Abstract

Tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM). Meskipun banyak upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, seperti penyusunan Rencana Aksi Nasional Penghapusan Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan (RAN-PKTP), pembangunan pusat-pusat krisis terpadu di rumah sakit, pembangunan ruang pelayanan khusus (RPK) di Polda dan Polres serta pusat pelayanan terpadu pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak (PPT-PPA) atau di daerah lain disebut P2TP2, dan penyebaran informasi dan kampanye anti kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak hingga tingkat Kecamatan dan desa. Namun semua upaya tersebut belum cukup untuk menekan tingginya tindak kekerasan dan eksploitasi terhadap perempuan dan anak. Data yang akurat masih belum tersedia, hal ini dikarenakan banyak kasus-kasus kekerasan dan eksploitasi terhadap perempuan dan anak yang tidak dilaporkan, dengan anggapan bahwa masalah tersebut adalah masalah domestik keluarga (tabu) yang tidak perlu diketahui orang lain selain itu belum ada interching’s antara lembaga dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan perempuan dan anak. Selain itu, masih didapati bahwa Pemberdayaan Perempuan menjadi erat kaitannya dengan perlindungan terhadap anak, ditengah kesibukan orangtua dalam keseharianya berdampak atas peran kaum perempuan dalam pendidikan utama dan pertama bagi anak. Dalam keseharian terdapat fenomena atas pendidikan anak dikeluarga yang lebih sering terjadi secara alamiah tanpa kesadaran perencanaan orang tua, padahal pengaruh dan akibat sangat besar. Jika kita lihat atas rendahnya kualitas hidup dan peran perempuan memiliki kontribusi sangat besar atas pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter anak. Jika ditelaah secara seksama terdapat beberapa masalah utama guna mengurai atas pembangunan pemberdayaan perempuan di daearah, sebagaimana rendahnya kualitas hidup dan peran perempuan, terutama di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi, dan politik. Tidak lepas adanya konstruksi budaya (cultural), structural dan pola rasional sebagaimana pola rasional menjadi Value (Tata Nilai) dalam kehidupan yang dianggap benar dan bersifat subjektif sehingga dalam establishmen gender di daerah melihat dari tiga aspek; cultural, structural dan rasional (Values).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, explaining and analyzing the influence of product quality, perceived value and brand awareness variables on purchasing decisions either individually or partially or together or simultaneously. The survey was conducted on Ventela footwear consumers in the city of Pasuruan. This research uses multiple linear, whereas based on the method this research is quantitative research. In this study there are three independent variables, namely product quality, perceived value and brand awareness and one related variable, namely purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who use or are currently purchasing Ventela products. Due to the fact that the population size of this study cannot be known with certainty and there are limited time, effort and costs, an incidental sampling technique of 100 respondents was used. Data analysis was quantitative descriptive using a simple linear regression analysis formula which was processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Product quality variable has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, 2. Perceived value variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions 3. Brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions 4. Product quality, Perceived value and Brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The existence of criminal law is a necessity for a nation to regulate the lives of its citizens. Indonesia is a constitutional state that has experienced a long legal history. Prior to the independence, the Indonesian people were familiar with the customary laws and religious laws of each resident. Customary Law and Islamic Law were jointly obeyed by the people at that time. As a living law, both are the solution for society in facing legal disputes. It is not surprising, then, that besides Positive Law, which is known to originate from Western/Colonial Law, Islamic Law and Customary Law have a higher bargaining position. So that in the establishment of National Law, Islamic Law and Customary Law become material sources for the establishment of a positive law. The formation of national law, therefore, including criminal law, really needs the contribution of Islamic law, in addition to customary and western law. The history of the development of criminal law in Indonesia is colored by Islamic values, because the socialization process of Islamic law is integrated with the development of customs in resolving criminal cases.

Abstract

Di era persaingan bisnis saat ini sangat dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan memahami perilaku konsumen. Dengan memahami perilaku konsumen perusahaan dapat menerapkan kebijakan strategi pemasaran maka dari itu diperlukan bagi perusahaan untuk menciptakan perasaat terikat secara emotional pada diri konsumen sehingga menimbilkan perasaan cinta terhadap merek dan dapat mengarah pada kesetiaan pelanggan. untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui serta mngukur seberapa besar pengaruh emotional brand attachment terhadap brand love dan brand loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna atau konsumen produk wardah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square(WarpPLS 7.0). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif signifikan kuat antara variabel emotional brand attachment terhadap brand love, dan variabel emotional brand attachment terhadap brand loyalty menunjukkan hasil positif tidak signifikan. Dan antara variabel brand love terhadap brand loyalty menunjukan hasil positif signifikan kuat.

Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has significantly altered the execution of business contracts, especially with regards to the renegotiation of duties and the use of force majeure. In light of the difficulties brought on by the pandemic, this research examines the ways in which Indonesian civil law, as codified in the Civil Code, deals with matters such as contract modifications. Studying both primary and secondary sources of law is at the heart of the normative legal research methodology. It is frequently necessary to renegotiate contracts in order to modify rights and responsibilities, since the study's findings demonstrate that force majeure does not necessarily apply to all contracts in a pandemic scenario. Findings from this research stress the need for more lenient laws to resolve contract disputes in the midst of the epidemic and for more transparent rules to govern the use of force majeure.
