Abstract

Posyandu plays a role in suppressing MMR or IMR through data collection activities, being a health communicator, making approaches and persuasion, conducting visitations and being a liaison as well as conducting monitoring and evaluation. There are obstacles experienced by cadres in carrying out community development activities in terms of the level of education that is still lacking and has not received training on the duties of cadres in Posyandu. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the level of knowledge of posyandu cadres in achieving E1 exclusive breastfeeding status. The research method used is an experiment with a quasi experimental approach. The research design chosen was one group pretest-posttest design. Respondents were posyandu cadres in the Mangli Health Center area as many as 30 people. This research was carried out through several activities, namely Focus Group Discussion, training and mentoring of skill demonstrations on respondents where the activities began with a pre test and ended with a post test. The result of calculating the t test is that there are differences in the level of knowledge and demonstration of skills before and after training (0.00 more than 0.05). The success of Posyandu management certainly requires strong support from various parties, including moral, material and financial support. In addition, it is necessary to have the cooperation and dedication of the managers, including Cadres. If this Posyandu activity is well organized, it will have a major impact on reducing Maternal and Child Mortality Rates as well as reducing stunting rates.

Abstract

The implementation of nursing care standards is one of the important indicators in improving the quality of health services in primary care facilities such as community health centers. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of nursing care standards in the inpatient wards of community health centers. The research design used is descriptive analytical with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were nurses who worked in the inpatient wards of several community health centers, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included variables of education level, work experience, workload, availability of facilities, and management support. The results of the analysis showed that the factors of work experience, workload, and management support had a significant influence on the implementation of nursing care standards (p <0.05). Meanwhile, the level of education and availability of facilities did not show a significant relationship. The conclusion of this study is that internal and external factors of nurses need to be considered in an effort to improve the implementation of nursing care standards in the inpatient wards of community health centers.

Abstract

Defisiensi mineral menjadi permasalahan khusus peternakan sapi perah salah satunya di Kelompok Ternak Damar Wulan. Penyebab permasalahan tersebut yaitu tidak pahamnya peternak akan pentingnya pemberian mineral dalam ransum. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu implementasi Transfer Knowledge pemanfaatan Teknologi Tanin Urea Molases Block (TUMB) Ternak Sapi Perah. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu peternak sapi perah di Kelompok Ternak Damar Wulan. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegaiatan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan Kelompok Ternak Damar Wulan mengenai TUMB. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari koordinasi awal, persiapan materi, kegiatan sosialisasi pemanfaatan  TUMB, pengisian survey, dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan sosialisasi TUMB. Pelaksanaan implementasi ini dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan partisipasi aktif. Hasil kegiatan yaitu koordinasi awal dilakukan dengan memastikan kesiapan baik dari tim pelaksana maupun dari Kelompok Ternak Damar Wulan yang dilihat dari lokasi serta sarana prasarana. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi berjalan dengan baik dibuktikan dengan aktifnya peternak bertanya dan merespon selama proses sosialisasi tersebut berlangsung. Pengisian survey dilaksanakan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan sosialisasi TUMB. Penyampaian materi sistem partisipasi aktif terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peternak dari sebelumya 5 peternak menjadi 35 peternak atau sebesar 94,59%.
