Abstract

Abstrak: Mitra ialah KUD Rukun Jaya yang beroperasional pada bidang usaha simpan pinjam dan penjualan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat serta berlokasi di Desa Rambipuji – Kabupaten Jember. Mitra memiliki beberapa masalah dalam usahanya, yakni: belum memiliki pemahaman mengenai SAK Entitas Privat serta belum memanfaatkan media digital dalam strategi pemasarannya. Oleh karenanya, Tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menjalin kerjasama dengan Mitra dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi SAK Entitas Privat guna Peningkatan Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan Mitra. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan participatory learning. Kegiatan PKM berlangsung pada Bulan Januari hingga Maret 2022. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi oleh Tim PKM mengenai Strategi Pemasaran dengan Pemanfaatan Media Online (Digital Marketing), Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Koperasi serta SAK Entitas Privat. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa pemahaman Mitra mengenai SAK Entitas Privat masih belum menyeluruh. Adapun pemahaman Mitra mengenai strategi digital marketing sudah cukup baik. Untuk itu, diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan secara bertahap agar diperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh Mitra akan SAK Entitas Privat. Abstract: Partner is one of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Rambi Puji Village in Jember Regency which is engaged in the savings and loan business and selling basic needs of the community. Some of the problems experienced by Partners, among others: do not have an understanding of SAK for Private Entity and have not utilized digital media in their marketing strategy. Therefore, the Community Partnership Program Team (PKM) cooperates with partners in the Socialization of SAK for Private Entity activities to Improve the Quality of Financial Reporting of KUD Rukun Jaya. The implementation method in this PKM activity uses a participatory learning approach. PKM activities take place from January to March 2022. This PKM activity is carried out in the form of delivering material by the PKM Team regarding Marketing Strategies by Utilizing Online Media (Digital Marketing), Preparation of Cooperation Financial Reports and SAK for Private Entity. Based on the analysis of Partner problems, the solution offered by the PKM Team to Partners is to provide understanding regarding the preparation of cooperation financial reports and socialize SAK for Private Entity as well as the use of online media and market place platforms to improve Partner's marketing strategies.

Abstract

IAI telah resmi mengesahkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) Entitas Privat sebagai pengganti SAK ETAP. SAK Entitas Privat berlaku efektif pada tahun 2025 dan diizinkan untuk diterapkan lebih awal (IAI, 2021). Koperasi merupakan salah satu entitas yang diharuskan menerapkan SAK Entitas Privat. Mitra merupakan salah satu KUD di Desa Rambipuji yang bergerak di bidang usaha simpan pinjam dan penjualan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Beberapa permasalahan yang dialami Mitra, antara lain: belum memiliki pemahaman mengenai SAK Entitas Privat serta belum memanfaatkan media digital dalam strategi pemasarannya. Oleh karenanya, Tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menjalin kerjasama dengan Mitra dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi SAK Entitas Privat guna Peningkatan Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan KUD Rukun Jaya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dengan pendekatan participatory learning. Kegiatan PKM berlangsung pada Bulan Januari hingga Maret 2022. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi oleh Tim PKM mengenai Strategi Pemasaran dengan Pemanfaatan Media Online (Digital Marketing), Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Koperasi serta SAK Entitas Privat. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap permasalahan Mitra, solusi yang ditawarkan Tim PKM kepada Mitra adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi dan mensosialisasikan SAK Entitas Privat serta penggunaan media online dan platform market place untuk peningkatan strategi pemasaran Mitra.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 telah berlalu, selam 2 tahun telah melanda seluruh penjuru dunia. Bukan berarti covid telah usai, Indonesia terus bergerak untuk meminimalisisr angka covid dengan vaksin 19 Namun penerapan protocol kesehatan pasca covid 19 tetap dilakukan, agar semua anak yang bermukim dipanti asuhan dalam kondisi sehat selalu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi terkait pengenalan protocol kesehatan, praktek penggunaannya dan evaluasi konsistensi penerapannya baik di lingkungan panti maupun diluar. memberikan sosialisasi pada anak-anak panti asuhan agar tetap mempertahankan dan membiasakan pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan  pasca covid-19 walaupun saat ini tidak diwajibkan menggunakan masker. Salah satu materi sosialisasi yaitu selalu mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker jika dalam perkumpulan, dengan begitu resiko terserangnya penyakit bisa diminimalisir atau dicegah. Tak lupa juga untuk selalu untuk mengkonsumsi vitamin, makanan bergizi, cukup istirahat, rajin berolahraga

Abstract

most important thing in therriculum. The result of learning English for junior high school is communication between oral and written. The limitation is the ability to understand sentences in English. Refers to the KTSP curriculum or the education unit-level curriculum. The emphasis in this curriculum is on speaking and writing skills. Ability here can be interpreted as a limitation of literacy function, namely that students are able to interpret and make texts in the form of procedure text, recount text, narrative text, and descriptive text. Procedure text is used to tell about making, or doing something. Often the students find it difficult to do that. The students find it difficult to learn and cannot express again, the teacher must find an easy and effective way, The problem in this research is "how to apply the Fishbowl game to improve speaking habits at SMP MUHAMMADIYAH I GENTENG in the 2019/2020 academic year. This Classroom Action Research has several stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The result is that the minimum standard in cycle 1 is 57% and cycle 2 is 89%. It can be concluded that this method has reached the target of 75%. It can be concluded that the learning process has been fulfilled by using the fish bowl game method to improve speaking skills at SMP MUHAMMADIYAH I GENTENG for the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

This research employed classroom action research design which aimed to enhance students’ motivation in learning English by using Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. Based on the preliminary study done by the researcher at SMPN 2 Kalibaru, it was found that the most of students in eight-grade were passive and lack of motivation in learning English. CLIL is an approach which is widely used in various countries around the world since past two decades. This classroom action research was done collaboratively with the English teacher who became an observer in this research. This research was carried out two cycles, and there were two meetings in each cycle. It was done in seven meetings including the preliminary study and filling out the questionnaires. Based on the observation result, the students’ participation in cycle 1 was 48,28% in the first meeting, and 65,52% in the second meeting. Meanwhile, the students’ participation in cycle 2 was increased. In the first meeting, the students’ participation was 75,86%, and the second meeting was 86,2%. This result indicated that the students’ participation had achieved the success criteria of this research which is more than 75% or more of the total number of students.

Abstract

Innovation has altogether changed the English learning as English Specific purposes in the scene by presenting intuitively and associated strategies.increasing vocabulary can make easily to understanding of English in daylily activities in the classroom always using English ,make atmosphere  situation interesting these method using pretest and post test Advanced approaches such as versatile apps, online learning stages, and virtual classrooms encourage more extensive get to and adaptability in learning. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive influence of blogs on the process of learning to read English. So it also has an impact on increasing the grades obtained by students. Apart from that, the development of students' daily grades has also shown a significant increase. Therefore, the results of this research have implications for the quality of reading teaching and learning in the classroom. Lecturers can use blogs as complementary media to make the learning process more enjoyable. Blogs can not only be used for reading courses, but can also be used for other courses that suit the learning design. To make the learning process more innovative, lecturers can design blogs with layouts that have course characteristics.

Abstract

Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) refers to a teaching and learning process where students learn other subjects such as physics or geography through a foreign language and also learn a foreign language through content-based subjects. This study was a classroom action research, which aims to  increase students' motivation  in  learning  English  through  the  Content  and  Language  Integrated  Learning (CLIL) approach. Previous research at management class discovered that most the first -grade students were passive and needed more motivation to learn English.  This research was conducted in collaboration with the English teacher who served as the study's observer. This study was divided into two cycles, each with two meetings. It was carried out over seven meetings, including a preliminary study and completing a questionnaire. According to observations, student participation in cycle 1 was 48.28% at the first meeting and 65.52% at the second. Meanwhile, student participation in Cycle 2 has increased. Student participation was 75.86% at the first meeting and 86.2% at the second. These findings indicate that student participation has met the study's success criteria, namely, 75% or more of the total number of students increased. In the first meeting, the student's participation was 75,86%, and in the second meeting was 86,2%. This result indicated that the student's participation had achieved this research's success criteria, more than 75% or more of the total number of students.

Abstract

Every organization must improve its performance, whether it is a government or private organization. Improving performance is important in an effort to achieve previously designed goals in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance with commitment as an intervening variable on employees of the Jember Regency Health Office. This study is a type of comparative causal research. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study were employees at the Jember Regency Health Office who have the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN and PPPK) including employees of the Health Center and UPTD as many as 1,531 people. The sample was determined by the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. Descriptive analysis and inductive analysis were carried out to achieve the stated goals. The results of the study stated that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment and employee performance. Employee commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance through employee commitment.

Abstract

The implementation of financial technology (FinTech) has significantly transformed the banking sector in Indonesia, impacting the quality and accessibility of services offered. This study examines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) associated with the adoption of FinTech in the banking industry. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected from industry reports, case studies, and expert interviews to provide a comprehensive analysis. The results highlight several strengths, including improved efficiency, enhanced customer experience, and expanded financial inclusion. However, weaknesses such as high operational costs and cybersecurity risks remain prevalent. Opportunities for growth lie in the increasing digital literacy and government support, while threats include intense competition and regulatory challenges. This study concludes that while FinTech presents significant potential to elevate banking service quality in Indonesia, its success depends on addressing key challenges through strategic innovation and robust policy frameworks.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to apply and describe developing English in children, especially for the ability to motivate themselves and establish social relationships through the BCM method (playing, telling stories and singing). This service is used to teach children so they can easily understand and memorize the vocabulary they are studying. Here children will get to know vocabulary such as fruits, numbers, professions, colors. And all this learning starts with stories and singing. Without realizing it, children will easily memorize it. In implementing the BCM method, children are expected to be serious but relaxed, remembering that children have limited concentration time and cannot be forced if the child is no longer able to concentrate.
