Abstract

Jika dicermati kondisi Muhammadiyah saat ini, ada beberapa problem yang dihadapi. Pertama, masih banyak Cabang dan Ranting yang belum memiliki kepengurusan lengkap dan belum mampu menjalankan tertib organisasi, administrasi, keuangan, maupun kegiatan. Kedua, belum adanya tertib organisasi menyebabkan kepengurusan Cabang dan Ranting rentan konflik internal, terutama terkait dengan pengelolaan amal usaha. Ketiga, lemah inisiatif, cenderung pasif, dan menunggu instruksi dari atas. Keempat, kondisi diperparah oleh fakta bahwa SDM pimpinan Cabang dan Ranting masih banyak didominasi oleh kalangan usia lanjut. Kelima, Cabang dan Ranting Muhammadiyah cenderung monoton dalam mengadakan kegiatan, serta kurang mampu merespon perkembangan dan tuntutan lokalitas. Keenam, organisasi di tingkat Cabang dan Ranting memiliki daya saing yang rendah. Program ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Mangkutana, Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Adapun metode pelaksanaan program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal yang dibagi menjadi 2 tahap. Pertama, memberikan pemahaman konsep dan teori pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan. Kedua, melakukan pelatihan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan Cabang dan Ranting Muhammadiyah. Pembinaan dan pemberdayaan Cabang dan Ranting Muhammadiyah dapat dilaksanakan beberapa kegiatan yaitu: pertama, pengajian. Kedua, Kursus dan Pelatihan secara berkala. Pemberdayaan ekonomi dengan membuat pelatihan home industry, peningkatan SDM, pelatihan kewirausahaan lainnya yang bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi Cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah masing-masing.Kata Kunci: Cabang ranting, Muhammadiyah, Pemberdayaan, Pembinaan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelayanan Erna Salon Terhadap Kepuasan Jasa Kecantikan (Konsumen) di Baebunta Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian explanatory dan menggunakan metode survey. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan/konsumen pada Erna Salon selama tiga bulan terakhir yakni terhitung pada bulan Januari–Maret dimana sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 Sampel, yang diambil dari responden. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan Regresi Linier Berganda, dimana variabel bebasnya yaitu Pendidikan (X1), Keterampilan Kerja (X2), Empati (X3), Pengalaman Kerja (X4) sedangkan untuk variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan Memilih Salon (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and assess how the performance of PT Masmindo Dwi Area employees is influenced by organization, compensation, and work discipline. Through distributing questionnaires, This research uses a quantitative methodology based on causality. The respondents were all employees of PT Masmindo Dwi Area. Meanwhile, purposive sampling was used and there were 100 respondents using SPSS 26 to test the data. The research findings show that employee performance at Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area is positively impacted by corporate culture. The effect of organizational culture on employee performance is significant. A strong organizational culture will result in high employee performance. At Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area, research findings regarding compensation variables have a positive impact on employee performance. Competitive and fair salaries can encourage workers to try harder and do their jobs faster. The research findings of the work discipline variable have a good influence on Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area's employee performance. Employees who practice good work discipline arrive on time, carry out tasks on time, and follow established protocols. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Palopo City Land Office.The approach used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and analytical design. The research sample includes all employees in the office, totaling 47 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study revealed that work discipline and work motivation, both individually and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of non-Muslim students at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo within the context of inclusive Islamic education and to develop a relevant and contextual conceptual model. A qualitative approach with a hermeneutic phenomenological design was employed to investigate students' subjective experiences through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The main findings include the adaptation process of non-Muslim students, which begins with a "culture shock" and transforms into acceptance and integration; Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan courses serve as arenas for negotiating meaning and identity, with diverse perceptions; patterns of identity negotiation are categorized as assertive, adaptive, and compartmentalized identities; transformative experiences emerge in cognitive, affective, and behavioural dimensions; and institutional support varies among universities, with institutions in urban-pluralistic areas demonstrating more systematic inclusive policies. Based on these findings, an inclusive Islamic education model was developed that integrates Islamic values with principled inclusivity, encompassing structural, pedagogical, relational, and spiritual dimensions. This research makes an original contribution by expanding the concept of inclusivity in Islamic education and offering an operational framework for the transformation of moderate and inclusive Islamic education in Indonesia. The study's limitations regarding location and resource context form the basis for recommendations for further testing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of lifestyle, price perception, and product quality to purchasing Oppo mobile phones at the Mulia Cell Store, Palopo City, Indonesia. The study population includes all Oppo consumers at the store, with a sample of 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaire distribution, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that, (1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) product quality does not have a significant effect, (3) price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) simultaneously, the three variables have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. This study provides a practical contribution for business actors, especially Mulia Cell Store owners, in developing marketing strategies adjusted to consumer lifestyles, price perceptions, and product quality to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Fenomena prestasi akademik mahasiswa adalah adanya pengaruh lingkungan, Tingkat stres yang tinggi dapat mengganggu konsentrasi dan kinerja akademik, Pengaruh Sosial dan Ekonomi, yang mengakibatkan penurunan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang dapat dilihat dari nilai akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (3) untuk mengetahui penerapan motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini (1) Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap ptrestasi akademik mahasiswa, (2) Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (3) Variabel Motivasi dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, job satisfaction, and loyalty on the performance of village officials. This study was conducted on Mario village officials and Buntu Kamiri village officials. The method used was through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), a multivariate analysis technique that allows simultaneous examination of complex relationships between observed and latent variables. Multivariate analysis is to analyze the influence of independent variables with dependent variables. This research has several limitations that need to be considered. First, the study only included two villages (Mario and Buntu Kamiri), so the results may not be fully generalizable for the context of other villages. Second, the quantitative approach used in this study focuses on numerical data, so it does not explore more in-depth psychological or social aspects related to job satisfaction and loyalty. Third, the subjectivity or bias of the respondents may influence the data obtained through questionnaires. For future research, it is recommended to expand the research sample to include more villages in different regions so that the results are more representative. Abstract

This study aims to find out how competency certification has an impact on company performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Kolaka Substation Smelter. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. This study involved 27 people. The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient shows a positive relationship between competence and business performance. With a significance value well below the threshold, competency certification has a significant influence on a company's performance, according to a partial test. In addition, the analysis of the F test shows that the regression model is significant overall, indicating that competency certification has a significant influence on the performance of the company simultaneously. Therefore, the company's performance at the Kolaka Smelter Substation PT. PLN (Persero) is greatly influenced by competency certification. Keywords : Competency, Performance Certification.
