Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam mendorong perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, UMKM saat ini memiliki beragam kekurangan salah satunya adalah kurangnya keahlian manajerial serta kurangnya kepekaan UMKM terhadap perubahan yang terjadi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skillpenggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam menunjang kegiatan pemasaran online di UMKM peternakan telur bebek yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan terkait social media dan google business kepada satu pemilik dan dua karyawanmitra UMKM. Dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pengayaan soft skill terkait social media dan google business yang dikembangkan oleh mitra UMKM pasca pelatihan. Hasilnya berupa peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan yang diberikan sebesar 66%. Evaluasi akhir kegiatan menyimpulkan bahwa UMKM berhasil mengembangkan suatu social media yang meningkatkan interaksi dengan calon pelanggan. Selain itu google business yang dikembangkan juga diketahui meningkatkan interaksi yang signifikan antara calon pelanggan dan mitra UMKM. Abstract: MSMEs have a very big role in driving the Indonesian economy. However, MSMEs currently have various deficiencies, including a lack of managerial expertise and a lack of sensitivity of MSMEs to changes that occur. This community service aims to improve soft skills in using and utilizing information technology in supporting online marketing activities at MSME duck egg farms located in Sidoarjo. Community service is carried out by providing training related to social media and Google business to one owner and two MSME partner employees. Monitoring and evaluating soft skill enrichment related to social media and Google business developed by MSME partners after training. The result is an increase in participants' understanding of the training material provided by 66%. The final evaluation of the activity concluded that MSMEs had succeeded in developing a social media that increased interaction with potential customers. In addition, the Google business that has been developed is also known to increase significant interaction between potential customers and MSME partners.

Abstract

Currently, more and more agencies are developing their services by utilizing technology in the form of mobile applications, including the Republic of Indonesia Police agency, especially the Traffic Corps with its mobile application-based service called Digital Korlantas Polri. This research aims to identify what factors influence users' interests, behavior and intentions towards the National Police Traffic Corps Digital application by testing 10 variable hypotheses built from the integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory models. of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Service Quality with the educational level factor proposed as a moderator. The results of this research show that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy are the 2 main factors influencing Behavioral Intention. Other results show that factors such as Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Perceived Risk have a negative influence where they can reduce the user's Behavioral Intention. Apart from that, the research results also show that Behavioral Intention and Word of Mouth can influence users to continue using this application and educational level factors have a negative influence on users' behavioral intention to continue using the application on an ongoing basis. Abstract

Business is a human activity that aims to profit through producing and distributing goods or services. In the world of transportation, mobile technology increasingly provides opportunities, especially in booking transportation tickets. One of the latest innovations is the Access by KAI application developed by PT KAI to meet the needs of train passengers. However, it has not been able to attract consumer interest as much as other ticket-booking applications. Based on a survey, the percentage of Access by KAI usage is still relatively low compared to other platforms such as Traveloka and Tiket.com. This shows a challenge for PT KAI in increasing the attractiveness of the application in order to compete with other, more popular applications. This study aims to evaluate the behavior of KAI application users regarding access by developing a conceptual model that integrates variables in the DeLone and McLean model with UTAUT2 to understand the factors that influence the application's success in meeting user expectations and increasing user satisfaction. The method used in this study combines the DeLone and McLean model to measure the quality of information systems and the UTAUT2 model to analyze factors of technology acceptance by users. The results of the study show that service quality, user satisfaction, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and price value significantly influence behavioral intention. In addition, it was found that user satisfaction is significantly influenced by service quality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hingga saat ini kegiatan akuntansi seperti pencatatan pendapatan, pengeluaran, penjualan, tagihan pelanggan, aset, tagihan serta laporan akhir di UMKM “Ferdi Jaya” dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku dan pencatatan kalender. Kegiatan tersebut dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien seiring pesatnya perkembangan usaha. Pelaku usaha menyadari pentingnya penggunaan komputer untuk menyelesaikan kegiatan akuntansi tetapi belum memiliki keterampilan untuk melakukan akuntansi komputerisasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan soft skill akuntansi komputerisasi UMKM “Ferdi Jaya” sebagai mitra yang bergerak di sektor peternakan bebek petelur. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi terkait pentingnya akuntansi komputerisasi dan praktikum menggunakan software accurate. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan diikuti oleh tiga orang perwakilan dari mitra UMKM. Pasca pelatihan dilakukan evaluasi dengan praktikum serta monitoring implementasi aplikasi akuntansi di mitra dengan menggunakan checklist yang diisi oleh tim pengabdi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap modul yang diberikan sebesar 60%. Selain itu hasil monitoring juga menunjukkan bahwa mitra UMKM berhasil mengimplementasikan modul software accurate dengan baik di kegiatan mereka.Abstract: Until now, accounting activities such as recording income, expenses, sales, customer bills, assets, invoices, and final reports at MSME Ferdi Jaya are done manually using books and calendar entries. These activities are considered less effective and efficient in line with the rapid development of business. Business actors realize the importance of using computers to complete accounting activities but still need to gain the skills to perform computerized accounting. This training aims to increase Ferdi Jaya's computerized accounting knowledge and soft skills as a partner in the laying duck farming sector. The method used is socialization regarding the importance of computerized accounting and practicum using accurate software. Three representatives from MSME partners attended the socialization and training. After the training, evaluation is carried out with practicums and monitoring the implementation of accounting applications in partners. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the modules provided by 60%. In addition, monitoring results also show that MSME partners have successfully implemented accurate software modules well in their activities.

Abstract

Event ”One Pesantren One Product 2023” mengajarkan santri-santri untuk menjadi pengusaha mandiri yang mampu melihat peluang di era globalisasi. Dari event OPOP 2023 dihasilkan Santri Digitalpreneur (Santridigipreneur) yang dapat mencetak para santri menjadi pengusaha dan marketer di era digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan revolusi digital peningkatan daya saing bisnis Santridigipreneur melalui eksplorasi aplikasi Virtual Reality yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam berbisnis dengan melakukan roleplay khusus bersama tim sehingga pembinaan bisnis terasa lebih nyata meskipun dilakukan dalam dunia virtual (Virtual Reality). Selain itu dengan Santridigipreneur Virtual Reality, memberikan pengalaman yang signifikan dalam melakukan negosiasi antar-supplier dan stakeholder bisnis hingga kepada customer, kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan Pesantren dalam regional Jawa Timur. Dalam SVR : Santridigipreneur Virtual Reality ini, dilakukan pilot project untuk mengukur dampak pemanfaatan teknologi VR sebagai media pembelajaran kepada para santri di Pondok Pesantren Mathlaul Amin, Sumenep, Madura. Santri pada pondok pesantren tersebut diminta untuk memilih bidang minat usaha, kemudian mencoba menggunakan aplikasi sesuai dengan bidang usahanya. Teknologi VR terbukti dapat meningkatkan minat santri dalam belajar digipreneur, berdasarkan hasil VRSQ yang menunjukkan tingkat motion sickness masih dapat ditoleransi. Ke depan, kurikulum digipreneur berbasis VR dapat mulai dikembangkan dan diterapkan. Namun, ketersediaan perangkat VR perlu dipertimbangkan karena harganya yang masih cukup mahal.

Abstract

In many developing countries, private universities face considerable financial challenges due to their limited sources of income. Unlike public universities, which receive substantial government subsidies, private institutions must rely primarily on tuition fees and student enrollment to sustain their operations. This financial dependency pushes private universities, particularly in Indonesia, to invest heavily in branding and marketing to attract prospective students. Social media platforms, especially Instagram, have emerged as crucial tools in these efforts. Instagram enables universities to engage with potential students directly, providing a space for showcasing academic programs, campus life, and student achievements. This paper’s goal is to explore the potential of Instagram-driven influence maximization (IM) techniques for enhancing university branding. Traditionally, these techniques are employed in product marketing to increase consumer engagement and sales, but their application in higher education remains relatively unexplored. We aim to address this gap by examining three promising IM methods that private universities can adopt: first, leveraging Instagram’s broadcast channel feature to communicate effectively with large audiences in real time; second, selecting key opinion leaders (KOLs) from influencer marketplace platforms to enhance credibility and broaden outreach; and third, optimizing the use of targeted hashtags to increase discoverability and engagement. As a result, we provide a review of recent evidence supporting the effectiveness of these strategies in higher education marketing. By adopting these techniques, private universities can improve their digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and increase student enrollment. IM with uncertainty is a challenging educational landscape for future research.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review of 40 peer-reviewed articles to investigate behavioral factors influencing the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in education. Using PRISMA guidelines, the review identifies key constructs from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions as consistent predictors of GenAI usage. Additionally, complementary variables such as trust, perceived risk, self-efficacy, hedonic motivation, and ethical concerns are found to significantly shape user engagement. The integration of UTAUT with models like TAM, TPB, and SCT enhances explanatory depth, offering a multidimensional framework for understanding GenAI adoption. The study proposes a conceptual model and highlights the importance of inclusive, context-sensitive approaches to support responsible GenAI integration in academic settings.

Abstract

Abstrak: Transformasi dalam pemerintahan desa telah menjadi sebuah keharusan dalam era digital ini. Dengan menerapkan pengembangan model enterprise arsitektur smart village, pemerintahan desa dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam pengembangan teknologi digital. Penerapan model enterprise arsitektur smart village ini membutuhkan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan terukur. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah pendekatan IT blueprint. Pada kegiatan abdimas ini, dilakukan pengembangan IT Blueprint pada desa Panjunan yang berada di kota Gresik. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemerintah desa Panjunan, serta bekerja sama dengan kecamatan Duduksampeyan. Desa ini dipilih karena desa ini sudah tergolong desa mandiri, sehingga untuk memajukan desanya diperlukan sebuah rencana dari pengembangan IT yang sesuai dengan kondisi desa saat ini. Pendekatan ini terdiri dari beberapa fase, yaitu Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture. Setiap fase memiliki peranannya masing-masing dalam merancang sistem yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan adalah sebuah dokumen blueprint IT yang berisi rancangan pengembangan IT dari jangka pendek hingga jangka panjang. Dokumen blueprint juga disosialisasikan ke masyarakat dan perangkat desa untuk memberikan gambar serta feedback terkait dokumen tersebut. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 73,17% masyarakat desa Panjunan merasa blueprint IT ini akan membantu membangun desa secara berkelanjutan. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat ingin berkomitmen untuk mendukung pembangunan ini. Harapannya blueprint IT ini akan membantu pemerintah desa panjunan mengembangkan ekosistem digital secara keseluruhan dan terintegrasi.Abstract: Transformation in village government has become a necessity in this digital era. By implementing the development of a smart village architecture enterprise model, village government can play a significant role in the development of digital technology. In this community service activity, an IT Blueprint was developed in Panjunan village in Gresik city. The partner in this activity is the Panjunan village government in collaboration with the Duduksampeyan sub-district. This village was chosen because this village is already classified as an independent village, to advance the village, a plan for IT development is needed that is in accordance with the current conditions of the village. The result of the activity is an IT blueprint document containing an IT development plan from the short to long term. The blueprint document was also socialized to the community and village officials to provide images and feedback related to the document. The evaluation results showed that 73.17% of the Panjunan village community felt that this IT blueprint would help build the village sustainably. These results also show that the community wants to commit to supporting this development. It is hoped that this IT blueprint will help the Panjunan village government develop a digital ecosystem as a whole and be integrated.
