method used in this research is the R&D (Research and Development) method, with applications and programming languages ​​using Sublime Text and PHPMyAdmin. In this information system there is input in the form of orphanage data such as foster children data, management data, galleries, activities, and the donation process which will be displayed in the form of output in the form of reports. It is hoped that this website can facilitate the process of disseminating information so that it can be accessed more widely and makes it easier for administrators to manage data.

Abstract

Rimba Petshop is a store that sells a variety of products, including pet food and dog food. It also sells a variety of pet supplies, including cages, vitamins, and animal soap, and offers pet grooming services. Rimba Petshop's sales and promotion systems are still conventional and do not utilize electronic media. The methodology used in this research includes field research, library research, and laboratory research. The design method used in developing the marketing information system application at Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi is a structured design method, starting with a global context diagram and then expanding it to a more detailed form, namely a Data Flow Diagram. The system and database design for the marketing information system at Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi utilizes a web programming language, comprising a design for components or visual and non-visual objects, along with a graphical interface for data input and visitor interfaces for the Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi marketing information system.

Abstract

Cloud-based document storage offers significant flexibility but faces security challenges such as the risk of data leaks and illegal modifications. The study proposes a cryptographic framework using a combination of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)-256 for confidential encryption and Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA)-256 for cloud storage-based document integrity verification. The system was developed with an experimental approach, implemented in application prototypes, and tested on a wide range of file sizes from as small as < 1 mb, 10 mb to 100 mb showing greater efficiency than Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) and elliptical curve cryptography (ECC). To improve security, a distributed key management scheme and password-based user authentication were added.  The encryption system will be tested on Google Drive, One Drive, and mega cloud platforms and evaluated through a series of performance and security tests combined with on-premises personal computer (PC) systems. This framework provides a practical solution for secure document storage in the cloud with a balance between security, performance, and ease of use. This research reinforces the urgency of applying modern cryptography in dealing with the risk of data leakage in public cloud services, and can be adopted as a security and efficiency model and solution for individuals, as well as government and private offices that use cloud storage as a storage base for important documents such as Decrees, Securities, certificates, diplomas and other important data
