Abstract

This study aims to determine the status of soil fertility on dry land, soil fertility parameters which are the limiting factors on dry land and make a map of soil fertility status in Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. This research was conducted in Eremerasa Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi and the Laboratory of Soil Science and Environmental Conservation, Faculty of Agriculture, Muslim University of Indonesia, and Soil Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University, in February–August 2022. Data from the land use maps, soil type maps, slope maps, and soil fertility maps were collected using the PPT 1995 research technique. The two maps are juxtaposed. The soil response (pH), soil CEC, base saturation, phosphorus content, potassium content, and C-Organic are among the soil characteristics assessed in the laboratory and are all adjusted to the information provided. It is necessary to do a 1995 PPT method soil fertility evaluation. The data were gathered using both primary and secondary sources, and they were then modified to meet the 1995 PPT's recommendations for soil fertility. The results showed that the status of soil fertility in Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency was in the status of low to very low criteria. Soil fertility parameters that became obstacles in soil fertility status were cation exchange capacity, base saturation dominated by low criteria, and Phosphorus content which also had criteria. low, C-organic and Potassium with very low criteria and pH dominated by slightly acidic criteria. The research area with low soil fertility status is 2,611.92 ha, while the research area with very low soil fertility status is 72.96 ha.

Abstract

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Abstract

Packaging is one part of a product's marketing strategy in order to increase competitiveness. The socialization and packaging training held in the Blitar village aims to provide understanding and assist MSME in increasing the attractiveness and selling value of their products so that they can be accepted by consumers. The result of this packaging socialization and training activity is to provide insight into innovative, attractive and up to date packaging so that the products being sold look more attractive and different from similar products. For example, packaging using boxes can be added or combined with ribbons, logos, thank you labels or seal stickers on product packaging. After holding socialization activities and packaging training, it is hoped that it will provide benefits for MSME players in Blitar village to increase their innovation and creativity in choosing the right packaging for their products so that the products sold are able to compete in the market and increase consumer appeal.

Abstract

Pemantauan kehadiran siswa di sekolah atau kampus sangat penting untuk pengumpulan data siswa di berbagai sekolah atau kampus. Saat ini, ada beberapa metode absensi telah dirancang di berbagai sekolah atau kampus, salah satunya adalah metode identifikasi Frekuensi Radio, atau jika disingkat biasa disebut RFID. Dengan ini kehadiran dapat dicatat jik siswa membawa kartu RFID di dekat pemindai RFID menggunakan teknologi RFID. Kehadiran ini akan memungkinkan untuk peninjauan data kehadiran mahasiswa atau siswa, khususnya terkait dnegan adanya new normal di masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia dan di seluruh tanah air. Proposal ini menguraikan bagaimana berjalan nya pembuatan aplikasi absensi berbasis RFID, mewakili iterasi pertama dan dengan menggunakan teknik personal Extreme Programming biasa juga disingkat dengan sebutan XP.Dimana temuan ini dapat membantu menunjukkan kapasitas untuk memindai data kode RFID menggunakan pembaca RFID dan kemudian menyimpan informasi tersebut ke dalam basis data log selanjutnya kehadiran setelah pemulihan berhasil setelah itu akan menampilkan informasi kehadiran siswa yang jauh lebih akurat dibanding dengan menggunakan manual

Abstract

This study aims to understand public accountants’ ethical perceptions and experiences in audit practice using a qualitative phenomenological approach. In the public accounting profession, integrity, objectivity, and independence are fundamental principles often challenged by ethical dilemmas. Through in-depth interviews with seven public accountants in Indonesia, the study reveals that external pressures from clients, economic interests, and organizational culture significantly influence ethical decision-making. The findings indicate that while professional ethics are well understood in theory, their implementation in real-life situations can be hindered by complexity and ambiguity. A strong ethical culture and transparent internal support systems help auditors maintain integrity. This research highlights the importance of continuous ethics training and the reinforcement of individual moral values in shaping a resilient and ethically sound public accounting profession.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Human Resource Development (HRD) system on improving employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. This type of research is quantitative research. Methods of collecting data from data sources obtained through questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. The data analysis technique used the stages of validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) system has a significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. This is obtained through the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test which shows a significant value less than 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05) and t count > t table (4.563 > 2.10092) then there is an effect of variable X on Variable Y. The implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) system by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat affect the increase in employee performance by 51.1%. There is a positive or consistent relationship between the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) system and the improvement of employee performance, the better the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) system by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat, the increase in employee performance is also getting better, and vice versa if the implementation of the Human Resource Development (HRD) system by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP If the stabat is bad, the employee's performance will also decrease

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of product quality, perceived price, and brand image on purchase intention in consuming product of Richeese Factory in Surabaya. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) software as the media to anakyze the data and quantitative method is used in this research. Total sample used is 102 respondent obtained with non probability sampling method and purposive sampling approach. Questionnaire presented in google form and distributed to respondents as the media to obtain research data. The result of this research interpret that the better product quality, perceived price, and brand image, the greater the trust in customer’s mind to decide to purchase Richeese Factory products.

Abstract

The deployment of Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) in Lake Khayangan, Rumbai, Pekanbaru, represents a strategic solution to reduce dependency on fossil fuels and foster an economy based on renewable energy (RE). This study discusses the contribution of FPV to enhancing the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing clean, affordable, and sustainable energy. Using qualitative analysis and a statute approach, the research identifies opportunities and challenges in developing FPV at Lake Khayangan and its impact on the local economy. The results reveal that FPV can reduce MSMEs' operational costs, create new employment opportunities, and increase local community income. The study also examines effective policies and strategies for FPV establishment to support MSME economic growth. Recommendations for the government, developers, and MSMEs are provided to optimize the potential of FPV at Lake Khayangan. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing a sustainable, renewable-energy-based community economy and improving the quality of life of people around Lake Khayangan. This research contributes to local and national economic development and supports Indonesia’s renewable energy policies.
