Abstract

The state of Indonesia has data on the prevalence of COVID-19 sufferers based on data released by the Covid-19 emergency hospital until October 28, 2020, the total number of COVID-19 patients is 2,240 people. These health workers are known to be infected while treating and handling Covid-19 patients and some are infected from the community, work environment and their family members. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis method with a case study approach using Pearson correlation test and distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents of health workers at Ciketing Udik Health Center Bantargebang Bekasi City, the sample method uses total sampling. The research stage is to conduct a survey with a questionnaire with the aim of analyzing the optimization of the behavioral domain of health workers for the prevention of COVID-19. The results of the research are optimizing the behavior of health workers at the Ciketing Udik Health Center in preventing covid-19 by using masks at all times, using complete PPE when performing services, washing hands for at least 20 seconds, hand sanitizer, consuming healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and vegetables. fruits that contain high vitamin C, eggs, fish, lean meat and drink lots of water every day.

Abstract

The victim of a traffic accident is one of the patients who need immediate medical treatment to avoid disability or death. Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health states that the obligation for every health service facility, both government and private, has an obligation to provide health services for the rescue and prevention of further disabilities. Emergency services risk a person's survival. Therefore from a juridical point of view, there are some exceptions that are different from ordinary circumstances. The novelty of this study is that it examines the Responsibility of Hospital Management toward Accident Victims in Emergency Services. This study aims to determine and analyze the fulfillment of the rights of accident victims and the responsibility of hospital management to accident victims in emergency services. This type of research is normative juridical legal research with descriptive research methods. The data secondary data used consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection through literature studies. After the data is obtained, the data is then processed by means of data inspection, editing, and systematic data, which is then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study show that the fulfillment of the rights of accident victims in emergency services at the hospital is in accordance with laws and regulations. This is evidenced by the fulfillment of patient rights, including no discriminatory treatment and not asking for a down payment for patients with emergency situations. The conclusion of this study is that the responsibility of hospital management for handling accident victims in emergency services has been fulfilled by providing human resources and facilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Keywords: Accountability; Emergency Services

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan adalah suatu proses atau rangkaian kegiatan pada praktek keperawatan yang langsung diberikan kepada klien pada berbagai tatanan pelayanan kesehatan, dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia, dengan menggunakan metodologi proses keperawatan, berpedoman pada standar keperawatan, dilandasi etik dan etika keperawatan dalam lingkup wewenang serta tanggung jawab keperawatan (Apriyani, 2012). Tujuan asuhan keperawatan adalah membantu individu untuk mandiri, Mengajak individu atau masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam bidang kesehatan, Membantu individu mengembangkan potensi untuk memelihara kesehatan secara optimal agar tidak tergantung pada orang lain dalam memelihara kesehatannya, Membantu individu memperoleh derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini diperoleh suatu kesimpulan, maka saran bagi Manajemen Rumah Sakit, hendaknya memberikan atau memfasilitasi perawatnya dengan mengikuti seminar atau pelatihan yang dilakukan baik di dalam maupun di luar Rumah Sakit guna lebih meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan para perawat. Bagi Perawat, diharapkan untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan produktifitas kerja agar kualitas pelayanan khususnya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This article examines the persistent non-compliance of producers with halal product regulations in Indonesia and its implications for safeguarding the rights of Muslim consumers. Despite the enactment of the Halal Product Assurance Law in 2014, a significant discrepancy exists between regulatory mandates and actual adherence. Through a normative-juridical approach involving legal interpretation and analysis of government reports and academic literature, this study delves into the various factors contributing to this issue. The research findings indicate that non-compliance arises from a combination of regulatory uncertainties, institutional inefficiencies, and socio-economic challenges. Notably, inadequate enforcement mechanisms, overlapping institutional jurisdictions, and the financial burden of certification processes are identified as key factors. This non-compliance undermines the halal integrity of products, thereby violating the rights of Muslim consumers as stipulated by Islamic law. Resolving this issue necessitates a comprehensive overhaul of the halal certification system, encompassing streamlined procedures, improved inter-agency collaboration, and strengthened enforcement measures. These efforts contribute to the broader dialogue on religious consumer rights and regulatory adherence in diverse societies, offering valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the halal sector.

Abstract

Background: Health development is a way to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life for everyone to realize an optimal degree of public health. Attitudes, skills, and knowledge in the implementation of public health activities. Objective: This service improves the competence of elderly posyandu cadres in caring for wounds. Method: Used in this devotion health counseling. As a measuring tool to assess the effectiveness of the counseling, pre-test, and post-test questions is given. Results: Devotion showed an increase in respondents' knowledge before and after the provision of health education. Conclusion: The knowledge of the respondent's diabetes wounds after being given health education has increased. So the existence of health education can affect the knowledge of the elderly. It is hoped that after being given public health counseling, they can apply the education given to minimize the risk of complications of diabetic wounds.

Abstract

Community guidance aimed at increasing people's knowledge and attitudes in preventing hypertension. Based on the results of community diagnoses, there are still many people who are affected by hypertension. In addition, the information obtained shows that there is still insufficient public knowledge about hypertension. Methods used in education; planning and preparation in the form of licensing, as well as inviting target communities; implementation and process in the form of presentation of materials and closing; Monitoring and evaluation, monitoring of this program is by always strengthening the knowledge and attitudes of the community, the evaluation of this program can be seen from increasing the knowledge and attitudes of the community. The results of the counseling showed an increase in knowledge about hypertension. Healthcare and public health center can help the community by counseling about hypertension and paying attention to their health, especially the problem of hypertension

Abstract

Informed consent is a crucial element in the healthcare system as it ensures that patients provide consent based on a sufficient understanding of the medical procedures to be performed. In the context of emergency services, where patients often present with critical conditions requiring immediate action, the implementation of informed consent becomes more complex. BPJS Kesehatan, as the provider of healthcare services for the public, holds the responsibility to ensure that medical treatments within their network respect patient rights, both legally and ethically. This article aims to explore in-depth the legal and ethical aspects of implementing informed consent in emergency healthcare services under the BPJS Kesehatan program.

Abstract

Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi Province is known as the Rice Granary area, recently this positive stigma has shifted that Sidenreng Rappang Regency is now better known as the Drug Granary which is one of the centers of drug trafficking in South Sulawesi. Manisa Village is one of the Villages located in the Baranti District which has a fairly large community. Manisa Village is very active in collaborating with agencies in Sidenreng Rappang Regency in holding counseling and socialization related to the dangers of narcotics. The purpose of this activity is to increase supervision and control as an effort to prevent and eradicate drug abuse and trafficking in the community. The method in the activity is Socialization and Health Counseling on the Dangers of Narcotics and Legal Sanctions in Manisa Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency by delivering material related to the material on the legal basis of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Law and its legal impacts. The results showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in discussing with the resource persons in increasing the participants' insight and knowledge to find out how to prevent and reject drugs in the community. The conclusion that in overcoming the problem of drug abuse faced by the community in finding solutions and the lack of public knowledge about how to prevent and overcome drug abuse and its negative impacts on children and the community itself. By providing continuous counseling or socialization so that the community understands how to behave towards the spread of narcotics.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pelanggaran hak pasien yang terjadi dalam sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), yang merupakan upaya pemerintah Indonesia untuk memastikan bahwa semua orang di Indonesia memiliki akses yang sama ke layanan kesehatan. Meskipun tujuan utama JKN adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang setara, berbagai pelanggaran hak pasien terus terjadi. Empat masalah utama yang dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah diskriminasi dalam pemberian layanan, ketidaksetaraan akses ke layanan kesehatan, kualitas layanan yang buruk, dan masalah pengelolaan klaim dan administrasi JKN. Diskriminasi antara pasien JKN dan non-JKN, kesenjangan fasilitas antara kota dan pedesaan, dan kualitas layanan yang buruk adalah masalah penting yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan hak pasien. Selain itu, pasien yang membutuhkan perawatan medis seringkali dibebani dengan proses administrasi klaim yang rumit dan lambat. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pelanggaran hak pasien dalam sistem JKN dan menyarankan perbaikan kebijakan, pengelolaan klaim, pengawasan, dan peningkatan kualitas fasilitas kesehatan. Diharapkan upaya ini akan melindungi hak pasien dengan cara yang sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan sosial dan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa dalam hukum ekonomi dan bisnis syariah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif memungkinkan eksplorasi mendalam terhadap praktik penyelesaian sengketa yang berbasis nilai-nilai syariah. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian sengketa dalam ekonomi syariah lebih efektif jika menggunakan prinsip musyawarah, mediasi berbasis nilai-nilai syariah, dan pengadilan agama sebagai mekanisme terakhir. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan hukum ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, Bisnis Syariah, Penyelesaian Sengketa
