Abstract

CV. Femarse Inti Mulia, a company engaged in the distribution of products, still processes reporting data, especially payments for transportation services, manually using Microsoft Excel. Problems arising from the old system are errors in the calculation of total wages for transport services for each pen, as well as the occurrence of differences in recording by the warehouse and the finance department. In addition, when using Microsoft Excel formulas, typographical errors can occur, causing calculations to be different than they should be. In light of these problems CV. PT. Femarse Inti Mulia needs an information system for daily transportation service wages reports that is capable of calculating daily transportation service wages, storing this data securely, and managing daily transportation service wages reports easily, quickly, accurately, and in a well-organized manner. The use of information systems for daily wage reports is the right solution to solve existing problems. With the prototype software development method and primary data collection, it makes it easier to design the daily wage report information system.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Every government and self-government institution is even required to be able to present information quickly and accurately in the world of work. In this case the computer has an important role for everyone, because computers are one of the fastest media to facilitate the presentation of information quickly and accurately. In the world of work such as health services in health centers whose activities are still carried out manually and have not been maximally computerized, so that it will cause several problems that can reduce the performance of services to the community, such as a long service time. For this reason the author makes a website Designing a Web-Based Outpatient Information System at the Telagasari Health Center in Karawang to support services and provide better services in the future. With the help of a computer that has a data storage system that is supported by security, it is expected that service and reporting activities can run effectively and also to minimize the error or loss of data carried out by service officers in the puskesmas so as to produce a fairly good program.

Abstract

Pengelolaan penggajian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan penyusunan laporan, serta ketidaksinkronan data antarbagian. Kondisi tersebut juga dialami oleh PT Pokta Industri, yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data karyawan, absensi, dan perhitungan gaji yang belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi penggajian terintegrasi yang mampu meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan kecepatan pengolahan data penggajian. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode prototyping, yang memungkinkan keterlibatan aktif pengguna dalam setiap tahap perancangan sistem. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan prototipe, evaluasi oleh pengguna, serta penyempurnaan sistem hingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan data karyawan, data absensi, dan proses perhitungan gaji dalam satu sistem terpusat berbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi penggajian terintegrasi mampu meminimalkan kesalahan perhitungan gaji, mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data penggajian di PT Pokta Industri. Dengan demikian, penerapan pendekatan prototyping terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. The computer which isequipment that was created to facilitate human work, when achieving progress both in making hardware andsoftware. PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is in need of an information system that supports and provides fastand precise access to its business activities. For this reason the author tries to make a Raw MaterialInventory System which until now has not been computerized. At this time PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum has been well developed for the information system used, only for some parts such as the warehouse, theexisting system at PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is still done manually, starting from recording the receiptof goods from suppliers, to storing other data relating to the inventory process to making reports, making itpossible during the process of error occurred in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding thenecessary data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist inthis company, as well as with a computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activity insupporting the activities of this company. A computerized system is better than a manual system to run moreeffectively and efficiently and the new raw material warehousing system is more conducive than the previoussystem.Keywords: System Design, Raw Material Inventory Management

Abstract

Fotografi saat ini tidak lagi hanya menjadi seni, tetapi juga menjadi hobi yang dapat menghasilkan uang atau sebagai pekerjaan profesional. Kebutuhan akan fotografer profesional pun meningkat guna mengabadikan peristiwa penting yang dialami seperti momen pertunangan, pernikahan, wisuda. Melihat hal ini, penulis tertarik untuk membuat sebuat situs atau website dinamis yang terhubung ke basis data, menggunakan framework CodeIgniter berbasis bahasa PHP. Dalam website ini nantinya pengunjung dapat menyewa studio foto juga melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran dan melihat jadwal sewa studio, sehingga pengunjung tidak perlu menakukan panggilan telepon untuk menanyakan secara langsung pada admin. Kata Kunci : Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Booking Studio, UNL Studio
