Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important benchmark for the company. PT. Asli Isoae Solusine wants to improve the quality of its website exists so that customers are increasingly satisfied, but the company has not carried out an assessmen on customer satisfaction on the company profile page. The purpose of This research is to measure the level of superior quality of the company's website PT Profile Original Isoae Solusine based on user perceptions of this research using the webqual 4.0 method which has 3 main variables Usability (X1), Information Quality (X2) and Service Interaction (X3) to determine the effect quality of use, influence of interaction quality, and influence of information quality on a website. Using questionnaires as a data collection technique, Questionnaires were distributed to PT employee staff. Asli Isoae Solusine via social media. The overall quality of the https://isoae.id website is based on the R² value contributed 58% to user satisfaction. Service interaction makes a significant contribution to user satisfaction of 0.112 based on the output regression coefficients table. Usability and quality information has an influence but is not significant on user satisfaction of 0.044 and 0.011 based on the output regression coefficients table. This is possible occurs when users believe that the usability of the site and the quality of the information are not significant or only occasionally used by visitors.

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah adalah guru yang diangkat sebagai Pemimpin Pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan seperti yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (PermendikbudRistek) Nomor 40 Tahun 2021. Untuk mampu menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran tersebut, maka Kepala Sekolah harus mempunyai kompetensi dalam hal kepemimpinan. Hanya yang menjadi permasalahan adalah standar kompetensi Kepala Sekolah yang digunakan sampai saat ini masih berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nomor 13 Tahun 2007 tentang Standar Kualifikasi dan Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, sehingga konsep kompetensi Kepemimpinan Sekolah perlu terus dikembangkan sesuai perubahan dan tuntutan zaman. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dimensi kompetensi kepemimpinan sekolah yang harus dimiliki oleh Kepala Sekolah saat ini? Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut maka sebanyak 160 responden Kepala Sekolah serta teori yang digunakan adalah Jackson dan Trochim (2002), Hair et al (2010), dan Dokumen Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed method untuk mendeksripsikan Sub Dimensi Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dari segi Kepemimpinan Sekolah melalui penggunaan Mapping dan Analisis Faktor (Exploratory Factor Analysis dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis) dengan hasil sebagai berikut; Sub dimensi kompetensi kepemimpinan sekolah diantaranya; (1) Kreatif dan Inovatif, (2) Kerjasama Stakeholder, (3) Upaya Pencapaian Tujuan Sekolah, dan (4) Memahami Kondisi Sosial dan Politik. Disamping itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sub dimensi Kemampuan Kepala Sekolah untuk berkolaborasi stakeholders sekolah merupakan sub dimensi yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap kepemimpinan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan perlu menyusun kurikulum pelatihan pengembangan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah terkait kepemimpinan sekolah. Disamping itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu rujukan bagi Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam melakukan pembinaan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah khususnya terkait Kepemimpinan Sekolah.

Abstract

PT. Perkasa Pilar Utama merupakan perusahaan konsultan IT yang berfokus pada sektor keuangan dan B2B. Perusahaan menggunakan metode manual dengan lembar kerja Excel untuk mencatat waktu kerja dan kehadiran karyawan, yang rentan terhadap keterlambatan dan tidak memungkinkan pemantauan real-time. Oleh karena itu, riset ini bertujuan mengembangkan web timesheet dan absensi guna meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pengumpulan serta perusahaan dapat memantau secara langsung aktivitas yang sudah karyawan lakukan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dengan tahap-tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Diharapkan bahwa web timesheet dan absensi dapat menggantikan metode manual yang ada dan memberikan solusi yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in inter-agency collaboration in the implementation of public policy in Indonesia. Based on in-depth interviews with officials from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Ministry of Health, and the Social Security Agency (BPJS), as well as analysis of related policy documents, the study identifies several key challenges in collaboration, such as differing priorities between agencies, lack of coordination, and bureaucratic fragmentation that slows decision-making. Additionally, opportunities for improving collaboration were found, including the use of information and communication technology (ICT), data-driven policies, and enhancing the capacity of government officials in managing inter-agency relationships. The findings suggest that effective collaboration requires strengthened communication, more structured policy formulation, and improved coordination between central and regional governments. This study provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of inter-agency collaboration to achieve more optimal and sustainable public policies.

Abstract

Diharapkan bahwa web timesheet dan absensi dapat menggantikan metode manual yang ada dan memberikan solusi yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to predict flood risk in the Jakarta Province using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. The model is designed to classify regions into three risk levels—low, moderate, and high—based on historical features such as water level and annual flood frequency. Data from 2013 to 2024 provided by the Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) served as the basis for model training. The normalization process using Z-Score and Min-Max Scaling proved essential in enhancing KNN performance. Cross-validation (5-Fold Cross Validation) revealed that K=3 yielded the best results. The model achieved accuracy rates between 96% and 99%, with precision, recall, and F1-score exceeding 95%. These results demonstrate that KNN can reliably map flood risks based on numerical data trends. Predictions for the years 2026 to 2028 indicate an increased flood risk in several areas, particularly Central, North, and West Jakarta, which fall into the high-risk category. East and South Jakarta are classified as moderate to high risk, while the Thousand Islands region is expected to remain in the low-risk category. This model can be used as a foundation for developing data-driven mitigation strategies and early warning systems

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mencakup seluruh aspek aktivitas masyarakat, termasuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Gudang, Kota Bogor. Diperlukan pelatihan yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja para kader, khususnya dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word merupakan aplikasi pengolah kata yang paling mudah dan populer untuk membuat laporan dan berbagai dokumen lainnya. Kelurahan Gudang, yang terletak di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat, memiliki banyak aktivitas yang memerlukan pelaporan. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi dan minimnya pelatihan untuk mendukung keterampilan tersebut menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menyusun laporan kegiatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan pelatihan bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Gudang dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada para kader untuk meningkatkan keahlian mereka di bidang teknologi, khususnya dalam penyusunan laporan kegiatan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas laporan aktivitas di kelurahan tersebut.Respon positif dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat sangat penting untuk keberhasilan program ini. Melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan terstruktur, pelatihan ini akan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas para kader di Kelurahan Gudang, Kota Bogor. Dengan peningkatan kompetensi di bidang teknologi, para kader dapat lebih efektif dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas administratif dan melaporkan aktivitas mereka, sehingga mendukung perkembangan dan kemajuan kelurahan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The research method used in writing the results of this thesis research is normative juridical. The aims of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the qualifications of corporations as subjects of corruption. (2) To find out and analyze the form of criminal liability against corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption. (2) To know the verdict of the judge who is free from the crime of murder. The results of the study show (1) In relation to the analysis of the judge's decision that is free from the crime of murder, it is clear that, to determine whether an act is included in a criminal act, a sharp analysis is needed from a judge without overriding the applicable law. (2) Seeing the obstacles faced by judges in determining decisions that are independent of the provisions of the Act on the crime of murder, then every judge who has convened should have matured emotionally, in terms of the thoughts, attitudes and authority of the judge himself and who is not inferior. What is important is the ability of mature human resources.

Abstract

Enhancing efficiency in the management of claims by the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) at hospitals is a paramount issue in the healthcare sector. This research endeavors to address this challenge by proposing the implementation of Dashboard Bridging, a technology-based solution capable of integrating data from various information sources within hospitals. This system generates comprehensive real-time information and enables more precise decision-making in the management of BPJS claims. Through a structured development approach, the Dashboard Bridging system is designed and implemented to ensure accuracy and optimal performance in BPJS claim analysis. Its objectives include reducing claim processing time, improving healthcare service quality, and potentially enhancing hospital operational efficiency. Furthermore, it aims to serve as a reference for the development of similar solutions in various public service sectors.

Abstract

As a business actor in the field of health food and drink manufacturing, companies really need a warehouse as a means of storing their goods or products. This requires a calculation technique to keep the warehouse estimate running well. Basically, companies have used the Warehouse Management System (WMS) starting from receiving goods, storing them, and sending them. Because business processes are growing more and more incoming and outgoing transactions. This causes the need for a daily cycle count in the warehouse is urgently needed, because it is a benchmark for the accuracy of the stock in the warehouse according to or is well maintained or not. Utilization of the Warehouse Management System in the finish good warehouse in the company has not been able to overcome the need for a daily cycle count process as a need to maintain stock accuracy in the Warehouse. Based on these problems, a Daily Cycle Count information system is needed using a local web that can meet existing needs. The results of this study by making a daily cycle count application are able to help with stock accuracy problems in warehouses in finish good warehouses in the context of daily cycle count needs, as evidenced by the existence of a daily cycle count information system, stock accuracy in finish good warehouses can be maintained properly
