Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan menjadi penting untuk keberlangsungan hidup sehingga berapa aspek juga harus terpenuhi untuk menjaga nilai ketahanan pangan. Selama ini pangan masyarakat masih didominasi oleh nasi atau beras. Salah satu daerah penghasil komoditas pangan yang cukup baik berada di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemerintah daerah setempat juga memberikan kebijakan untuk diversifikasi pangan agar masyarakat mau mengonsumsi pangan lain selain nasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan uraian yang telah disebutkan maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan ketersediaan bahan pangan alternatif beras serta mengetahui ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan penggunana data sekunder time series dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2021 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis potensi cadangan pangan dan ketahanan pangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa perolehan cadangan pangan jagung tertinggi berada pada tahun 2019 dengan catatan lebih dari 32 ribu ton jagung. Pencapaian tertinggi nilai SPSE komoditas jagung berada pada tahun 2019 dengan perolehan nilai 3,73. Cadangan pangan ketela tertinggi berada pada tahun 2016 dengan surplus produksi sebesar 41.259 ton ketela sedangkan nilai SPSE tertinggi berada pada tahun 2019 dengan capaian lebih dari 1 tepatnya 6,73.  Melihat nilai SPSE semua tahun pada komoditas jagung dan ketela bernilai positif. Arti dari nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa setiap tahunnya Kabupaten Banyumas berada pada posisi tahan pangan.

Abstract

One strategy that can be implemented to escalate a country's economy is maximizing entrepreneurship. This activity offers various types of products and services. The community members have the same opportunity to participate in these activities. The government also supports the community by implementing various kinds of workshops to increase the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. One of the potential entrepreneurs is the younger generation, which is students. To maximize this potency, UKM Kewirausahaan Bursa FEB UNSOED organizes an event called Bursa Metamorfosa to increase student passion for entrepreneurship by providing business experience. Bursa Metamorfosa consists series of activities with the goal is doing business incubation the earlier stage of this process is preparing a business proposal. Business proposals are an important key to running a business, especially if it requires investors to support its activities.

Abstract

Beras masih menjadi primadona sebagai pangan pokok masyarakat di Indonesia. Kondisi demikian menyebabkan setiap daerah harus mampu menyediakan pangan yang cukup bagi penduduknya khususnya masalah produksi padi. Jawa tengah memiliki produksi cukup tinggi terutama di Kabupaten Banyumas yang memiliki kontribusi dengan catatan produktivitas padi mencapai 56,31 kuintal/hektar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi cadangan pangan pokok masyarakat di Kabupaten Banyumas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber pada Badan Pusat Statistik. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rerata produksi padi di Kabupaten Banyumas dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir tercatat 375.521 ton padi atau setara dengan 196.034 ton beras. Rerata konsumsi beras masyarakat di Kabupaten Banyumas relatif dengan catatan 1,56 kilogram per minggunya. Jika dilihat rerata jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Banyumas sebesar 1.755.400 jiwa maka daerah ini masih mengalami surplus pangan pokok sebesar 53.637 ton beras. Tingginya konsumsi beras di Kabupaten Banyumas selaras dengan tingginya kontribusi beras dalam ketahanan pangan individu sehingga perlu adanya diversifikasi pangan selain beras.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the readiness and acceptance of Batik UKM technology and analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of technology on interest in using technology in Batik UKM. This research is survey research with a quantitative approach which aims to test hypotheses. The population in this study were Batik UKM owners spread across 20 batik center villages in Purbalingga. Determining the sample uses a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting a group of subjects based on certain considerations, with the aim of obtaining sampling units that have the desired characteristics so that 100 are obtained. The analytical method used in this research is SEM PLS. The results of research conducted by researchers show that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on intention of use. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use and technology readiness do not influence intention of use. We also found that technology readiness had a positive effect on perceived ease of use but had a negative effect on perceived usefulness.

Abstract

Business groups that have products must prioritize hygiene and sanitation of their production locations. This will be in line with the quality of the products produced so that the implementation of good food processing methods is the key. One of the KWTs that has a product is KWT Sari Melati with its carrot stick product. Lack of understanding of KWT Sari Melati members regarding good food processing methods. This community service activity aims to provide counseling and assistance on good food processing methods at KWT Sari Melati. This service uses the counseling and assistance method for KWT Sari Melati members. Of course, this community service activity begins with five stages from the preparation stage to the final evaluation stage. Based on the results of community service activities, KWT Sari Melati members already know exactly how to process food properly and correctly. The implementation and practice of good processing have also been carried out. This indicator can be seen from the carrot stick products produced which have better quality than before. KWT Sari Melati only needs to improve good food processing methods in terms of hygiene and sanitation of its production site.ABSTRAKKelompok usaha yang memiliki produk harus mementingkan kehigenisan dan sanitasi lokasi produksinya. Hal ini akan selaras dengan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan sehingga penerapan cara pengolahan pangan yang baik menjadi kuncinya. Salah satu KWT yang memiliki produk yaitu KWT Sari Melati dengan produk stik wortelnya. Kurangnya pemahaman anggota KWT Sari Melati mengenai cara pengolahan pangan yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan cara pengolahan pangan yang baik pada KWT Sari Melati. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode       penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada anggota KWT Sari Melati. Tentunya kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan lima tahapan dari tahapan persiapan hingga tahapan akhir evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat anggota KWT Sari Melati sudah mengetahui secara tepat bagaimana cara pengolahan pangan yang baik dan benar. Penerapan dan praktik pengolahan yang baik juga sudah dilakukan. Indikator ini terlihat dari produk stik wortel yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. KWT Sari Melati hanya perlu meningkatkan cara pengolahan pangan yang baik dari segi kehigenisan dan sanitasi tempat produksinya.

Abstract

Cassava is an alternative food besides rice and corn. Farmers cultivate cassava as an additional alternative in their farming business. One of the locations that has good cassava production in Central Java is Banyumas Regency, precisely in Cilongok District. Many farmers in Cilongok cultivate cassava because it is easier to care for and there is already a market for it, especially for entrepreneurs in the surrounding area who buy farmers' harvests. This study aims to analyze the farming business and income contribution of cassava farmers in Banyumas. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The selected sample was 30 cassava farmers in Cilongok District, Banyumas. The data analysis method is farming business analysis and calculation of income contribution. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average cassava production in Cilongok District reaches 6,218 kilograms per hectare. Cassava farmers also have a cassava farming business income of Rp 2,831,150. The contribution of cassava income to farmers in Cilongok District reaches 20.77 percent.

Abstract

The high productivity of food crops that occurs in Java Island certainly cannot be separated from the existing rainfall. The availability of water that meets the needs of rice and corn plants will certainly allow plants to grow and develop optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between rainfall and food crop productivity in Java Island. This study is a descriptive analytical study using secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency from 2015-2014. The selection of the Java Island research location is because this region contributes more than 50% of the national rice and corn production supply. The data analysis method used is the Pearson correlation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the highest average rice productivity is owned by West Java Province with a rice productivity achievement of 58.64 quintals per hectare, while the highest corn productivity achievement occurred in the same location with an average of 76.58 quintals per hectare. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that there is a relationship between rainfall and rice and corn productivity in Java Island. This is indicated by the significance value of both being less than the alpha value of 5%. In addition, the relationship between rainfall and rice productivity is in the moderate category, while the relationship between rainfall and corn productivity is in the low category.
